  1. Meditation:

Lay down for 15 minutes per day and tune-in to Nimble. What is your experience with her? What does she help you with? How does she communicate with you? Write this down.

2. Blog:

Write at least one sentence per day of the week regarding your experience with Nimble. Start with Wednesday’s class and go until Monday. On Sunday, ask Nimble for a personal message for your AP. You will not call them. You will do this on your own as a distance reading. Copy and paste all of this info in your personal blog and our SSL blog. If you want to describe Nimble and the exercise in your personal blog at the beginning, before you list the days of the week, feel free. Please remember to leave a link for your personal blog here. I recommend no longer than 2 paragraphs for your personal blog but it may be as long or short as you like. It is yours. The SSL blog must be short and organized. Thank you.

3. Book:

Read chapter 6 in “Ask your guides” and finish the book.

    1. Meditations done.

    2. Experience with Nimble:
    Thursday: Received a healing with water and oxygen.
    Friday: Nimble showed me places I had been that day where I was connected to Mother Earth’s energy and thus connected to Source.
    Saturday: Nimble explained when you are in nature, you are directly connected to Source and gave me a scan to clear my energy.
    Sunday: Message for my AP: Try to spend 5 minutes in sunshine daily. It will heal and cleanse your mind, body and Soul.
    Monday: When you eat food that comes directly out of the ground in it’s most whole form, you will feel more connected to Mother Earth and Source.

    2.Wednesday: She shows me a fluttering bird in a bird bath. Helps shake out the energy we are needing to remove from ourselves.

    Thursday: When I’m in nature, she helps me feel the energized atmosphere and to notice all the life happening there, from microscopic to large life. Communicates through my thoughts.

    Friday: I used to go for hikes & after about an hour I would lie down & take a 10-min nap on the ground or a rock. Nimble would come & touch my forehead, which would help connect me with the earth energy. She touches the inside of my arms to get my attention.

    Saturday: When I lived in Kauai & swam in the ocean, she loved that & would play & dart all around me in the water. 

    Sunday: When I’m walking in nature & my monkey-mind thoughts are going going, Nimble helps call my attention back to noticing the beauty all around me & being present with it. 

    This is the message I received from Nimble for my AP. You are walking through the forest. Your clairvoyant 3rd eye energy is radiating out strongly in front of you, reaching about a half mile forward. You are picking up all the info from the plants, creatures, elementals, the whole atmosphere, & taking it in. At the same time you are influencing all the nature with your strong, intuitive energy. It is important to be in a loving, centered state of being when in nature because you are affecting all of it with your energy. You can be an uplifting and healing presence for all the life forms there by just BEING.

    1 – Meditation: Nimble talk to me mostly by images. To be with her feels like drinking fresh clean water, breathing fresh clean air. She is delight for my inner senses! She is teaching me how to perceive ordinary reality in an extraordinary way, by tuning into the Spirit the pervade all objects.

    Here Nimble’s messages for me:
    Thursday: You are one of us, Maia. A human elemental. It is good for you to be aware of it and take part of the bigger plan. Please connect with your essence as elemental and every morning greet yourself as a magical spirit. you are playful as a fairy and potent as a storm. You are Nature.
    Friday: You must know, Maia, that you can be the tree, the child, the firefly, the moon, and all the element of this magical Planet. This awareness is sufficient for you to become all the elements. This awareness is the alchemical secret of shapeshifting. ( this message reminded me reminded of the part in the book “The Alchemist” when Santiago became the wind) . Say hello’ to whatever element you chose to connect with and be the experience of it.
    Saturday: Today you need water. You need creek water. Go and found it. Immerse yourself in it. Share your prayers with the water and know your preyers are been heard by All Nature.
    Sunday: Plan your garden Maia, and design it. Talk with me and follow my directions. By the end of September you will have a little magical garden, to play and delight your spirit with.
    Monday: do not forget about me, sweet little girl, I need you to do your work as a human. Please keep talking to us elementals and know we hear you and support you with in the most delightful ways.
    This is Nimble message for my AP : Hi sweet woman, I need you to help me with something very special, that when done by a human has the power to shift this dimensional reality in extraordinary ways. I need you to make offers to the waters of the region you inhabit: the salt waters and the sweet waters. Mix flowers, rice, dry sage leaves, and whatever comes into your heart. Then, make a bowl with big leaves or the emptied skin of half avocado. Then set your intentions for the healing of the waters and the blessings of all living forms, smile, and make your offers. We need you to be the human link that will facilitate transformation on this planet. You are blessed.

    2. Experience with Nimble:

    Wednesday – She whispers in the ears of animals to warn them about danger and sends waves of energy, like sonar waves, that move energy like meridians to the plants, animals, and flowers for protection.

    Thursday – Nimble performs healings on humans by blowing tobacco smoke on the temples to purify the head. When she does this you will feel your temples pulse.

    Friday – When you have your hands in natural water you can create swirling whirlpools with your fingers. Then send your doubts and fears to the whirlpools to remove these from your body.

    Saturday – The trees are alive and we must show our deepest gratitude by talking to them, putting our hands on their bark, and thanking them for all they have brought the earth.

    Sunday – Message I received for my AP from Nimble: Be brave and full of courage. Even in the darkest moments, there is light. When you feel like you can’t connect or don’t feel your guides around you, take a quick breath in and quickly blow the air out, do this loudly like a swoosh sound. Do this 3 times in each direction (north, south, east, west). So 4x do 3 breaths in and out to honor the winds and 4 directions.

    Monday – Nimble performs healings on humans by touching with her finger certain points on the body, in a specific order, that are the patterns of stars in the sky. This connects us with the life force of all things.

    1.) Connected with Nimble daily: She would show up quickly either on my head, shoulder or a leaf. Very vibrant energy and with very light energy.

    2.) Daily messages and blog:
    Wednesday-Be present in nature fully without a destination

    Thursday-Practice being light. She showed me a picture of a bubble and to sit inside it through my day.

    Friday- I’m a bright star that lights up a room when I appear and to remember who I am!

    Saturday- Others attitudes are a reflection of them not me and I need to not stifle who I am to please others.

    Sun- message for Ap: You’re so supported! Take time to turn your kindness towards others more inward towards yourself. Do something that only you will enjoy whether it’s a walk or basking in the sun. You’re sacred and so deserve this!

    Monday-Rejoice in your manifestations, yeahhh!! she’s clapping her little hands! 🙂

    My computer screen broke half an hour ago so I wasn’t able to update my blog with today’s information, but I will write it here.

    THURSDAY- Nimble gave me a short description of herself, explained her water and air techniques, and offered to assist me in making my flower essences.

    FRIDAY- She talks about how she helps to bridge the worlds of land and water.

    SATURDAY- Nimble explains the different healing power of moving water, standing water, salt water, and fresh water.

    SUNDAY- Nimble touches on five different points for my AP, including dedicating gardening time as a time to connect with elementals, an oral hygiene tip, nurturing her inner child, embracing her feminine nature, and some tips on how she can soar. I recommend that my AP click the link to my blog to read the full description.

    MONDAY- I wasn’t able to fully connect to Nimble tonight. Combination of stress, emotions, exhaustion, and large bump on crown of my head. But, I felt her trying to get through to me, and I used what she had taught me about moving water to clear my emotions and feel more stable.

    Take time to stop and smell the roses. Breath it in (life in general and the beauty of the process of your journey) Body is detoxing and transforming energetically cleaning up. Breath in nature do meditation, when your alone out in nature walking around or no matter what your doing practice mindfulness moving meditation. Stillness in the movement and presence. Whenever you feel like you have absorbed to much and need to cleanse picture yourself under water rain or a waterfall and it completely cleansing you.

    When I have connected with Nimble she has a very distinct voice I don’t know if anyone else got that, she moves quick and she’s funny but makes a lot of sense in the simplicity of her recommendations its not that complicated she’s really helpful. I enjoyed her and appreciated it.

    Sat: connect with nature to help open my heart.
    Sun: fantasize and imagine with the innocence of a child, with joy-like wonder and delight.
    Mon: give myself credit for all i have accomplished and how far i have come…acknowledge myself, and know that I am a worthy child of God.

    Message for my AP:
    I saw a blue flower in your throat area, which I believe was a healing from Nimble…she said your clairaudience is opened and being strengthened. She said fill yourself with joy, and validation. She said to live full out, live out loud.
