I just finished to watch Fat, sick, and nearly dead 1 and 2 and .. WOW !! AMAZINGLY INSPIRING.
Now Im sure juicing can cure ANY disease! The part that touched me the most it was when at the beginning of the first movie a lot of people were very clear about the fact that their life expectancy was short. They were saying things such as ” why would you want to live longer than 65 anyway?” . This made me to understand that most people are aware that their poor diet will kill them. They know it is a slow suicide and this says a lot about how much sadness is been carried within. About the filmmaker I loved how persistent he has been in spreading the message to communities that usually nobody cares about. Regarding myself, I now really want to have a lot of more juices every day. What I kind of missed in the movie it was the message of making sure you use only organic veggies.

SYMPTOMS: insomnia, restless leg syndrome, arthritis in hand and wrist
    MENTAL:
causes: False believe that she is getting old and her life is becoming meaningless. False believe that she has to be small in order to be loved.
cures: Understanding that the fact that her old life is gone it simply means that a new life and new possibilities are now emerging. Understanding that she deserve her freedom, as a gift for herself and others.
    EMOTIONAL:
causes: Regret, guilt, frustration related to things that dident work in the past. Feeling caged by parental and societal conditioning.
cures: Accepting and embracing the perfection and wisdom contained in of all past experiences, good and bad. Understanding that at this point in her life the cage is self-imposed.
    PHYSICAL:
causes: inflammation affecting nerves, joints, ligaments, digestive system.
cures: removing from diet all glutens, grains, diary, caffein. Increasing the intake of green juices, Drinking water with lemon. Exercising. Increasing magnesium. Taking Epson salts baths. Bathing her hands in warm water with salt, bentonite clay, rose petals. Using Lavender, Peppermint, Copaiba Essential oils on legs and hands before to go to bed.
    SPIRITUAL:
A past life in the Medieval Age where she was inprisonned and left to die for being a sage and wise man. Its wrists were chained in heavy chains and he count not move them. She was left to die. She is carrying some of that old energy on her wrists and hands. An entity attached to it telling her it is dangerous for her to step our of the societal standards to seek freedom and wisdom.

Inflammation affecting nerves, joints, ligaments, digestive system is not the cause of her illness but the symptoms. What is the cause of these issues? Please write it here.
Also, please write the cure for the spiritual cause that you saw.

ISSUE: Overweight, thyroid, cholesterol levels, back and shoulder pain.
    EMOTIONAL:
cause: Raped/violated by an individual in a priest like role at age 3 or 4. Feelings of being unheard and unsafe.
cure: Forgive violator. Client believing their own wants and needs as well as their ability to provide their own safety in life are paramount.
    MENTAL:
cause: If others are kept at a distance you cannot hurt me.
    cure: Loving self unconditionally
healing mantra: I give myself permission to feel my own emotions.
I am at peace with my own feelings.
    I am safe.
    I create my own security.
I love and approve of myself.
    PHYSICAL:
cause: Collecting excess weight on abdomen and hips will keep others away. (Only the very determined will be able to cut through my walls and get close to me.)
cure: Diet modification (removing all sugars, grain, caffeine, meats and dairy as well as increasing daily water consumption.)
    SPIRITUAL
cause: False believe that you cannot recover from the events of your life—giving power of your happiness to others
cure: Forgive yourself. Believe in your own power. You are not alone!

Very good. Remember to always write the opposite of the cause. So for the physical cure you can also write about how she can try to embrace people more physically, while feeling safe.

I blogged about the movie(s) in Class 6 – I am thinking, actually, of finally doing that spring cleanse for myself with a juice only diet (and smoothies in VitaMix) for about 5 days. I will remember these movies for clients as needed, particular very overweight and/or ill clients.

As I did this week’s reading and healing – for reducing stress as the main goal – I connected the dots between imbalance with boundaries: overly protective of emotions and not enough protection of her own relaxation and living the life she really wants with expression of creativity. Cure is self-love, letting go of being overly responsible for self and others, and trusting in the divine protection and goodness of the universe. Areas for improvement – ongoing! Don’t interrupt – allow for a more graceful flow of ‘conversation’ and the client’s words, continue to be more clear with regards to healing colors, especially, and word things more often in 2nd person – a direct, to the person speaking, rather than describing. I made myself a goal to listen to my own Readings for others at least every 3rd or 4th time while I am still working on improvement.
