Hydration; Our Way To Empowerment!

 There are many ways that we as humans remain powerless. One of these ways is through dehydration or lack of water in our system. What I have learned is that unless you reach a certain degree of hydration, your body will not get thirsty and signal for you to drink. Therefore, you must become hydrated and feel good before you will be able to gauge the amount of water that you need. It is water that helps to move old feces through your intestines which are lodged in the crevasses. I suggest drinking a gallon of water per day. Use a gallon glass container such as an apple juice bottle, and fill it every morning with water and liquid trace minerals which will help you to absorb the water. Bring the glass jug with you wherever you go and pour the water from it into a glass or water bottle. This is a lot easier than trying to remember how many glasses of water you had each day. This way, if the jug is empty at the end of the day you will know that you are drinking enough water! It’s good to be certain because most people think they drink plenty of water but they do not. By 3:00pm your bottle should be half empty; empty being the more positive result. Try to avoid drinking from plastic. Not only does it pollute the environment but it pollutes your body as toxic substances leach out of the plastic and into the water. Put an affirmation sticker on your water jug.
