2. Listen to your channeling from class and transcribe it onto a computer document. Put all of the class channelings into one file or book. Each class will be a new chapter. Let each chapter continue after the next with clear titles at the top of the page in the same continuous file, just like a book. I suggest that you divide the work with each other. 3. Channel your higher self for 15 minutes. You can use automatic writing or record it with an MP3 recorder. If you like, ask a question of your heart before you begin. Write about your experience here.

3. I first asked my HS for any info it thought I needed to know right now. I expected info and suggestions for me, but instead, it began talking about my living son, and how he needs my support and being in my truth with him and needs my love. When I am jazzed, he loves that and it inspires him. He and I have been together many times in the past lives. Again, the info flowed well, and there came a point, before the 15 min, where there was no more info coming from my HS.

3.) Channeled my higher self and sent recording! I asked What are the causes and cures to feeling confident with myself and my business? Causes are about people pleasing stemming from my mother which is going into other areas in my life. To heal this I’m needing to be patient with myself as I’m learning how to be at peace in my own home. Reminding myself that the feelings i’m feeling is perfect. Knowing that every one is here to serve a different audience. Reminding myself that the ideal people will be drawn to ME!
