MI Training, Level 7 Week 4, Home-Play

.
  1. Meditation: Be still within yourself and breathe (15 minutes to 1 hour per day.)
  1. AP Reading:

45 minutes each reader. You may read each other on different days. 20 mins on part one (10 minutes cons and 10 minutes pros) and 20 mins on part two (10 minutes cons and 10 minutes pros), and 5 minutes for the fillery beginning and end.

Ask your AP a “Should I eat this or should I eat that…” question. Make sure you choose two foods or drinks that you would like to know how they affect your body. Such as, “Should I eat red meat or should I eat white meat?” Or, “Should I be a vegetarian or should I eat meat?” Or “Should I drink herbal tea or should I drink coffee” Write the pros and cons for each section and be concise in your blog.

  1. Set up a Skype account. Make sure that you write on your flyers that you can do readings and healings via Skype or the phone.

4. Flyers - Post your flyers! You may need to bring pins or a staple gun. Put them in cafes, churches, yoga studios, health food stores, etc. If you have the nerve, hand them to people and ask if they would like a free reading. Hand them out at parties and let people know what you do. Give a flyer to your friends and family who are supportive. You can even send them to friends in other states/countries and ask them to post them. List the places where you put up a flyer here.

    2. AP Reading:
Should my AP take a specific herbal supplement or should she eat the raw food for her ailment?

Cons of the herbal suppliment: When reading the cons of the herbal suppliment, I saw that it had much of a placebo effect and was not extremely effective nutritionally. I also saw the down side of the supplement being expensive.

The Pros for the herbal supplement: It was easy and exciting and initially helped my AP feel better. Also, knowing that she had spent her money as an investment in her health was beneficial as well.

The cons of eating the raw food instead of the herbal supplement: It would take time and energy to prepare the foods she needed to heal her body. She would have to go to the store every couple days and restock and physically prepare the smoothies and juices.

The pros of eating the raw food: The pros were that it was extremely beneficial for the healing of her body. It was what her body was needing to flow, help her blood to become healthy and repair her nervous system.

In summary, the herbal supplement was expensive and close to a placebo effect although it did make her feel better temporarily. Preparing the raw food is more time consuming, however her body would benefit from it extremely as it would create flow in her blood and help to calm her nervous system, specifically green leafy vegetables and beets for her liver.

    3. I passed out flyers to some stores and shops in a town near where I live. I met some like-minded people and it made me want to get out there and do more networking. I went to a coffee shop called the Library in downtown Long Beach and a metaphysical store called Transformations. I also put them up at a health food store called Mother’s Market in my town.

    1. Working on it and doing better, able to become still more easily.

    2. Q1: Should I eat chicken? Cons: The energy/emotional aspect of eating it causes you distress, and your body also has difficulty processing & digesting it. Pros: Does give your body some energy.
Q2: Should I eat fish? Cons: There is a lot of metal & mercury in the ocean that is absorbed by the fish. Radiation in the fish affects your brain, throat, lungs & kidneys. Pros: Salmon in particular is very beneficial for you, as you utilize the energy & luminescence from the sun that the fish absorb, their vibrancy, and the oils are very good for you, especially your throat area.

    1) Meditations done most days, some days it’s hard to be still. At night it’s much easier.

    2) AP reading scheduled for tomorrow nite.

    3) I have a Skype account.

    4) Have not printed out my flyer yet, and honestly not sure where to post it. I think i need to figure out how to make my pic smaller, and add sone design to it. I’m struggling with the question, ‘why should someone get a reading from me?? I’m really not sure! I would like to offer some free readings tho so maybe I can figure that out. I have been very isolated from people tho, so I’m really not sure where to start. This feels very daunting to me..

    2. Should I eat gluten or peanut butter?

    Cons of gluten:
Gluten vibrates at a slow vibration, so eating it means that your own vibration will slow down to match it. Gluten clogs up your brain, causing it to function in a more sluggish manner. It also slows your digestion, lowering the benefit of highly nutritional foods by causing them to be in the body longer and thus rot in your system. Hardens in your stomach, and mutilates your DNA and the DNA of our human race.

    Pros of gluten:
Brings you a feeling of connection to your ancestors, especially the women. The smell of fresh bread brings feelings of warmth and joy and nourishment to the soul. Slowly phasing out gluten instead of dropping it cold turkey is more gentle to your emotions and energetic system, and seems like a better option than the stress and state of mind that would come with being too hard on yourself.

    Cons of peanut butter:
Irritating to the lungs and throat, creating microscopic “pustules” in these areas. Irritating also to the lining of the stomach, but a new stomach lining is created every night. However, eating peanut butter consistently begins to damage the stomach in layers past the lining. I suggest undergoing a period of eating peanut butter no more than once a week, in order to allow your body to regenerate and heal. Most peanut butters contain a rancid and toxic peanut oil content.

    Pros of peanut butter:
Beneficial if eaten in small amounts and only of high quality. Brings a feeling of ease since it can be a quick snack that brings an instant boost. High-quality peanut butter or another nut butter will be good for circulation, lubrication of your neck and elbow joints, and will moisturize your skin.

    4. Printed my flyers today, and will be posting them up tomorrow. Will be going to my local health food store, some coffee shops, the “Chakra Shack”, and some raw and other health-conscious food places.

    1. Paedrin Blues

Sorry Robin, I wrote you a book! Thought this information may be beneficial to all of us so didn’t want to leave too much out.

    2. Paedrin Blues

      4. Passed out my flyers. Whole Foods, a little gallery where hippies like to gather :), a coffee shop that I kept seeing in my visions, my local record shop, two different health food joints, on some street corners where newspapers and magazines were laid out, and at the Chakra Shack.

Talked to a few different shop owners about what I do and asked their permission to advertise my flyers at their business. Also talked to the Chakra Shack about being an in-house reader and they said they charge clients $2 a minute and take a percentage. Seems hopeful!

  5. Jennifer Connery

    1.) Practiced breathing meditation daily.

2.) Ap Reading Question: Should I drink coffee or Yerba Mate?

Coffee Cons- It forced heart into an un natural frenzied state. Takes you out of your body and suppresses appetite.

Coffee Pros- Initial mood boost. Allows you to multi task as a mother on auto pilot. It helps you to sustain energy for mothehood and work.

Yerba Mate- Cons- Intitially a urinary tract infection is present due to caffeine overload.

Yerba Mate Pros- earthy and more plant based. Grounding energy and repairing of Dna cells as well as helpful to neurotransmitters in the long run. Allows for a moderate boost which will keep you grounded.

Summary- After an initial cleanse and detox of coffee, Yerba Mate will be much more healthier to body and mind.

3.) Flyers are posted. I put out word to family that I will be sending out to promote me, Mom was willing. I’m in the process of creating a post card style on Vista Print.

    1. Meditation: Done 15 mins per day

    2. AP Reading: Should I eat meat or be a vegetarian?

    Cons: Eating Meat
Toxins from meat build up in the intestinal walls resulting in digestive/gut issues. Consuming too much meat leads to brittle and easily breakable bones, additional stress on the eyes, and blocks the ability to express emotions.

    Pros: Eating Meat
High levels of protein and iron are valuable for the body and can provide energy, strength, and stamina.

    Cons: Vegetarian
Certain types of vegetables (e.g. cruciferous) are hard for your body to digest and upset your stomach.

    Pros: Vegetarian
Your energy is more lighthearted and joyous. Being a vegetarian is soothing to your soul, connects you with the trees, and is grounding. Your thoughts and mind are sharper and you have more clarity when making decisions.

    Summary:
You have been longing in your soul to be a vegetarian, which will bring you many benefits. Despite the cons of eating meat, there are some nutritional benefits for you. If you eliminate meat make sure you have the right proportion of nutrients and variety in your diet. No matter what you chose, the most important thing is to have awareness about what you eat. If you consume meat remember to energetically clear it before ingesting.

    3. I have a Skype account

    4. I have not posted my flyers yet, but I have identified several places to hang them and will do this in the next few days. I went to a reiki share and announced at the end that I’m doing readings. I had one person reach out to me who is interested in scheduling a time.

    2) AP reading:
Should I eat coconut products or should i eat avocado?

Coconut pros: nourishing to your body, fat good for your brain, help to lubricate your joints, grounding for you..coconut water very hydrating for you.

Coconut cons: Be careful not to overfill, esp on coconut flour, too much fiber may not be good.

Avocado pros: nourishing, good fats, good for your brain and heart, and gives your body energy, you can even consume the pit for added nutrients or make into a tea.

Avocado cons: could be irritating to you if eaten too much, It may be just that it was in the past, introduce it slowly and be aware of your body’s reactions, if any, to it.

In summary, the coconut products were very benificial and nourishing, just be careful of over doing it. The avocado was also very nourishing, but could be irritating if eaten too much. Be conscious of when you are eating it and pay attention to how it effects you each time.
