  1. Google Doc:

Write your findings about each chakra covered in class that week in the google doc called “Chakras.” Write your name and then your findings.

2. Personal blog:

Copy and paste your chakra findings into your blog. You may insert a pretty picture of a chakra or a photo representing the essence of the chakra if you like.

3. AP Reading:

Call your AP and read their 2nd chakra for 15-20 minutes each. If you see a blockage talk about what is causing it and how to cure it. Use a timer. Take your time. A lot will be revealed for the person. Blog about what you saw on the SSL blog.

4. Daily Movement:

Run or move your body aerobically for 15 minutes per day. Write about how it goes for you and if you begin to feel more self-esteem.

5. Daily Meditation:

Breath into your 2nd chakra. Look around. See what it needs. Discover more about it. Move positive energy through it to cleanse and heal it. Fill it with love. Each day write 1-2 lines about what you find in the SSL blog.

6. Book:

Become a MI, by Tina Zion, chapter 7. Finish this chapter in the next 2 weeks. Only read about what she writes for each chakra after we have read it in class so that you will not be influenced.

    3- AP reading: A past life came up. My AP was a medicine woman from some ancient time. She used to work with a female black cat as a companion, as a messenger of the wisdom of the unseen. She used to know the secrets of the womb and the ancient connection between women and the Universe. She used to help a lot of people, mostly women and children. Something happened with a woman that decide to die instead of healing, and a seed of doubt was planted in my AP’s womb, a seed that grew, life after life, because of cultural negative conditioning regarding the power of the womb. The healing for her takes place by saying yes to reconnect with her womb. A simple yes, accompanied by deep breathing into her womb will restore her connection with the Inner Wisdom of the Mother. The Black Madonna Lilith came through as a guide for her to call upon in time of doubts.
    4- Doing it! every morning early I run up and down the hill near my home. My body feels vibrant and energized all day long!
    5- The healing of my second chakra is mostly related to self doubt and is coming with establishing a powerful connection with the color black and the darkness of the womb. So far Im being asked to walk around the house blindfolded and use my other senses to feel the space around me, and then going deep into any of my fear and smile to it, like a mother would smile to a little scared child. Im asked to eat charcoal to cleanse and to connect with the Wisdom of Dark Goddess Lilith.

    3. AP Reading:
    I saw a blue color in my partner’s second chakra which turned into a beautiful scene of her in a boat on a deep blue lake paddling and creating ripples in the water. This represented her seeking wisdom and learning to connect to secrets of the universe and magic. Occasionally, there would be children and chaos in the boat, however then my partner would connect with the children and business of life, calm down and they would disappear and she would be exploring again. I also saw her looking into the night sky with a telescope which again symbolized learning about how to connect with the universe and energy that is not seen. She had a small hole or tear in what appeared to be the area of her right ovary. I saw her sleeping and getting rest to feel better and heal her chakra in this space.

    4. Daily Movement: I have been moving, however recovering from a chest cold, so just yoga and swimming. Feels good.

    5. Daily Meditation healing and reading the Second Chakra:
    When accomplishing a goal; it is the journey that is just as important as the outcome. If you feel supported and peaceful, that energy will carry into the end goal. (This is in regards to a website and business I am working on.)
    I asked-What can I do to heal this area? I got- Be yourself.
    I saw myself singing into a microphone with my guitar which is something I’ve been neglecting. I also saw myself at a podium speaking with a book I had written.
    Another day, I saw a bridge of light energy connecting my throat chakra with my second chakra, which I both have issues in. Apparently, they are connected.
    I asked-What do I need right now to feel my best. I got- Soul Sister spiritual connection, nature, relax.

    3. AP Reading: The second chakra was frozen, temporarily, with triangular icicles surrounding it for protection in response to a particular situation. We removed the triangles and warmed the area to let sun and light in. A girl with braids dancing in the rain with rain pouring down signifying purification and cleansing of childhood memories particularly related to trauma and heartache, not feeling good enough, wanting to please. To cleanse this area take sage or palo santo wood and use the smoke to clear by moving it in circles around your body near your second chakra. Ask for the old associations to be removed. You are already complete and full. You are planting seeds to build something new, perhaps a career change or new relationship. As you clear this area, set your intentions to create new dreams and intentions. There is a blockage on the back side of your body that is stopping the flow of the energy moving. To clear this soak amethyst crystals in salt water and then move them in circles on the backside of your body near this chakra. A grandmother who has passed is helping to heal this area. There are so many bright dark pink flowers being given to you, bouquets and bouquets. You are loved and there is much lightness to help you release this grief. Be gentle and forgiving and don’t look in the past to judge yourself, you always did the best you could, as a child especially. Allow yourself to be filled with playfulness, laughter, and silliness.

    4. Daily Movement: The best I could do this week was go on a short walk daily, I would like to incorporate more activity.

    5. Daily Meditation: I saw myself standing in front of a big amphitheater with the doors wide open at my side reflecting new opportunities, new beginnings, an empty space that I will fill and share with others. Traces of self doubt reside in this chakra appearing like yellow lights and shooting starts. They are small but make me question instead of trust. At night, I should put my hand over the chakra to warm it and use the heat in my hands for healing. Fall asleep like this. Other strong associations I heard, strength, courage, and determination to be free.

    3. I see the second chakra as the color orange/red. It is a little shrunken. It feels very busy. You are overextending yourself doing things for others. This chakra is emotionally drained and exhausted. You are not getting your needs met by yourself and others. I see alot of emotional stress and it is starting to take a toll on your health. You are developing physical symptoms related to the stress. Your chakra wants you to find your center and balance. Use your tools!! Meditate, deep breath, detox, take an epson salt bath. You are loving and you are loved!!!!!

    4. I have been going on longer walks with my dog in nature. We walk then run. I feel so much better when I exercise and when I am in nature. We alternate between walking and running.

    5. I am consistently hearing balance and find your center. Breath, meditate. Get out of my head. Stop the negative emotions. Find my inner strength. Don’t allow myself and others to beat me up emotionally. Hang up the whip. I was told to hang up the whip. Repeat those steps every time I bring it back out. Love and respect myself. Praise myself. When I am grounded and centered no one can hurt me!!! Continually told to change the thoughts.

    Little girl on white canopy bed playing with a doll. Lots of light. Looking outside at green pasture with a horse. Desires for freedom – seeing it on the other side but not knowing exactly how to access it. Take charge, put your foot down, and slowly let it unravel. Ask for what you want and let the chips fall where they may. Childlike essence, light. Second chakra feels clear but there is a small hole like a cavity on the bottom left. Dark and blue and hollow. It’s a place where you have been silenced. It’s small in there. Girl working at her desk, lonely, writing.
    Writing poetry sad suffering. Take this and allow it to blow upwards toward the sun. Darkness no longer serves you. It is ready to be released. You have been holding onto it like it’s part of you, but it doesn’t belong to you. Something related to drama like a play in high school – you were feeling you had to act all the time but no longer. Seeing you play the piano, making music from your heart. Writing songs, lighter poetry and music. Creation – this is now you own song, surrounded by yellow sun.

    3. AP’s second chakra was very chaotic at first, but with my attention it began to settle a bit. There were dragon-like creatures with long snake-like bodies, wings, and heads of blue and red lions with confused expressions on their faces. With my attention they began to fly in a circle around second chakra, but there was still disharmony and debris was flying out everywhere. These creatures hold creative power, but also held the energy of AP’s past lovers. We filtered a soft gold light shimmering with gold through the bodies of the beasts, to separate foreign energy from AP’s energy, then dropped the foreign matter through her grounding. Their faces began to soften. The debris faded, and the creatures began to circle in a very harmonious pattern, spinning the chakra at its healthy speed. Clarity and resonance ensued, and AP’s energy was hers again.
    I also saw that it would be beneficial for AP to use water (ocean, showers, etc.) as time to intentionally release the burdens of mundane life, and to shift her perspective of the responsibilities she has taken on.

    4. I have been practicing daily an intense Congo style dance that my dance troupe is putting together, and this week I have been feeling so empowered and confident in my ability to guide my life where I want it to go.

    3. Saw flower with big, bright red petals. You are a very passionate person and have a lot of energy available to channel your passion into whatever you would like to do. In past lifetime there is a fatherly, very stern, strict man. He has a lot of stagnant energy, and he doesn’t allow you to be expressive at all. It affects your ability to let yourself shine. To help this, do lots of grounding, yoga stretching, while releasing this old energy.
    Nature, playing and being silly and laughing in the forest, around the trees, is important. This is healthy for 2nd chakra, and to ground more as a mother.
    Spiraling energy = confusion, ungroundedness. Swimming, splashing, playing in the ocean water calms you & helps your energy flow. Anytime you feel this spiraling energy, breathe and ground.
    Mature, motherly woman. Doesn’t feel much fun in life. You have a lot of creative ideas which you aren’t bringing out into your experience. Allow yourself to loosen up and be more expressive, find joy and laughter in even the little things that are going on around you. See how you can make the mundane things in life more fun.

    4. Have done a walk/run twice. It feels great. Have done very short stretches also. I know if I did this every day, the stress and urgency I am feeling about completing my rental house project would come more into balance. Working on that.

    5. Most of the time I feel a tightness in my 2nd chakra. Holding. It affects my breathing, etc. Have had difficulty really connecting with it, but am sending it love. I feel its tenderness.

    I saw the color yellow, which then turned into a yellow and orange butterly…you are very creative. I see the butterfly wants to fly and fully express more. There is something holding it down, stifling it….there is fear in there, energy that is not yours , fear of what other’s will think. It will be helpful for you to do some gender grounding. It will also be good for you to focus on being more grounded. I see an image of the earth trying to pull you back down, into your body, like from a string in the center of the earth. So much wants to cone thru you and be expressed. Try to spend time every morning meditating, writing a daily affirmation wud be helpful too, to help you stay on track. Relax and go with the flow, surrender and allow while staying centered and grounded. I see a beautiful sun radiating from your center out all around you. You are breaking thru and everything is working out….everything is in Divine perfect order.

    4) I thought i would do much better with the exercise than i did! I really haven’t been feeling good, so it was difficult. I did more medition than exercise, but I will recommit to the exercising.

    5) Daily meditation:
    At first still saw lots of blue, i asked it to transform into healthy energy. I saw a bluejay, and then a big orange sun that was radiating from within out all around me.
    The next night I saw lots of yellow, and thought I am igniting my souls passion and desires.
    Started sering orange, thought of citrus, fresh new beginnings and energy….forged thru the fire of transformation.
    I need to feel my feelings, keep flowing light and love, and stay grounded and centered.

Creative, Being much associated so far with being a mom, very caring, giving, loving, maybe have not paid much attention to this chakra thus far, ask it what it needs (receiving), having a harder time receiving is maybe something that was learned from mother and accepted as your own truth, next few months is about trusting your intuition and getting in touch and connected with your gifts and those creative healing talents from past lives, this chakra needs movement like in a circular motion belly dancing for example. Connect to the moon and its energy, theirs ancestors that want to work with you, creating women circles, shamanic feel to the energy like ceremony around mothers, a doula, lactation consultant, Book to read: Eating in the Light of the Moon, using essential oils. Ask what you can do how can you serve- you will be directed to classes in healing arts (in addition to what we are doing in class)
    4. Daily movement- I never stop moving that more of the issue for me. So to get out for any intentional exercise has been challenging I am having trouble finding the time. But we did get a new trampoline and I have been jumping on that.
