2. MEDITATIONS: Practice the meditations you have learned to date, such as Soul Love, Earth & Sun star, visualizing yourself. Ground your gender areas daily. Look at your uterus or prostate using the "Let's see what is there" (beneficial) meditation for five days this week to create wellness. As always, write about how it's going or about the actual things you see here.

Optional: Depending on the level of your growth period, do the "Let's see what's there" (non-beneficial) meditation once this week on your uterus or prostate. (It is important that you keep your focus more on the positive as you have already done a lot of healing work in class on the gender area this week.)

3. AP CALL: Check in to see how your AP is doing in regard to the work we have done this week. (10 minutes maximum each.) Write about it here. It doesn't have to be long. :)))

4. DIET: Blend only two of any of the following vegetables together with water and drink it daily or at least once this week. 1 stalk celery, 1 carrot, half of a cucumber or a tomato. Only two at a time. You may alternate them daily. If you do not have a powerful blender, such as a Blentec or Vitamix, simply cut smaller pieces and use a regular blender. If you are travelling and don't have a blender, eat them individually instead. If you normally make an intricate smoothie or green smoothie, drink this drink in addition to your daily smoothie. This drink will help your body to strengthen so that it can maintain the energy healing work that you are doing. Some people say that tomatoes are bad for the health. Tune in to yourself and see what is right for you. I disagree with the above and often see tomatoes in readings as healing for the body.

    4.) LOL!!! I love that your “helpers” thought this was better for our group sooner rather than later.

    2. Grounded gender area, using “Let’s See What’s There”-beneficial meditation. Saw yellow light over entire gender area. Visualized healing yellow light entering crown chakra, traveling down chakras to gender area, focused in 2nd chakra. Expanded yellow light throughout body, and aura, till glowing. Saw prostate, glowing yellow with healing energy. As I expanded aura,entered very deep meditative state, did not want to come out of meditative state, very peaceful, happy, and healthy.

    Optional: “Let’s See What’s There”-non beneficial meditation. Was able to view prostate, appeared healthy in size and appearance, but with darkness on the underside of the prostate. Felt guilt, shame, associated with underside of the prostate, darkness. Associated darkness on underneath of prostate, with guilt, shame, Catholic school, priests, nuns, etc. Focused on yellow healing light, entering the prostate area and dissolving dark areas of prostate. Dark areas replace with healing yellow light. Darkness removed, via grounding tube.

    3. AP call-done. Very positive, very helpful, very encouraging.

    4. Done. Will continue to do so.

    2) Grounding gender area meditation has been very beneficial in connecting with my body. Im seeing different textures more than colors in my meditations like hard, sandpaper, velvet, grassy.

    4) Done, and is encouraging me to eat more veggies in general.

    2. Practiced grounding gender daily and looking for what is there/beneficial. Most successful when accompanied by gestures and sweeping and brushing motions with my hands, up and down my body, towards the ground and spreading groundedness towards the earth.
    Most challenging when only visualizing without gestures.
    Seeing the prostate in my visualizations started to happen on day 5.
    Beneficial colors different each day. Colors and meanings were interesting: (white) harmonizing, (green) unconditional love, (red) urge to create and contribute, (yellow) assertive and directive.
    Sending gender-grounding cord into the earth was not easy, yet by day 5 was getting some “grip”.

    3. My AP was working with deserving. Noticing how people tend to talk down to her she experimented with gender grounding. Seems like she experienced some pushback from the people around her “what’s wrong with you?”
    Eating assignment: she feels that the progress she makes spiritually needs to be reflected more by what food she chooses to enter her body. She also noticed that she never drinks water.

    4. Did once – chewed a piece of cucumber and carrot and swallowed some of the juice that resulted from masticating. Though I spit out all the roughage (because I only eat predigested food to give my gut a break for another projected 3 weeks) I did enjoy the flavors and refreshing feeling in my mouth.

    2. This week has been very interesting to say the least. How I am doing my daily meditations has been different than when I am at home. I am surprised how I am receiving info, the preciseness and easy in which the info is coming. I am also very much in aw in regards to the amount of info coming in. I feel that spirit is very aware that I am on a climbing trip. It feels as if spirit is giving me just the right amount info in the clearest way so I can continue with my climbing routine and maintain my growing spiritual path. For the sugar on top I cant get past this feeling that what we are working on in class is fitting perfectly in congruence with what I am gaining awareness in on this trip thus far.

    I have not done a non-beneficial meditation with my uterus yet.

    3. Meet with my ap partner. It was great. Thanks to her because ever since our meeting I have internally been yelling “I LOVE MY VAGINA and uterus”. That alone brings smiles and a lighter mode to me. Thanks AP partner.

    4. I have been eating the food recommended.

    1. I did not need to google either the male or female anatomy. I have the images in my head from years of ultrasound. I did however try and look up the cell histology only to find I must have given this book away (sad face).

    2. I have really enjoyed grounding my gender areas this past week. Something has shifted and I have found both my looking forward to this meditation with enthusiasm and motivation. Robin, you inspired me in this way from sharing your testimony with us, last class. Thank you! I am not completely sure when the healing is complete but I have noticed a beautiful color change during this grounding which is telling me healing has happened. I have also felt this real call to take out art supplies and create just for the fun of it! I know there is a connection between the gender grounding work I have been doing and this desire to create. I look forward to seeing where this leads me.

    3. I had a wonderful meeting with my AP. She shared her excitement for both our program and the the meditation practice with adding in healthy veggies. I was encouraged by her commitment to self care and to her spiritual development and practices. I enjoyed the positive and affirming time we shared.

    4. I love raw veggies but tend to not eat them as much in the winter months. This was the encouragement that I needed to increase my raw veggies as I head in the warmer months of spring. I immediately notice how “alive” I feel after eating raw food. This week, I added celery and tomato either by itself, or together. Either way, it was delicious. Thank you!

    2. Using the “Let’s See What’s There” benificial meditation I saw the color purple at the end of my Fallopian tubes. I felt this was the strongest part in my female area. It represents the innate female wisdom within myself. In addition to the wisdom I carry, I also felt it meant I have strong psychological survival skills that I’ve used in past lives. I will continue to focus on the Soul Love meditation for the remainder of the week in addition to the gender grounding (beneficial).

    3. My AP partner was so vivid and detailed in his description of his mediations. It was a beautiful experience listening as he spoke about the colors he saw. He sounded very powerful and grounded.

    4. Process of ordering a much needed blender. I have eaten celery daily (been a fun challenge since I’ve had some heavy dental work done), cucumber went bad so it will be carrots tomorrow.
