Pancreas

Read pgs: 170-171, 224-226, 232.
Write in your notebook (from memory) the job of the pancreas... without your notes.
Then re-write the meaning of the pancreas into your MI Handbook on the computer in a word doc using your book or sources from the internet to make it more complete. Keep it short and simple. Your handbook is to be used to give you a quick reminder of what the different body parts do. Also write the emotional component of the organ involved.  Add a picture of the body part. (Pancreas.)

Read your partner.'s pancreas (45-60 mins each)
Blog about your findings

Since I missed class while out of state, I first looked at my own pancreas and the emotional message of the pancreas: I saw the emotional message of the pancreas being – on the healthy side, about living your life according to your own compass and with full self-confidence, and the unhealthy message about living to please others, or harboring guilt and shame around your own true self. In the partner reading, she saw the pancreas as connected to my own true knowing and trusting my gut feelings, as well as being connected to my heart, helping also guide my life with relationship(s). Negative energy in the form of fear and anxiety about decision-making, not doing the right thing as a child, was a blockage and cleared out of the pancreas area. A healthy pancreas means listening to inner guidance (source) and with ‘showing up’ without fear, in accordance with me.

The reading with my partner contained the matching pictures; eat less salt and its time to push ourselves further out of the comfort zone, I saw an energy blockage in my partner’s pancreas that held her back from making the kind of decisions that cut from all other possibilities, clear, firm decisions. I saw her pancreas helps her greatly with her intuition and creativity. I learned that my pancreas is dependable and strong. My body is a bit too acid and stress is a negative culprit within my system. She gave me diet tips, format for meditation, affirmations and encouragement.

My reading with Nan was very interesting . A lot of matching pictures . In both cases the pancreas appeared to be energetically super connected to the liver and the heart . And in both cases seemed like fear and loneliness have a strong impact on the well being of those organs . As usual the healing steps were amazing and mostly related to the need of bringing loving awareness into some important areas of our lives .

There were lots of matching pictures in my partner reading. Taking the time to ground, ask for inspiration (or say a prayer), even vibrate hand over the pancreas, and tune into the pancreas will allow it to be activated and more productive. Breathing deeply and doing so often empowers the pancreas. We both read a strong connection between the pancreas and liver in each other. In my case, the pancreas was supporting the liver as the liver has many fears stored there. In my pancreas are fears – of “not making it” and fear of expressing my feelings (both show up quite frequently in my life) . So my pancreas is all about belief in myself, allowance to feel and expression of who I am, what I believe and be blessed by it all.
