  1. Read the books: Pearls of Wisdom and Keys for Creating Your Life. (Write your chapter or page completed here.)

2. Listen to your channeling from class and transcribe it onto a computer document. You can put all of the class channelings into one file or book. Each class will be a new chapter. Let each chapter continue after the next with clear titles at the top of the page but all in the same continuous file, just like a book. I suggest that you divide the work with each other. Send the updated ONE file to me each week. (Write if you are done here.)

3. Channel your higher self for 15 minutes. You can use automatic writing or record it with an MP3 recorder. If you like, ask a question of your heart before you begin. Write about your experience here.

    1. I’m starting Chapter 9 in Keys for Creating Your Life. I don’t seem to resonate with Pearls of Wisdom very well, so have only randomly read here and there.

    2. Done.

    3. Did a recording. First I asked for any information my HS wanted me to know.
    Then I felt my deceased son was present and my HS was telling me about his energy and recounting a few humorous incidents that happened between he and I when he was here on the planet. I did a good prep before the channeling, felt my body tingling again, and the info came through easily. When I listen to the recording, though, I don’t like how I sound. My words come haltingly and it bugs me.

    1.) Read chapter 3 in ‘The magic of dreams’. I enjoy turning to various pages spontaneously in ‘Pearls of Wisdom’

    2.) Listened to Channeling from class. I opted to not transcribe though do have it recorded.

    3.) Channeled my higher self. Question: ‘What is the cause of my achenes and fatigue since my move?’ The body is reacting to a need to trust the safety in my new place. There’s a fear of being rejected here and a desire to please others so that me and my son will fit in in our new surroundings. I need to remind myself that I’m safe and I am home and we are free to be ourselves. Reminding ourselves we are free to live here and are deserving of this new energy. Enjoying sitting up in a chair in the yard and meditating more frequently in my new space while creating a sacred space for me to feel grounded is important.
