Read Chapter 13: The Immune System

Please choose a partner with whom you have not read lately.
Do an hour reading on the thoracic duct area and lymph. Make sure you use your reading guidelines and brush up on your techniques. Always look at the healthy and unhealthy aspects of an organ and the physical and emotional aspects too.

Your final is your MI handbook and book due one week after the last day of class. Next week is the last day of class. For MI Professionals, please finalize your bios and photos.

Watch the movie about grounding that Maia sent.

Thoracic duct is very much about trust of self and believing in the gifts I have. Embracing a childlike nature and seeing my beauty through the eyes of the Divine (and trusting that vision) allows the thoracic duct to work optimally.

My immune system reading: Introspection which leads to self-knowing is essential, which was a match for me when doing my reading. A blockage of not being fully embodied in my power, through guilt of comparison with those around me, old message of ‘Don’t be too joyful,’ is remedied by letting go of responsibility towards others’ happiness. (I recognize this theme 🙂 Best to see the ‘light’ in them, and let go, and know that I can’t make everybody happy. Oil of Rose recommended for my lower back area to stimulate thoracic duct system. Back exercises, deep breathing, yoga, and sauna sweating recommended, too. Other emotional qualities to embrace: forgiveness, which carries stress for me, and allowing myself the part of me that really wants to feel WILD. Lastly, connection with my old spirit guide!
