Slow Down and Spiral Up

Society makes us speed up. It teaches us through subtle programming that if we are not thinking quickly, walking quickly, working quickly and doing everything quickly… that we are no good, we are nobody, we have no purpose, no drive and we will amount to little in life.
Moving quickly due to excitement, purpose and drive is wonderful if fueled by balance and wellness. The unhealthy speed in life that I am referring to is propelled by nervousness, stress, fear and societal pressure. This fear can become so commonplace in one’s life that you may not even recognize it.
For many people, life becomes a whirlwind of to-do lists. Whether you are cleaning the kitchen or designing computer software, there is a nervous urge to do more. The list gets longer and so does the urgency and stress behind it.
As a medical intuitive, what I see in readings is that most people are ungrounded; not only in their individual bodies but in their entire lives. This ungroundedness disconnects a person’s body and mind from their energetic spirit. Consequently, the body is running in one direction while the heart, mind and spirit are running in opposite directions. This produces fear, disconnection and confusion, which is exactly what the powers at hand desire; a fragmented society with little self-empowerment.
The question is, how can we learn to take charge of our lives and become more grounded and on-purpose? The answer is that we begin to control our lives by simply slowing down. Not by vegging-out or by becoming a slug, but by slowing down, centering and breathing. As soon as we slow down, we automatically begin to ground and center. This is because the energy body and physical body naturally align when given a chance to relax.
As I always say, it takes less energy to be healthy than to be unhealthy, once we get out of our way.
Our system is systematically set up to allow us few breaks or vacations. We either have plenty of time and not enough money or plenty of money and not enough time. With this being the case, one must think for oneself to create a life that is both financially, physically, mentally and emotionally supportive. The best way to do this is to work “with” the system as you build your own system of grounded support.
No matter where you are or what you do it boils down to this; you must use your “integrated Self” to control your Being into creating the reality that you choose. You must tell yourself, “All is well. I am thriving and rich. I am happy, healthy and vibrant. I am relaxed.” And so it is. Your world is directly controlled by you. There is no reality other than the one you create. What most people do not understand, is that if your inner feeling is relaxed and happy, so too will be your outer life and experiences. It is energetic law. Therefore, the most important thing for you to do in life is to be responsible for keeping yourself feeling happy. Happy emotions equal a happy life. NOT the other way around. Therein lies both the problem and solution for life.
You cannot allow or afford the outside world to affect your emotions. Yes, you are human, and yet, do not underestimate your power. When experiences appear to be “bad,” let them go immediately. Understand that everything happens for a good reason and continue to keep your vibration happy and well. This will further direct your life in an upward spiraling motion. Spiral up not down. It’s up to you. You are the creator of your life.
Think of how many times someone has said something to you that left you feeling unhappy or anxious. If you slow down your breathing and smile, you will be able to actively address the issue at hand in a relaxed manner. When you slow down, and therefore, respect yourself as a living Being of God, you will also be respected. Most of us want respect. And yet we think it is okay to disrespect ourselves by becoming angry, racing around, staying up late, thinking negative thoughts, worrying about life and eating processed foods such as chips, pastas, breads and cookies. If we want to be healthy we must be relaxed and vibrant. If you want to be vibrant and filled with energy then you must eat foods that are also alive and vibrant such as fresh organic fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. You are what you eat. It’s that simple.
Slow down and enjoy your life. Ground into this beautiful Earth and feel her presence. She depends on you. It is a co-creation. Most importantly, remember to breathe. You are worth it! And when you do, we all benefit from your relaxed radiance.
