Empowerment Program, Level 1, Week 5, Home-Play

.
  1. Meditation:

You have done a lot of work and now it is time to play!

Alternate between the “Let’s see what’s there” (beneficial) meditation and the “Intentional wellness technique” (beneficial) meditation daily for 5-10 minutes. These are the short meditations in the email. Write about it here.

  1. Business:

Print out some copies of all four of the meditations so that you will have them ready to use. If you know how to print on both sides, please do that to conserve paper. Keep the file of the meditations that I emailed to you in your Empowerment Folder on your computer.

  1. AP call:

Talk about how the meditations are going, your growth period this week and how you are experiencing the Empowerment Program so far. 10 mins max each. Write about your AP’s experience here.

    1. The meditations this week have supported the insight that was gained in class. By supported I mean shown connections and links between current life agreements with past life agreements. The importance of feeling safe for me has really come to light. Along with when I don’t feel safe how quickly i leave my body and become this flighty fun girl. Just writing that sentence is heavy on the heart for me. Needless to say, I have noticed myself more flighty this week. I have felt the need to really re focus call my energy back and fill with my own energy, the positive/truth side of the lie and deserve energy.

    2. I printed the meditations.

    3. Talked about the meditations with my ap partner along with how I am enjoying the class so far.

    1. I am deeply appreciating this commitment to myself to take time to meditate. I’m having so much fun enjoying tuning into my body and allowing energy to flow, flow, flow. I have been cleaning a lot of stuck energy just by acknowledging it and then allowing it to transmute and clear utilizing violet and perriwinkle with golden light intertwined. Thank you!

    3. My call this week was sweet. We followed the guidelines and it felt good to sink into deeper connection and listening. My partner is letting go of a lot and receiving much support through the meditations. For him there is a cobalt blue that is consistent and healing. He’s appreciative for this program and class and expanding his consciousness as he lets go.

    1. In the “Let’s See What’s There” meditation, the beneficial energy was green. It was located in my heart chakra and also in my aura. This green energy meant to me, that my energy overall was improving, week to week. My vibration, frequency, has been much more positive, and less influenced by outside energies and events. As I expanded this energy, I felt I have been making progress in removing blockages over the last couple of weeks, as a result, I am feeling more positive and empowered. However, I also feel there is much more work to do. As blockages surface and are addressed, other blockages come to the surface. Some blockages that are released, seem to return. Overall, the last few weeks have been very positive.

With the “Intentional Wellness Technique”, I focused on abundance, as my desire. I saw a gold colored light, outside my body, above my head. I tried to draw the gold energy down into my body, and then to expand the energy out into my aura, and then to expand my aura, as well. I settled into this meditation, and the gold energy for several minutes. When I came out of the meditation, I felt empowered, strong, powerful, in control of my life and finances.

    3. Spoke with my AP, her experience with the meditations, growth period this week, and the Empowerment Program were very similar to my own. She felt that the meditations were going well, they were very empowering and effective. She felt challenged during the week to stay grounded, but was doing well grounding and breathing as circumstances became unsettling. We both noted that as blockages were noticed and addressed, they sometimes would return, or that new blockages/ issues would come to the surface. We were both very pleased with the tools we are learning to address theses blockages, and in our increasing ability to deal with issues that arise. She felt as the program progressed, her ability to stay grounded throughout the week was improving. She looks forward to improving these abilities as the program progresses.
We spoke later in a separate conversation, and I noted that ALL conversations with our AP’s tend to be very positive, and uplifting. I leave these conversations feeling very positive, and excited about the remainder of the program.

    1. Done sometimes more than once daily.
It feels so unusual to look for what is there that is beneficial. This is a good reminder and a great exercise to focus on what I am grateful for and what I am supported by already.
Intentional Wellness Technique: it is definitely a new feeling to focus and ask myself what I personally desire.
I am used to looking for what I am supposed to do and who needs what other than me. Now, as I am asking myself what is it that I actually really want, what brings me joy, what nourishes me actually before anyone else, that is a whole new area of focus. It takes some time to connect to what I desire. But I managed to write down a whole list of what I desire, and it does feel new in a good way to review it daily, to add new ones and to fill myself up with the colors of each of the ones I am addressing.
One challenge I noticed is that when I am in the middle of filling my auric field with the color of what I desire almost always there is an interfering thought – like the memory of a killing I have witnessed in a movie in the past, or the memory of some stressful situation I personally experienced, or just some nagging about something I could complain about. It seems like “they” the entities that like to feed on my awareness are all too ready to come in and zap a little of my awareness. Or seen differently that my layer of protection is habitually so thin that I am making myself available to all these pernicious influences. The need for a robust protective boundary, a thick shield is becoming very clear. It does have a familiar metallic dark green hue and a metallic “taste” that I am familiar with as well.
Another challenge currently is to proclaim to the world, or other people, what I desire since I am in an inverse motion of cutting off ties with all and everything that has been there so far in order to allow myself to heal from the difficult health crises I’ve been in, and to feel afresh who I am and what I am as I stand in life.
Additionally to this home-play, I keep filling myself up with my own color and keep practicing grounding as well since they are very beneficial to me and helps with nourishing healthy boundaries.

    3. AP call:
Did converse and kept to the time suggested. Two things stood out to me from my AP’s report:
first that she is finding it to be very beneficial to have the short meditations which she can use every day in between the appointments of her busy schedule, to reconnect and recharge with herself. Second, that she is seeing progress in living in her own power and finding access to her own healing and connecting colors which are helping her to be in flow in even most challenging situations – like giving a big presentation. She feels really happy about those two aspects.

    1. I saw a place around my heart chakra when I did the “Let’s See What’s There” meditation. My healthy and beneficial energy was the articulation of my heart. I saw that I have a gift of articulating my love for other people. I’ve seen how other people in my life (husband) struggle speaking from the heart, they find it difficult to say they are sorry or I love you. It was fun seeing and recognizing my healthy energy, it made me smile..!

I focused on confidence moving forward in life in the “Intentional Wellness Technique.” This is one I plan on using frequently. I need it in two areas in my life, marriage and career.

    2. Completed.

    3. This was perhaps one of my most powerful AP calls. My AP partner has been able to find the strength and insight in her personal struggle with her boyfriend, she was able to set boundaries out of love for herself.

    1. I continue to love doing and adding new meditations to my energy management toolkit as the weeks progress. I was surprised by how I am still working on the same theme of “guilt” this week. Yet, this should not come as a something odd to me as I have worked with this since my early youth. I have enjoyed expanding the energy from within and outside into my auric field. The beneficial color has changed, during this past week, from a beautiful emerald green to the sparkling pink color I first saw during our last class. It has been fun doing this meditation and each day I have noticed I have been able to expand further and further into my auric field.

It has been interesting to me how the second meditation, the “intentional wellness technique” I have done with some resistance. I find the “let’s see what’s there” one to be easy and this one to also be easy, per say, but challenging because it takes more work on my end to come up against my old lies about self-care being “an extra” or after I have taken care of everyone else. Yet in my mind I know this is not true. So I found this resistance interesting and will be diving into this deeper. I think it is for me just this notion of making myself “bigger” and not shrinking my potential that goes hand-in-hand with the lies I have believed regarding “surviver’s guilt”. Good thing healing is a journey and not an overnight trip.

    3. I had a lovely conversation with my AP. My AP is finding great satisfaction in using the meditations as a means to reduce stress and ground. He expressed his joy in these practices and desire to ground for sustained periods of time. He also shared the increase he has felt with his heart chakra opening, expanding and increased positive vibration due to these exercises. We both exchanged “our story” as to what brought us to this Empowerment Program and enjoyed sharing our time and energy with one another, as well as our deep appreciation and excitement for our group, our teacher and this EP in general. We both concluded, the EP is a gift to ourselves and those we come in contact with…..butterfly effect!
