Homework:

Meditations

Do the following 15 minute meditation 2 times per day in the morning and night:
(The meditations with a star are the most important)

Centering and soul retrieval: 1 minute
Grounding: 1 minute
*IFG: 2 minute
*Soul love meditation: 2 minute
Running life force energy: 1 minute
*Filling with light/Receive: 2 minutes
*Visualizing your CA: 6 minutes

Organic Breakfast:

Make a smoothie with unsweetened almond milk by Pacifica, 1 large heirloom tomato, large scoop of raw nutrient powder (I like Raw Meal by Garden of Life-Vanilla), celery, carrots or carrot juice, 1 bunch of cilantro. If this is not palatable add berries or an apple. Avoid bananas, raisins and dates.

Partner Call: (10 minutes per person- set a timer)

Call your partner and tell them:
1) What you like most about the class
2) What you like most about achieving your CA. (Make it up and have a blast!)

Blog about: (1 sentence each)

State your CA
Reword your last blog sentences (if necessary) in the positive, present tense.

    – IM ONE WITH SOURCE AND I FEEL BEAUTIFUL
    – My call with Andrea was GREAT !
    – Still working on the smoothie breakfast … it seems to always miss an ingredient …
    – I ADORE the feeling of being ONE WITH SOURCE …
    I also realized that this last week I am being a little too busy in things that are not directly correlated with my chief aim so I am now slowing down and enjoying my IFG feeling more and more .

    Body: I am eating regularly and with love, I am moving the way i want to and moving my energy around.
    Mind: I am encouraging focus with meditations and positive affirmations
    Soul: I am welcoming all of the energizing and vibrant energy in from the universe and the earth that I can take.
    Emotions: I am letting my emotions flow, recognizing them and providing them space to be so that I can learn from them, then let them go.
    Actions: I am saying yes to my dreams, and accepting opportunities to see them come to fruition.

    I gotta be honest, I live in a cold part of the world right now and I’m a cold person constitutionally, and I dont like smoothies. I eat lots of greens regularly and love them to bits.

    I think an insight I have had in the last week is that being vibrant and empowered and healthy involves feeling like crap once in a while, doesnt mean I’m not awesome, just means I am human, and thats what I’m here for…who knew.

    Aloha all.

    I am connected to Source.

    I don’t use electricity at my house right now, but I do have a hand cranked blender. I absolutely love green smoothies and try to have them and juices as often as possible! It is however slightly harder to make them right now. However I did make an awesome drink with rollinia, kale, spinach, h2o and some lemon. Yum Yum!

    The calls are always helpful! I find it so important to talk in now as if all has already manifested, but the best part is I didn’t actually have to make anything up. I was able to speak from my first hand experiences and seed them even deeper into my being.

    My meditations are going well, however I did slack a little the last two mornings and even though I was still meditating and connected to the breath through out the day, I really noticed not having those early sessions. They seem to just set the energy right for the day.

    I am financially abundant. The phone call with my partner is a great tool to bring more light and fun into the process. It makes the emotion behind the words come more alive inside of me. My body feels different after the call, lighter, happier. It stirs up the faith inside of me. I do smoothies most mornings anyway. Since the class, I removed banana from the ingredient list and replaced it with kale. I add the powder, blueberries, a small amount of almond butter, water, and probiotics and any other greens or tomato, if I have it. I always feel best with a smoothie in the morning. Meditations are going well. No new insights this week, but the readings I did over the weekend felt lighter on me.

    My call with Nadine was A-mazing! She was very helpful and we seemed to energize each other as we manifested away!

    Smoothie in Vermont in the Fall, not so much 🙂 Constitutionally ppropriate Superfood and Superherb raw and warm morning protocol, YES!

    Meditations are going great and happening in my own time throughout the day. Feels good to finally be letting myself know my truth and to be focused.

    I am financially abundant.
    My smoothies consist of spirulina, chaga tea, medicinal mushrooms, ayurvedic herbs, non_gmo honey, maca, vanilla and various sundries.
    My mediations are conting to go well . Living opulence and wealth in Humility and gratitude
    My partner was on hawaii time and coordination did not occur. I woukd have really enjoyed tuning in. Looking forward to next tjme

    I am one with source and I feel my perfection within.
    Smoothies consist of protein powder, 3 blueberries, medicinal mushroom powder, super green food, a handful of spinach or kale, 2 cherry tomatoes, a small pc of carrot and celery and two sprigs of cilantro. I didn’t add all these veggies each smoothie due to some tummy issues.
    Meditations are going well.
    (Sorry don’t know how to boil this down to one sentence.) I realized this week that my connection with source does not always feel the same, it sometimes I feel a tingling in my center and it radiates to the rest of the body. Other times I will be thinking, “where are you?” and the thought comes, “I am always here” and the feeling that arises is like a warm blanket on a cold morning, comfortable, snuggly, protected, nurtured. That was surprising to me.
