4.) Blog about your 3 flyer locations, your self-reading and how smiling changes your frequency.

    I just finished my self reading. I found when I remembered to smile, the energy flowed more freely, when i forgot to smile, I got stuck — like what do i say next.

    I am really lit up about posting in three locations. My diet has suffered… sugar, chocolate, lots of carbs has made me foggy. I know it is related to this issue. I will continue to meditate about it do some healing work around it as well.

    I have posted my flyer on Facebook, LinkedIn and locally at Integrated Health and Wellness Center. On Sunday, I gave mini readings at the center. While they were free, they were well received and I expect paid readings to follow as recommendations and word of mouth spreads. I plan on going out this weekend to post my flyer in more places.

    I needed to smile more during my reading. It was a heavy subject for me and each time I would smile, like Nan said, it would flow more easily. It feels lots better to smile during the reading, it feels lighter, more neutral. As a side note, a picture of my daughter that was hanging on the wall fell off while I was reading whether or not to have jaw surgery. hmmmm ….Weird. Smiling:)

    card and flyers are not ready .. so thats will be my first next step .
    i have a huge resistance to put myself out there .
    i gave myself my homework self reading about it so i got some understanding and healing about it .
    smiling is for me the most amazing tool to feel good 🙂
    this past week i found myself in some challenging situation and i was able to remember my NAC so that i could read the situation and integrate the teachings of it .
    beside the fact that im resisting to put myself out for business, i feel a good growing is happening in the way i perceive reality . im taking good care of myself and im my best friend 🙂

    Remembering to smile was my favorite homework assignment this last week. I am not a big smiler, and it felt really good to kick that up in my life. It shifts the energy quickly in me to being more positive, and when I do it with my partner it also shifts it for the better! I have been still getting well, way too busy on vacation rental ‘business,’ and found resistance to putting up my flier, but . . . I have now put it on FB where I have a pretty large and social network, and am reactivating my old FB page, Art, Spirit, and Healing. I am rebuilding from where I left off years back. How does it feel? Risky, bold, and FREEING (who cares what some people think; I am being me) – and now I can start to Blog Post on FB, a great outlet for me, to let the intuitive stuff that rises have an audience. I have a reading scheduled already for tomorrow, and will continue to build my network, also through private emails to friends and past clients, and LinkedIn. I am actively working on my old/new website, which I plan to re-introduce very soon. I feel a synthesizing happening . . artwork & creativity will be a part of this. Gotta keep going and not lose my momentum and focus.
