  1. Google Doc:

Write your findings about each chakra covered in class that week in the google doc called “Chakras.” Write your name and then your findings.

2. Personal blog:

Copy and paste your chakra findings into your blog. You may insert a pretty picture of a chakra or a photo representing the essence of the chakra if you like.

3. AP Reading:

Call your AP and read their 3rd chakra for 15-20 minutes each. If you see a blockage talk about what is causing it and how to cure it. Use a timer. Take your time. A lot will be revealed for the person. Blog about what you saw on the SSL blog.

4. Health:

Green smoothies daily. Drink plenty of water and lemon balm tea. Get 8-9 hours of sleep. Run or move your body aerobically for 15 minutes per day. You will begin to feel more self-esteem. Write about how much fun you are having with this and how it is helping all areas of your life!

5. Daily Meditation:

Breath into your 3nd chakra. Look around. See what it needs. Discover more about it. Move positive energy through it to cleanse and heal it. Fill it with love. Each day write 1-2 lines about what you find in the SSL blog.

6. Book:

Become a MI, by Tina Zion, chapter 7. Finish this chapter this week.

    3. AP Reading:
    When reading my partner’s 3rd chakra, I first saw a babbling brook surrounded by yellow tall grass. I felt a sense of healthy flowing energy. I then saw her laying down in a black space and lift up into a body of energy connected to the universe and stars. It felt as if she was entering a stage in life that was planned before this lifetime where she would access a deep connection to the cosmos and to her intuition. I saw a small icy blue machine in her 3rd chakra that was put there to keep her busy and not allow her to have time t enjoy life. We removed it with a few different tools and filled up with a beautiful peaceful yellow that was in the rest of her chakra. I then saw her relaxing and replenishing by the stream. Lastly, I saw a circle of women’s hands, much like a woven corn tapestry. It represented friendship and connection that I felt the chakra was asking for.

    4. Health:
    I have been loving my green smoothies and able to exercise more this week. It feels so good and I have more energy when I get to do it.

    5. Daily Meditation:
    I felt a lot of healing in the 3rd chakra while meditating this week. I saw a book with a lot of history written in it. It seemed like events from this and past lifetimes. After many pages written a big chunk of the end was empty. These were pages that I would fill with experiences from this lifetime. I got the impression that the future of this chakra in this lifetime is up to me.
    Another time meditating, I saw a wilted yellow flower. After saying “hello,” I could feel this was my self doubt. I replaced it with a bright, healthy flower and filled my aura with energy of courage and confidence.

    I See a family of three on the horses. 13 year old girl, 7 year old girl and me. They looked to all be having fun, excitement ,and freedom. A lot of freedom emerging. A sense of accomplishment and a celebration of accomplishment. A sense of richness. Celebrate all the work you put in and now it is time to rest and celebrate. A time of power and empowerment. I’m seeing tranquility and water. Planning a campout along the waters edge, family fun time. Money is coming in in a deep orange. It’s okay to relax and take time to care for yourself. Carve time out and give yourself permission to stop. Enjoy and refuel. This will help with clarity. Juggling a lot and reluctantly putting down one pin at a time. Having a hard time letting go of them. I’m seeing a red rose spread open very wide. Man and women with rose mom and dad. Instilled a good sense of work ethic. Yet it’s important to stop working to have fun. It is ok to say no and to know that everything will be taken care of. Release others expectation of yourself. Put down the whip. See a golden horse whip. Nurture yourself, take a bath, watch a sunset, candles and bubbles in your bath. You deserve relaxation, peace. All is well. Giving yourself permission will help to release the guilt. Take a spa day, with water, massage, nails. Also important to create a space for yourself. Write 30 minutes a day, meditate, listen to soft music. Tell them this is your time. You will be stronger just knowing you deserve this time guilt free. Resentment and anger emerging in this chakra around not having time or feeling supported in your family. Seeing a kitchen timer, set boundaries, your time. Just do something for yourself. Blossoming sweet yellow and white flowers. Light coming in. Completion, renovation. Time to meet this internal challenge, golden opportunity. When you nourish yourself and take time for self care your kids will back away and get that eventually when boundaries are set owning your personal time. Giving your self time to totally feel refreshed.

    4.) I exercised while at work, walking many miles for hours. Also swam a few laps and did ecsatic dance! Drinking smoothies daily. Detoxing yet feeling more empowered with movement.

    Thursday: Awareness of releasing guilt around my time, energy and space
    Friday: insecurity and paranoia came up at work around feeling accepted and tendency to over exert myself.
    Sat: Learning to be authentic self while seeing people pleasing coming in at new work environment.
    Sunday: Self care day, guilt free
    Monday: Setting boundaries with my son to foster independence.

    3. AP reading: I saw her chakra was yellow. Her father cam in strongly. He wants to be part of her life but does not know how to go about it. He loves her. Hearing he is very manipulative and perhaps narcissistic. Where you are is where you need to be. Honor where you are and who you are. This is about you. Process your thoughts and feelings and then later decide what you want to do with your dad once you are stronger. You’re a wonderful person with a big heart. Honor who you are. As you are going down your path things will sort out. Care and nurturing needs to be turned inward. Release guilt. Accept where you are and what you have done. No regrets and honor yourself. I feel the holy 4 mantras will help you, especially I am worthy. Say to yourself ” I am worthy of releasing all this guilt and worthy of peace and acceptance” You are a wonderful mother and planting seeds for the growth of your children.

    4. Green smoothies are wonderful!!!!! Trying to get 8-9 hours of sleep. Aerobic exercise at least 15 min in nature with my dog (healing dog that is). It feels so good to exercise and be in nature. Connecting with the trees!!

    3. AP Reading: I see the ocean with blue and yellow fish swimming and diving in and out of the surface of the water over and over again. You are doing so much to move your life forward in different ways, so much determination- career wise and relationship wise. Going underwater is a resting time and then its full steam ahead. So much freedom for you. Your strength and determination to change your life is guided by sources beyond you- it’s like your destiny. You are looking at everything coming up in life (negative beliefs or other obstacles) and assessing it, healing it, letting go. As your old beliefs literally fall away and you shift your perception make sure that you are releasing these from your energy body. They are getting stuck outside of you in your aura and need to be released so it’s important to keep chakra open and moving. When you meditate, take your hand in front of your chakra and push these beliefs out with your hands and out of your energetic zone.

    4. Health: Getting lots more sleep and drinking lemon balm tea. Green smoothies feel great and fill me with vibrant energy.

    5. Daily Meditations: The energy of the moon is so strong in this chakra and memories of our planetary history and evolution are stored here. How humans have evolved on the planet earth and how other human-like communities lived on other planets and dimensions. This history is filed here where it can be accessed and read to help us understand how connect to the universe. This chakra is like the star of the universe of our own energy bodies. It is where we attach, even with chords extending out, to our beliefs, ideas because it’s connected to how these manifest in behaviors or actions outside the body.

    1. Shaky, feels sad, alone. Want to cry but the tears won’t come.
    Deep, old sadness, dark gray. Old woman bent over, gray hair, abandoned in narrow street.
    All people gone. Battle? She’s left alone. Doesn’t know where the people went.
    Abandonment. Betrayal.
    Red. Passion, strength. To live with confidence, to have strong boundaries, to shine my
    sunny light with strength. It’s the core from which all the other chakras balance. Self-
    esteem.

    3. Spiritual expansion. Holding a lot of energy in a beautiful, strong way. I’m looking through a cylinder seeing deep into 3rd chakra,. It’s like a time machine, going back & back in time. Lifetimes are whizzing by, I feel joy & amusement. You have gained much wisdom & experience from all these lifetimes.
    A part of you is doubting yourself. Just a little, like getting yourself out into the world. A ring around the 3rd is keeping you contained in a comfort zone, is restricting you from really expanding even more. A masculine brotherly energy is fearful of your expansion and change, wants you to stay the same. Holding space in auric purple energy keeps you grounded and strong, so the containment energy disintegrates into white/gold light and leaves your body.
    Now orange has a warm feeling to it, still emanating out into the world from your center. You are centered and grounded.

    4. Super-green smoothie every morning. Never bought the tea. More like 5 – 6 hours of sleep a night. Have taken some walks, danced to random music. I AM having so much fun exploring each chakra and learning from it. Wish I could spend more time being present with them, however. It’s fun and educational to check in with each chakra and learn what it is about for me. There are many layers that I can continue to explore.

    5. Some days I could connect with the 3rd chakra. Other days not. My observation this week is that the layer I am seeing right now is about some deep grief and abandonment experienced in a past life. Am sending it love and golden light.

    6. Getting some read — slowly. Time is a factor while I’m working on my rental house.

    Lots of yellow…you have great inner strength. You need to call on it and become more aware of it…embrace it. I see that you have self-doubts and are un-sure of yourself…the word insignificant came to me,.. I think of a butterfly who doesn’t kno how strong and beautiful her wings really are…maybe she is comparing herself to a caterpillar, thinking she shud be different, thimgs shud look a different way…You are just as significant, even if it is different than how you think it shud look. Acknowledge and appreciate yoirself!! Appreciate everything, even things you don’t like, appreciate your whole being…accept yourself unconditionally, warts and all, Love it all, the shadow and the light. I’m hearing a good affirmation for you wud be, ‘i love my shadow as i love my light’ and also it wud be great to do the Holy 4 in the mirror too. Love yourself like nobody eva has before, be Fierce about it…be unapologetically You…Know your worth, you are so worthy! I’m hearing the book, Wonen who Run with Wolves, that may be a good book for you to check out. Take back your power, claim it, nobody can do it for you. I see huge sunflowers blooming….you are so close, you are unstoppable…when you really own your power and know how amazing and strong you truly are you will be unshakeable, unbreakable and unstoppable!!

    4) Am drinking the smoothies, but still not feeling great. Im sure it’s due to recently haven taken a round of antibiotics, I have been feeling awful. Am moving more but it takes so much to get going and takes a lot outta me…its terrible! This too shall pass tho. Am stiil drinking lots of water.

    Love myself unconditionally, have unconditional self-acceptance…be myself, express myself more fully…don’t be afraid of my power, i need to really own it. Forgive myself. Honor myself and my path. Stop judging myself so harshly! NO judgement, only Love. Be kind and compassionate with myself, like i wud to a child. Take full responsibility ova my lifr, for everything! I am not a victim, i an empowered.

This week I also manifested an amazing car that I got for very little money.. At home Im growing a beautiful lemon balm tree plant.. can’t wait to get there and start drinking my tea 🙂
    5 – what my third chakra needs is for me too keep cleansing out guilt. I have been small for too long, in the believe that shining your light means arrogance. I feel now more and more connected with my true divine power and I’m able to self correct myself every time I see my ego is taking over. I watched Konfu Panda 3 and I highly recommend it because that panda is a True Master!!
    6- Im a bit behind with the book.. I’m in California and I forgot the book at home. I will have this part done as soon as possible.

    3. AP reading:

    -Brass, feeling a lot of heat like copper. Chakra very alive – working hard with excess heat or surge of heat. Lots of veins and inflammation in that area.
    -See a snow owl – with long white feathers, it is an animal guide for you right now. So much access to knowledge to hep you heal your 3rd chakra
    and bring sense of calm. Holds a lot of wisdom and access to ancient memories like the Akashic records. It can bring the materials and info needed
    for healing. Like a gateway for healing.

    -Seeing marbles with yellow stripe inside, looks cloudy and milky. Heavier than it should be. Run silver light through it up and down and left to right. It
    has to do with air quality, noise, light pollution it’s clouded the area up and brings energy of confusion. Need to be in the mountains and breathe in cool air.
    Take a cold shower allow it to re-set electromagetics (ions) after long car ride.

    -Now looks healthier, better. It’s a strong structure. A lot of power and certainty in love. You know what you want in your life. Are good with boundaries.
    Good at keeping in what serves you for greatest good.

    -there is a small chord though from this chakra out in and it’s taking and draining energy away from you. Most likely related to work. Need to travel more.
    Your desire to travel will nourish your spirit and re-stock your energy.

    4. I actually normally do all of these things daily(except for lemon balm)! But was out of town this week so wasn’t able to.. However, my experiences with working this chakra have been awesome! I have been able to be confident about big decisions in my life, and have been able to separate other people’s opinions from my own, and hold true to my own knowing and instinct. I feel empowered!

      5. Meditations:

      Tuesday- Third chakra wants rest, fresh water, and ginger.

      Wednesday- Third chakra needs me to create more space to be myself- to stop trying to fit myself into a certain mold, putting myself in a box, shoving my essence down, cramming my essence in. Third chakra can show me how to be expansive, carefree, powerful, strong, joyful, in my power, connected to my Higher Self, guided by Spirit.

      Thursday- Sun the sun working with third chakra to keep us directionally oriented and to guide us where we need to be for healing.

      Friday- Third chakra wants me to sit upright with a healthy posture, yet stay relaxed. Taking a minute to recollect and go inward will strengthen the core, the center, and strengthen the third chakra.

      Saturday- Seeing a fear of using my power to be a “mad queen” or to use my sexual power to manipulate people. Third chakra says “as long as you are grounded and centered, you will be on the right path and will know just what to do with your power, and will use it to fulfill your Divine Mission”.

    3. A lot of shedding of the old, layers coming off, being more proud of who you are, teaching others, working with people and guiding them out their stuff bringing them back to the light and their soul purpose, positive black in the chakra (black beauty) outer appearance changing to match the new vibration, come up with a cleansing ritual for after your done working going to be majorly important to keep your energy strong.

    4. Green smoothies-almost everyday but I am getting the green passion smoothie from panera. Its still Green! but i definitely need to work more on this.
