Robin’s Nest

.
A friend sent me a video of a Robin and her nest of babies. I had it for weeks but finally watched it today. I happen to be doing a worm/parasite cleanse today and I thought it was funny that the baby Robins were so eager to eat these gigantic worms! One person's nightmare is another birds paradise!
After I watched the video I went out for a run. Low and behold, I was running on a trail and I almost stepped on a baby Robin! I walked up to it and it opened its mouth so wide I thought it was going to eat me! Then I remembered what the babies looked like when they are feeding from the video I had watched. How cute, this baby thought I was its mommy bringing it some food! I know my name is Robin, but I couldn't see how the baby could mistake me for its mom! I looked around for a nest that it had fallen from and a couple of steps away I heard its mom chirping away looking for her kids that had probably taken nose dives from their nest. I went back and picked up the baby Robin and placed it under the tree where mom was. It did a couple of rolly polly flappy attempts. Hopefully they figured out what to do as I wasn't sure what else I could do.
Isn't it amazing that I have never picked up a healthy wild bird before (except for Freedom the Eagle, but she's only half-wild) and it happened only hours after watching a video about Robins? Life never ceases to amaze me. From doing all of the countless energy readings, I have learned that everything that happens around us is symbolic. Every little thing, you have no idea! I was just thinking yesterday that Robin represents my female side and Eagle represents my more masculine side. Coming in contact today with a healthy young Robin who was trying to find its way is a good sign to me. It was so great to have been able to pick up this wild bird! What a great experience. It was precious!
Here is the link to the Robin's nest video in case you want to watch it. Who knows, you may run into a Robin too! The law of attraction really makes me realize how important it is to spend time doing things that may seem fun and frivolous! Like watching a video about Robins! Enjoy!
