1. Meditation (6 minutes total)
Begin your meditation by reviewing all tools: breathing, IFG, gratitude, in & out, grounding, centering, Soul Love.
4 minutes per day: 1 minute of each Holy 4 in the mirror per day.
1 minute per day: Earth star, Sun star alignment.
1 minute per day: Fill with Gold Suns from the inside out and say: I am _______ (your name).
2. AP call: Lead you AP in a meditation using your favorite tool(s). 5 minutes each per person. Set your timer. This is going to be so much fun for you! Feel free to add lib.
3. Listen to 30 more minutes of the Gratitude Diaries
4. Purchase the Soul Love CD on Amazon.com by Robin Eagle Sage. You are not required to listen to the CD at this time but you may if you want to. Please do not listen to more than meditation 1 per day~ to keep your growth period smooth and easy. Thank you!
5. Blog 1-2 sentences for each of the above topics #1-#4. Summarize the meditations.
1.) meditation- I’m beginning to get connected quicker and feeling more grounded and connected as I do these meditations! I love the feeling of calling my name into my body as it’s brought me such a sense of remembering my disowned self again!
2.) Called Ap and led each other through our meditations which I thoroughly enjoyed this practice!
3.) I loved this Chapter! It’s exactly where i’m at with my son and it gave me so many insights to what I can incorporate differently, especially the accepting him more as he is as well as focusing on our daily gratitude which we’ve started!

1. The meditations are really helping my to be more grounded and centred throughout the day as well as strengthening my inner knowing. I had an experience where I walked by someone and felt a slight chest pain and my intuition told me that I was picking up on his energy and that those pains belonged to him. They went away once I realized that.
2. I very much enjoyed the meditation with my AP and it gave me more confidence in leading my own.
3. This chapter will help me with my children – we will bring this practice into our home and make it a daily habit.

1. I am doing the meditations and finding them helpful. Grounding is getting better. I find it interesting that I still have a difficult time finding time for me. I find the holy 4 the most powerful for me.
2. I really enjoyed the meditation with my AP….. she is soooo sweet!!!! I was so nervous at first but felt confident when it was completed.

1. The Holy 4 reminds me of what messages I would want to be sending to my kids as I retrain myself. The fear component, or believing fully that I am safe, may take a while since it is long grained and I look forward to the gradual release.
2. AP connection as established (email, text and phone call made) but we have yet to connect live.
3. Listened GD and enjoyed it. Very practical tips.

1. Meditations: I practiced the meditations. I feel it’s much easier to get to a place of connection or oneness now with the meditations since we’ve been doing them daily. I’m much more connected to my true or higher self because of this.
2. AP call: Completed AP call. Jen guided me through a beautiful meditation. Thank you* It was also very nice to guide her through one as well.
3. Listen to 30 more minutes of the Gratitude Diaries: I have listened to Gratitude Diaries through the next 30 minute marker. Feeling gratitude presently:)
4. Purchased the Soul Love CD on Amazon. (I had a credit on my account and my bill after my purchase was $7.77 I thought that was pretty cool)
1. Meditation
The review: I usually spend a very long time with the grounding/ centering/ etc. process, so I think it’s cool how quickly we can effectively implement these tools. Applying these tools quickly and easily releases resistance towards the meditation practice.
The Holy Four: Effects were amplified when done with a mirror.
Earth Star, Solar Star Alignment: Awesome tool! I am loving this one so much. Such an effective way to align.
Gold Sun: This is a meditation that I used to do twice daily, and I love that we are doing it in class! Never used my name with it though, I like that.
2. Very much enjoyed both the giving and receiving end of the AP call this week. It was nice to hear feedback and to share what came up for us.
3. Gratitude is a big thing with my kids and I. My three year old must have heard me express gratitude before a meal once, because now every time she sits down to eat she “Cho Ku Rei”s her food and says that she’s grateful for Mama, Dada, her brother, and herself. So, following in her lead, this is something we do at every meal and whenever we can.
4. Did not order the CD yet but I will. Excited for what it has to offer!
1. Meditation: I really feel progress with my meditations and am finding it easier and easier to find the time to do it because I enjoy it so much. I love the Sun/Earth star meditation and combining it to open my chakras.
2. AP call: Really enjoyed my meditation call with Christine. I am really enjoying get to know all of you wonderful people!
3. I really enjoy listening to the gratitude diaries. So far, each chapter has fit perfectly into my life and goals.

1 – Meditations. I love the earth star, solar star alignment, & Gold Suns with “I am _____.”
Practicing grounding cord; I find it especially healing doing grounding work when I am outside and can touch and smell the earth.
I added three new phrases to the Holy Four: I am brave, I belong, and I am capable of things that I have yet to be able to imagine.

1) I really like the Earth star, Sun star alignment meditation. The I am (name) meditation reminds me of something I read recently about how in some tribe, when a member commits a crime, they are placed in the middle of the circle and reminded who they by them singing their song as a way to heal.
2) I enjoyed exchanging meditations with my AP – great practice for us becoming medical intuitive! I was kind of nervous to do it, but it actually came out well.
3) I love the Gratitude Diaries – I kind of wish it was more than once a week tho because I start to forget things. Still I like the focus of expressing gratitude to others.
4) I’m on vacation & have not yet purchased the CD, but I will soon.
1) Meditations are really helping me soo much…I’m becoming more grounded and aware, also less reactive, and I’m able to bring myself back quicker when I do react. Also I really like the mirror work and the Holy 4.

1. Have been doing meditations in the am when first wake up or in the car before work, have been giving myself some space with time constraints bc found I lose focus watching time. I like combining the tools into one daily practice, but using them separately as needed throughout my day

3. finished listening to GD last week, but went back and listened to the part about health and inflammation, have been practicing re-framing and inviting myself to see the positive

1) Meditation favorite switches between IFG and Earth/Sun star. Holy Four I feel whole is very empowering. IFG helps me go back to sleep easily, better than any other technique I’ve tried.

1. I have been doing these meditations, and I find the Holy 4 very transformative and effective in terms of stirring stuff up that needs to be released. I look forward to feeling the effects of doing earth star and sun star alignment in the future. I find it easy to use these types of meditations when I do energy healing and readings for a living, but I just started a food security consultancy, so the opportunity is to use these tools while doing a high-pressure consultancy! =-)
2. I spoke with my AP partner, and found that leading someone in meditation really helps you to learn the material, just as teaching helps you to learn it.

I did the meditations. Really enjoying the earth and sun stars, as do feel my body moving into alignment.
2. AP call: This was really lovely. I was really able to see my own energy and at first, the other people in my field (cleared them out though!), with the color exercise that my AP prompted me to use.

This was really validating. Every night before bed my four year old and I name three things that we are grateful for and I tell him three things about him that I noticed that day that I really admire and appreciate. We’ve been doing it for about a year and it’s been wonderful. Because of this book though, we are going to write them down from now on.

1) Meditations are filling my day more and more. They are becoming more dynamic and connected and I can feel the Presence seamlessly blending into my day allowing me, through my breath, to remain aware of the bigger picture, which brings greater ease and joy.
2) This was particularly powerful for me as it was the first meditation I have led since my accident, it was healing and revealing for me. What a Joy to receive and feel even more connected with this inner community.
3) I’m struggling with the Gratitude Diaries as I seem to have a hard time concentrating to some one speaking and really just prefer to read, which leads me to reading something else. Although I know it is benefitting and what I do get out of it is always a help.
4) I have had the CD but don’t know if its been updated since I got it. It was highly synchronistic that the hour before I listened to class your meditation on balancing male and female energy came on.

1. practicing the meditations daily, I am making them a part of my morning and evening ritual. I sometimes feel rushed when I sit to do them, so I am learning to slow down and be more present. I am feeling most connected to the grounding, IFG and core beliefs.
2.I did my call with my AP she led me through a beautiful meditation.I think it is was great practice for us. I was nervous at first but I had a great time with this and it felt natural as I did it.
3. I listened to 30 more minutes of the Gratitude Diaries. I am loving the book and applying it to my own life and relationships.
4. I will need to order the CD to listen to the meditations.
