    1. AP Reading: My AP had blockage in her right kidney around learning how to trust self more and not look to others to fill her emotionally. It was functioning like a magnet drawing people looking to take her energy and use it for themselves. We cleared out these “magnets” and filled it with a pink healing color to break the cycle. The left kidney was about balancing different sides of personality and reclaiming the child-like wonderment taken as a child. Recording sent.

    2.Kidneys
Spiritual Value: Grief and sadness, our relationship to family members, judgment of self and others, disappointment, avoidance of taking care of self, feeling stubborn. Filters toxins from the body – very sensitive filter system. Kidneys want freedom and connection to community.

Physical Value: The kidneys are two bean-shaped organs, each about the size of a fist. They are located just below the rib cage, one on each side of the spine. Every day, the two kidneys filter about 120 to 150 quarts of blood to produce about 1 to 2 quarts of urine, composed of wastes and extra fluid. The urine flows from the kidneys to the bladder through two thin tubes of muscle called ureters, one on each side of the bladder. The bladder stores urine. The kidneys are important because they keep the composition, or makeup, of the blood stable, which lets the body function. They prevent the buildup of wastes and extra fluid in the body, keep levels of electrolytes stable, such as sodium, potassium, and phosphate, make hormones that help, regulate blood pressure, make red blood cells, and bones stay strong.

The kidney is not one large filter. Each kidney is made up of about a million filtering units called nephrons. Each nephron filters a small amount of blood. The nephron includes a filter, called the glomerulus, and a tubule. The nephrons work through a two-step process. The glomerulus lets fluid and waste products pass through it; however, it prevents blood cells and large molecules, mostly proteins, from passing. The filtered fluid then passes through the tubule, which sends needed minerals back to the bloodstream and removes wastes. The final product becomes urine.

    3. Done most days

    4. Kidneys wanted Vit C, lots of laughter, parsley, cilantro, greens, avocado, time with friends

    1. My AP left- feminine. Some smudging on exterior cortex white /grey. Easily wiped off with daily cleansing. Prevent build-up of negative emotions – they will pock up inside kidney in the form of a stone.
right – larger, masculine. Healthy, green, vibrant. No blockages. Says thank you to AP for nutrition & fluids! Recording sent.
    2. KIDNEY
    Spiritual:
Right- Masculine energy. Smooth shiny moist. Canvas cortex somewhat thinning. Dark pink with areas of grey and white. Calcfications numerous upper pole. One very large but not obstructing. Some cloudiness in urine
Left: Feminine energy. Pink with larger grey areas. + calcifications but no obstruction. Collections of stones & foreign material due past trauma, “unfair” treatment, neglect,, pain, losses, grief.
I am perfect just as I am!
Loving list – love & forgive. Grateful!!!!

    Physical:
A major function of the kidneys is to remove waste products and excess fluid from the body. These waste products and excess fluid are removed through the urine. The production of urine involves highly complex steps of excretion and re-absorption. This process is necessary to maintain a stable balance of body chemicals.
The critical regulation of the body’s salt, potassium and acid content is performed by the kidneys. The kidneys also produce hormones that affect the function of other organs. A hormone produced by the kidneys stimulates red blood cell production. Other hormones produced by the kidneys help regulate blood pressure and control calcium metabolism.
The kidneys are powerful chemical factories that perform the following functions:
    • remove waste products from the body
    • remove drugs from the body
    • balance the body’s fluids
    • release hormones that regulate blood pressure
    • produce an active form of vitamin D that promotes strong, healthy bones
    • control the production of red blood cells

Each kidney contains up to a million functioning units called nephrons. A nephron consists of a filtering unit of tiny blood vessels called a glomerulus attached to a tubule. When blood enters the glomerulus, it is filtered and the remaining fluid then passes along the tubule. In the tubule, chemicals and water are either added to or removed from this filtered fluid according to the body’s needs, the final product being the urine we excrete.

    1. AP Reading:
I saw the physical kidney on the left as healthy pink with a healthy yellow energetic color. I saw the right kidney with little hairs frayed and worn out on the outside.
I saw in my AP’s left kidneys a frustration with her mom not being able to help her as she wished she would. To heal it, I saw that her mom was fulfilling a contract so my AP could learn to be compassionate towards others in similar circumstances.
The right kidney had a lower vibration of her mom not being nurturing to her as a youth. The healing came with gratitude for the relationship because that is something that has made her who she is today and releasing mom’s energy, filling with light.

    2. Kidneys added to MI Book.
Spiritual Definition: I saw the kidneys like a gatekeeper deciding what passes through and what doesn’t, only allowing the best things to pass. I saw the kidneys like exercise because it helps things move through the kidneys energetically as well as physically. Channeling: We have a big job filtering out the blood of the body. Each time your overall energy changes, the chemistry of your blood changes. We help to clear out emotions that are unneeded and unwanted, bringing you back to homeostasis. It’s a never ending process of re-blooming. The kidney’s communicate with each other. If one is overwhelmed, the other will help out more, just like a good friend. They can get overwhelmed if the job is too big. Similar to a computer crash, they seem to self combust if the human is not helping or even hurting their body too much. They can recover and heal if given proper attention and in the right time frame.

Scientific Definition: The kidneys are two bean-shaped organs, each about the size of a fist. They are located just below the rib cage, one on each side of the spine, behind the abdomen. On the inner side of the kidneys is where the renal artery enters the kidney and the renal vein and ureter leave. The kidney filters the body’s blood. Each day all the blood in the body filters through the kidneys several times. The kidneys filter about 120 to 150 quarts of blood to produce about 1 to 2 quarts of urine each day made up of wastes and extra fluid. The urine flows from the kidneys to the bladder through two thin tubes of muscle called ureters, one on each side of the bladder. The bladder stores urine until you release it.
The kidneys support whole-body homeostasis by regulating the balance of electrolytes (or ions) in the blood, along with maintaining acid base homeostasis. They also move waste products out of the blood and into the urine, such as nitrogen-containing urea and ammonium. Kidneys also regulate fluid balance and blood pressure. They are also responsible for the reabsorption of water, glucose, and amino acids. The kidneys also produce hormones including calcitriol and erythropoietin. The kidneys also make an important enzyme, renin, which affects blood pressure.

    3. Gave my self a healing on several days.

    4. My kidneys want: Water, lemon water to start the day, followed by green juice, rest, stretching (yoga), meditation, regular clearing of my own energy, joy and connection with friends, taking magnesium in the evening, vitamin c, basil (fresh), apple and nut butter, sunshine. more colon cleansing, salt water flush.

  4. Jennifer Connery

1.) Ap reading- R) kidney- seriousness and multitasking. Learning to deligate work to others as well as drinking more lemon water throughout the day and pausing throughout tasks will help.
    L) kidney- Mom’s overpowering energy and boudaries with mom are obious, Much growth has taken place in this area allready. To heal I saw to introduce mother to a few modalities if she’s open. Also arranging crystals on the bed under the matress in a vertical as well as horitonzal way will help balance the kidneys. Summary- kidneys are physically in good health, helping them emotionally with crystals and relaxation in daily life will help.

    2.) Kidney-

    Physical Value:
There are 2 kidneys which are located below the rib cage on the right and left. They’re about 4-5 inches, fist size approximately. The right is a little lower than the left. The main job of the kidneys is the filtering and bringing fluid to and from the blood stream fluid throughout a 24- hour period. They filter extra fluid and toxins from the blood. Each kidney contains little nephrons which has 2 parts, the Glomerulus which strains blood cells and molecules from toxins and fluids. They pass through the Tubule which then collects minerals that the body needs and puts them back into the bloodstream and then filters out even more toxins. During this process of filtering the kidneys produce urine. Kidneys also produce some hormones that help to regulate blood pressure, make rbc’s and promote bone health.

    Spiritual Value:
Kidneys like things methodical and calm. They’re about keeping things in a certain order and enjoy routine. It throws them off when we eat and drink toxic foods. They like fluidity and water, being that they work to excrete and make urine they also enjoy being in water. Baths and warm compresses along our backs. They don’t enjoy irritations and get thrown off with judgement and aggravation. The kidneys enjoy optimistic and joy.

    3.) Doing on some days.

    4.) My kidneys:
Nourishment, crunchy fruits and veges such as apples and celeries as well as diluted cranberry juice weekly. They love to float in the water and be in water, it balances kidneys and relaxes them. They enjoy when I feel confident without second guessing while releasing anxiety.

    1. AP’s left kidney looked healthy, is more passive, quiet, with some hiding. RIght kidney is stronger, more bold, had some toxins in one chamber, which was removed with the healing. Feels frustration, anger that it’s not fair that she has a heavier life with many challenges while others have it much easier. Communing & appreciating the beauty of flowers will be helpful.

    2. In the process.

    3. Have done it some days.

    4. Kidneys want cranberry juice, cherries, asparagus. Herbs: thyme. Emotions, want rest & freedom from things/people that are draining my energy.

  6. Paedrin Blues

    1. AP Reading:
AP had a learned tendency to put her power to heal into the hands of others and to process her emotions (right kidney). Lack of motivation in left kidney due to perceived failures. Die to yourself with each out-breath to be born anew to each moment on the in-breath.

    2. Spiritual Value: The kidneys sift through life experiences and work with the rest of the body and field to choose what to hold onto, store, preserve; and what to filter out. Very delicate energy with the potential to be very finely tuned to the body in order to process emotions in an extremely smooth and easy manner.
Stones in the kidneys are caused by irritation, frustration, avoidance of self, and judgements.
The fluid that runs through the kidneys keeps the kidneys in a state of equilibrium. It also helps to balance and maintain proper healthy flora.
The kidneys thrive when they are following the heart, taking in water internally and externally (especially salt water), and when clean, uplifting, inspiring relaxation moments are experienced intentionally, as expressions of self-love.

Physical Value: The kidneys are two organs found along the posterior wall of the abdominal cavity, protected by the ribs and muscles of the back, which are responsible for filtering and disposing of waste, and filtering about 1/3 of the blood pumped from the heart before passing to the rest of the organs.
The concave part of the kidney is called the renal hilus and is where the renal artery, renal vein, and ureter enter the body. This is all encapsulated in the renal capsule, a stiff layer of connective tissue which maintains the shape of the soft tissues within.
There are about 1 million nephrons in each kidney. Their function is to filter blood to produce urine.
The glomerulus in the kidneys filters ammonia, uric acid, urea, and creatine out of the bloodstream so they can be excreted in urine. About 50% of the urea returns to the blood supply to help concentrate more toxic waste products.
The tubule cells of the nephron are able to reabsorb nearly all of the water from the urine in order to preserve water for the body to move back into the blood, leaving the urine very concentrated. However, if there is too much water present in the blood, hormones are secreted by the heart to reverse the osmosis, producing more urine. The kidneys ability to control water volume allows them to also control blood pressure. Since the blood is mostly water, increased water in the body means increased water in the blood, increased water in the blood means the heart has to pump harder to push blood into vessels already crowded with blood. On the other hand, dehydration in the body means decreased blood pressure.
The kidneys regulate the pH level of the blood by controlling the excretion of hydrogen ions and bicarbonate ions. They also maintain the homeostasis of the electrolytes sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, and magnesium, by controlling their excretion into urine. The kidneys maintain a small but important endocrine function by producing calcitriol, an active form of vitamin D, and erythropoietin, which oxygenates the blood when levels get low.

    3. Did most days.

    4. Although I already have moments to myself here and there, my kidneys want me to cultivate self-love and therefore acceptance, patience, and compassion for self, by intentionally dedicating these moments as expressions of self-love instead of rushing through them. They also want me to follow my heart, drink lots of water, spend time in water (especially the ocean at sunset). It wants clean, uplifting, inspiring, relaxation.
