MI Training, Level 7 Week 6, Home-play

.
  1. Listen to or read one hour of the book: “Having It All” by John Assaraf. 3 hours on Audible.
  2. Send your written final to Robin.
  3. Read everyone’s reading about sugar from last week. Post your sugar blog on your personal blog and your business Facebook page.
  4. No AP reading this week.
  5. Email your latest flyer to Robin with changes made and post it in one new location which you list here. If you put your flyer on a flash drive and take it to a copy store to be printed it can be easier and cost less than doing it yourself. Especially if there is a lot of color in it.
  6. Meditation: Smile and be happy as much as you can all day and every day. Watch your life improve. Write here what you notice improved this week.

    5. Poster: Sent final postcard. I caught up on previous homework to post in several places, including two cafes. The new location I posted was also a food co-op.

    6. Meditation: I have had a challenging week, but noticed that smiling and taking a minute to re-route my thoughts when needed lifts my energy and shifts my perception. I can feel it almost immediately.

    6. Started out the week being happy, feeling lighthearted and buoyant. As I began to get a cold on Sunday, I noticed myself feeling a bit depressed and also that I wasn’t smiling much. But at the gym today, while I was on various machines, I visualized that I was hiking in the Redwood forest, in northern Idaho soaking up the feel of the moss & cedar trees, and then swimming in the ocean with the dolphins. It was a great way to bring me out of the gloominess. So my life improved because I now have this technique I can use to take myself to beautiful places & lift my spirits.
