    I: Doing centering and grounding many times a day when I think of it or when I’m waiting.
    Meditation and stretching every day
    I feel like I’m getting into more of a habit with it and am willing to get up a little earlier in the mornings to make sure I have enough time to complete both stretching and meditation.
    Got to take long walks along the beach every day while in Mexico, and also walked into town
    numerous times, about 2 miles.
    2: Listened to Chapter 6 of Gratitude Diaries
    3: Read color pink, healthy and unhealthy.
    This is what my AP read:
    HEALTHY PINK:
    Puffy pink cloud in the sky = carefree, floating
    Little girl in white dress, playing by water = adventure, sense of newness
    Unicorn = traveling
    In a field, pink flowers in distance, maybe poppies = sweetness, lightness
    Candy apple, seeing herself with dad = fun, excitement, youth, childhood
    Cotton candy at a fair = fun
    Early evening sunset, looking at a field = contentment
    Family, little girl = unconditional love, feeling love, feeling safe
    knowing she is loved without question
    Horse = softness
    Pillow = comfort
    Pink rose quartz = love

    UNHEALTHY PINK:
    The word “dirty” = yukky
    Mother & father yelling, doors slamming,
    scared little girl, confused, feeling invisible = invisible
    Little boy, AP’a brother, playing, but with sense of loss = loss
    Burnt-looking sunset, smoggy-looking = pollution of atmosphere
    Little girl playing w dolls by herself = loneliness, having to fend for herself
    Having a BBQ, a holiday weekend = boredom, isolation
    Beach on a cloudy day, walking along picking up seashells on the east coast = bored
    Injured animal, a white horse lying down, a trickle of blood,
    the horse is aborting its baby = sense of loss for the horse
    (The unhealthy pink reading was 7 1/2 min. I forgot to check the stopwatch!)
