A: At the moment my breath count is staying between 18-22. I’ve been doing long rhythmic breathing as often as I remember throughout the day and loving it. Its keeping me grounded, centered and able to handle any emotions that may arise.
B: In the morning and the evening I combine all the techniques and its simply my favorite time of the day. Feeling sublime goodness flood through me gives me knowingness that Everything is ok and everything is working out perfectly.
C: I’m very comfortable with the coming in and out of body technique, there is a palpable difference of being in or out for me. I always notice that If I watch a movie my energy goes out and I need to call it back in. I use to be more comfortable out of body but now I want nothing more than to be in it.
D: The success audio was highly synchronistic. I found it grounded, practical and inspirational. The theme of Passion has continuously been arising into my sphere and I recognize more how infectious and magnetizing this energy is. Passion also gives us drive to get up and out, face any fears that might arise and go after our goals/dreams. I enjoyed his formula, agreed with it and believe that applying it will make a difference in my life.
E: So far I have really enjoyed connecting with our AP partners, feeling their vibration and experience seems to help to ground in this course. I appreciate the reflections and insights that occur during our call.
Thanks for creating this opportunity Robin. Bless

a) Hw counting breath work 1min/day
I’ve been getting between 12-14 seconds on both the in breath & out breath. I like doing it before the 5 min meditation because it sets the breath pattern to be deeper.
b) combine deep breathes IFG grounding soul love for 5 min/day – set timer
The technique to pull from the sacrum & feet works well for me. It helps me stay in my body.
c) practice coming in n out of your body (can u feel that energy movement?)
I have tended to leave my body a lot in my life, so this is a great exercise for me. To know that I can go in n out voluntarily is empowering & hopefully will help me break the habit of doing in unconsciously.
d) listen to audio (brian tracy)
I especially liked the parts about setting goals, being cognizant & discerning of who you spend time with & what you do with your time in general. So much that’s important is about awareness, focus & intention.
e) discuss what you liked about class w/AP (5min each) use timer
I enjoyed my call with my AP. We kept to the time pretty well. We also talked about some of us locals getting together in person. What I especially liked about the class was becoming aware of how resistance can come up in sneaky ways. I also liked some other details like how lemon essential oil – Is uplifting & when you put it on palms and head you will get great dreams. Or that when u have someone else’s energy in u, u will be distracted & ungrounded. Smiling releases serotonin (happiness). Improved self esteem happens when u r connected to source (then no judging blaming etc).

A. The Counting Breathwork went well. During the audio, I was able to inhale past 30, but I was breathing very slowly. Since then, my inhales are more like 20+.
B. I enjoyed combining this deep breathing with IFG, grounding, and soul love. I sometimes like to focus on many things at once like this, as it really propels and keeps you in the present moment. I specifically like the practice of choosing a point such as tailbone or feet, and pulling the energy downward to ground. I could really feel this pull and if works effectively, simply and quickly. Another thing I want to share is that when I look in the mirror after IFG, I look SO beautiful. That may sound vein but I think it’s good. It may be that IFG fosters self-esteem, but I think it’s more of a physical thing- it’s like I can see the smile still deep in my eyes. My cells are transforming,
C. Coming in and out of my body was easy for me, and I much preferred being in my body. I felt safe there, and floating away from it felt a little exhilarating but mostly anxious. Which is interesting because I really enjoy doing journey work, but when I am intentionally journeying to another place, time, dimension, etc., I make sure I have a lot of protection. Maybe that is the difference. Being in my body was warm and full of pulsating, tingling sensations. Drifting away felt empty and cold.
D. The Brian Tracy was fantastic, there were a lot of great things to take away from it. I listened to it twice, and my boyfriend was in the room the second time. I think it was great for him to hear, and I’ve noticed a change in him which I relate directly to the audio. I want to make this short because I feel like there are so many things I could say about this audio. One of my favorite things that was said was to “Know you are the best in your field, even if you haven’t yet worked a day in that field.” Make that decision beforehand, and it will be so.
E. I enjoyed talking to my AP for this week, and I look forward to connecting more deeply with everyone as we progress on this path together. I like the idea of keeping to 5 minutes only, as I think it’s important for me to develop boundaries. That is something I have struggled with in the past. This short amount of time will also help us to deepen our concept of Sacred Time, and to select only the most important words and thoughts to share.
a) My deep inhales are around 15-17 seconds, when I am mindfully breathing deeply and slowly. Deep breathing is something I try to do mindfully throughout the day to ground, although I rarely (before this training) sit and take long, slow, deep breaths (up to capacity), so that is a new experience.
b) The deep breathing/IFG/grounding/soul love meditation is wonderful. It is very powerful in the morning and in the evening, to set the tone and intention for the day and evening. It reminds me to take 5 minutes when I first sit down in the office chair in the morning, after lunch or any other time, and do this combined meditation. I think work would feel less stressful and more joyful (less like WORK!).
c) When I’m out of my body (but not on shamanic journey), I tend to experience that as feeling up in my higher chakras, or “in my head” or scattered. But it is a new thing to purposefully leave my body – thanks for that experience. It’s fascinating, and I’d like to keep practicing it because it doesn’t come naturally, and I feel it probably has enormous shamanic implications.
d) Brian Tracy’s audio on success is full of useful observations and encouragement. I especially appreciated the emphasis that success is based on known principles that you can learn and implement. For a holistic health and energy healing practitioner, it is a new discipline to establish and grow a business, and it takes some adaptation and growth to make it work. I know some “alternative health” practitioners who are pro-abundance, and we try to support each other. And I know many folks who resist and undermine abundance too. It’s a mindshift we need in our field, to be confident and outspoken and business-minded – i.e., doing well by doing good. Brian Tracy is also good about talking about the importance of exercise, goal setting and positive thinking, for your work. He seems to understand energetic manifestation.
e) I enjoyed talking with my AP this week. It is a great way to build community, important given that this is an online course (especially for auditors). We all learn from each other.

a) Counting breath helps me to recenter and reminds me to breath deeply. The count has raised very slightly. Breathing into my abdomen and engaging the core is powerful.
b) Deep breathing/ IFG with grounding and soul love is invigorating and I feel my body relax.
c) Practice coming in and out of the body give me a sense of freedom. The reentry deeply and fully is something I do throughout the day to reconnect with my body’s energy and get out of my head.
d) Brian Tracy’s audio reminded me that you see what you believe, that a recipe for success needs to be mastered, that it is good to admire and model success qualities in others, and to feel valuable though purpose.
e) Talked about the audio with my AP and compared notes about which points stood out to each other. Using a known system and mastering it was a common point.
dsoul
a)doing breathing meditation, feel like counting takes me a little away from following the breath, exhale is consistently 1-2 sec longer than inhale
b) this is getting easier to stay with I feel good, noticing how often I tend to say the opposite to myself. I like adding the self-love piece in
c) I like this practice a lot, definitely feel more sensations in my body when I am ‘home’. Was in meditative dance the other day and this really landed for me, I was stopping myself and just felt so totally and fully present in my body, realizing how then even through the practice I was not coming fully bak into my body before
d) My AP dropped out, but I spoke with lil over the phone about success audio. Like how he really emphasized mental attitude and positive outlook, this is my stretch right now to keep positive self-talk. I realize liked the part of clear purpose and goal setting- that has been one of my greatest tools

Homework Report
A) I did deep counting breath from my core at various times throughout the day since I received the homework. Rarely did I use the timer, so I did not follow the homework precisely. I have about 8-10 counts on the inhale (maybe double that on the exhale) but my pace of counting is variable, so it’s hard to say.
B) I did the 5 minutes per day with timer combining deep breaths, IFG, grounding, and soul love.
C) I did not practice coming in and out of my body. I do not take leaving my body lightly. It’s something I only do when there’s a sacred container and a specific purpose for it. (Or if I find myself out of my body due to startle, discomfort/pain in the body, or any other reason, I consciously call myself back in.)
D) I listened to the Brian Tracy recording.
E) My homework partner and I met over the phone and each talked about what we liked for 5 minutes, using a timer. Two things I liked about the recording — John Asseraf’s voice (it feels full of power and love for his listeners) and the fact that such recordings are available with ease in the world (what a gift!).
F) Now I’ve written it all up on your blog!
Zinnia
A) My counting breath is at 11. I find it very helpful to do a form of conscious pranayam like this. It makes me notice how my consciousness goes from being ‘trapped’ in the thinking processes of the mind, and how by breathing I free myself closer to a state of being-ness, and feeling my body in the moment. However I am not regular at practice.
B) I am struggling with the daily practice since there are already things on my list of things that I would like to do that do make me feel good that I don’t get to do enough, such as meditation, swimming, yoga, which I do practice but not enough. (And I can see were here lies a ‘point of awareness in my current beliefs’. I am working on my balance, and it is much much better. But I am still ‘not there yet’. which tells me I haven’t passed the threshold between a future attainment and ‘being free now’.
c) It was easy to go out of the body, so much so that it gave me a feeling of anxiety when I felt it wasn’t so easy to come back, since I have had experiences like this before. When I listened to the tape for the first time I had had some chocolate, and from what you’ve said about being on stimulants and lack of grounded-ness, I realize how strongly chocolate puts me in this state of ungrounded-ness. I feel kind of sad to discover that being out of my body is my most common state, and that I find it hard to bee grounded. Even though I have come a long ways and I am way more grounded than what I used to be. I feel that I either have not found or that I am not using the right tools yet to be more grounded. However, I have to say I have empathetically experienced other people’s grounded energy as being “too sunk into the earth”. I was in shock and horror when I saw/felt this from my sister when we were both in a Thai Chi class side my side and I got to experience our opposite energies. I think some people lack the counterpart of being able to feel uplifted energetically and are not able to feel their non physical bodies. (I wrote long but this is an issue I ponder about).
D) What I liked about the audio is when he said “a watch, a car, or a material thing cannot give you joy”. And I think it is so important to talk about this aspect of ‘manifesting’. I have been there and done that, and discovered that in fact, manifesting a material thing, such as a house, which I did, can bring suffering if the originating emotion in your manifesting involved fear. Are you trying to manifest something to ‘get out’ of your current situation? I think it is important to ‘manifest your inherent joy in the NOW’, that is the true magic. Then add frosting to the cake, which is the material success. But the true success is to realize more and more your true state of beingness, which comes in itself with a state of joy, peace, well-being, and it includes self love. Then you feel more complete in the now, and you can still have desires to keep expanding yourself, and I think that comes from a sense of purpose, which it inevitably spills over a desire to be of service. I am not there yet, I am still trying to fill my cup.
E) We couldn’t find a common time to meet with Zubair till tomorrow Wednesday.
Kat
A) counting breath inhale averages around nine, with exhale being a second or two shorter.
B) I practiced the meditation combining IFG, grounding, soul love. Sometimes I would think of things that have the potential to be stressful and I found that the more grounded that I am, the easier it is to be present with those topics and still feel good. How empowering! I also use the IFG as a micro practice, shifting my vibration throughout the day by just saying a few times that I feel good. Amazing how fast things can shift!
C) it’s easier for me to be out of the body than in. I’ve worked very hard at getting into the body, but it’s still easier, although not as pleasant, to fly around in the ethers.
D) I listened to the success audio.
E) I was unable to connect with my homework partner. I really enjoyed the Success audio, particularly the 5th positive Positive Self Talk and the 6th positive Positive Mental Image. I do a lot of self talk already and will be sure to make it more positive and fun!

Skype chatted with my AP
Maia
A – Breathing in for a count of 10 it is what I’m most comfortable with. After few breaths I can feel the difference in my energy field!
B – My meditation is going well. I don’t have a regular time when I sit and do it, but every day the moment comes when it is time for me to sit and do it. My body knows when the timing for it is right! It is always very refreshing.
C – To be out of my body brings a bit of anxiety, while consciously being in it feels very safe. It is funny how few years ago it was the opposite.
D – I loved that audio. For 3 days afterwords I felt like a millionaire. Im going to listen to it again and again, until my vibration can stay in that frequency.
E – I loved to chat with my homework partner this week. It was lovely to share our insights about the video.

I was rushing this, due to being late, and just accidently deleted all my comments. This is a consistent unproductive pattern I get wound up in, when under stress, and especially when I decide to grow in signifigant areas. I then use the negative results to confirm unworthiness re my ability to change. My intention is to transform this pattern during this training. I will redo my comments this afternoon, after I get back from work. Until then….

Note: getting caught up and being more accountable re my homework responsibilites has been a challenge! I would like to thank all my APs and Nanette for their support (especially b r e a t h i n g reminders, and their patience.
A. Counting breath work for 1 minute/day- set timer
Noticed that my capacity increased with practice. (Inhales went from 8 – 12, exhales from 10 -15.) Ratio of doing few inhales than exhales per minute stayed much the same and when I tried to increase count for inhales I felt like I was choking – with a tightness or lump in thyroid area.
B. Combine deep breaths, IFG, Grounding, Soul Love: 5 mins/day
Due to stress levels, did this throughout day as required, since it helped. Still need to be more conscious about deep breaths – have to get spacey, before I notice my shallow breathing.
C. Practice coming in and out of your body
I found this interesting as I often disassociate from my body due to pain and emotional discomfort, and usually don’t make efforts to reconnect. I was surprised by the sensations of being back in my body – I want to practice this a lot more, as I can’t ground myself until I can be consistently fully present in my body!
D. Listen to audio about success by Brian Tracy (interviewed by John Aserath?, in The Secret.)
I am familiar with most of his comments (and often try to avoid thinking about them, which is reflected in my frequent lack of success). However, I was struck by his comments how one’s “Emotional (reactive) Core is the critical determinator of success”, plus the difference between Self Esteem and Self Image and how they relate to one’s Self Concept. It helped shed some light on a lifetime of struggle in this area. I’ve been working hard on healing this area, so this provided more incentive and highlighted its importance.
E. Discuss what you liked about the audio with your AP.
I misunderstood and thought we were to listen to the other recording first time around class 2, (Financial Success and Abundance). So I discussed my reactions to it, with my (very patient) AP, about how it triggered me. Had I listened to the correct audio, I would have shared the opinions I just included above, instead.
Zubair
Counted breath for one minute everyday.
Did deep breathing, IFG meditation, grounding, soul love for 5 minutes everyday. It feels good but I have to keep reminding myself and I needs practice to remind myself. Make myself aware, realize and feel, be in present all the time.
Practiced coming in & out of my body daily as Robin taught in the class. I have done it in the past when I read Debra Katz books and followed exercises in her books.
I have been trying to practice out of body travel in the past. I bought video tapes How To Do Out Of Body Travel , many years ago.
Listened to Brian Tracy audio (I have been listening to his tapes since 1968 and have a big collection of his tapes and books and similar books and tapes from others).
Discussed with AP that I liked Brians Tracy’s 7 principals of success and it is inspiring to follow his advice.
I hope I have been brief enough.
Christine
I realized I posted on the other blog not Auditor– sorry about that.
A) I really liked the breathe work. I realized how shallow of breathing I do regularly. The first time I did this I only got to 5 on the inhale before I had to exhale. The second time I got to 10 on the inhale. Being more mindful of my breathe made me feel more clear in my thoughts. I felt like I had a lot more energy after the exercise.
B) At first combining the two IFG and breathing took a lot more concentration. But after about 5 minutes the two felt fluid together. I am excited to be making this a regular part of my day and see how I feel after a few days and weeks. Already I feel more focused.
C) I like the idea of going in and out of my body. I feel like I need more guidance on how to do this. What to focus on or envision. I do find myself feeling like I am drifting away, but when I try to come back into my body it feels tougher and I am not sure if I am actually back in.
D) I loved this audio! I felt so inspired afterwards. I really loved the recipe analogy, there is no need to re invent the wheel. Just add your own spin to the system that is in place and works. I loved when he was talking about goals and saying no to anything that won’t move you forward. I am such a dreamer so for me I needed to hear this to be putting action steps in so it is a goal and not a wish.
E) I had a wonderful discussion with my AP Wayne. We shared the points we took away from the audio, and how we can relate to this in our present life. We both set our timers and stuck to the 5 minutes.

Passion also gives us drive to get up and out, face any fears that might arise and go after our goals/dreams.
F) blog complete
Skype chatted with my AP
