One hour reading on the thymus and T-cells on a partner who you haven't worked with for a while. Sorry I forgot to choose in class. Blog about it and your thymus and how it relates to your life and perhaps some life changes you would like to make to strengthen your t-cells, thymus, etc.
Complete your MI book and handbook up to date and send it to me. If you can't send an entire folder then make your MI Book with each organ one after the other in one file. (One organ per page.) Please be sure to carefully follow the directions for your books in the last homework assignment on the blog.

my reading exchange with andrea was full of full of good insights as usual .
we had few interesting matching pictures about how to move in relation with business and in relation to our children . the thymus seems to have a very strong good attitude toward all the need to be ‘strengthen’ up in order to be happy in all aspects of out lives .
As far as the class schedule, I am fine with either choice, end on time or add a class date.
The readings with my partner were interesting as we had many matching pictures. We both saw much strength and health in the other’s thymus. For each of us, this came out in generating new ways for us to perceive ourselves and drop old beliefs. The thymus supports us in transition and wants us to live our best life. We saw that our focus is key to creating the life we want. We each were reminded of our strengths that we sometimes forget. Things that strengthen the thymus: stomach strengthening, breathing exercises, parsley and rose water. things to avoid: taking responsibility that isn’t yours, weak boundaries, acidic foods and stress as related to anxiety.
I am interested in having that ‘missed’ class this week, although willing to swing either way.
My thymus reading revealed a grid blockage to be healed from past regrets of missed opportunities. Thymus has done a good job even with the grid restriction. It is the nature of all the thymus cells to be alert, be ready to function, and work well with the grains in my diet, and the pure air I’ve been breathing deeply. Emotionally, the thymus is connected with my sense of timing when expressing and creating. Also, it is connected to my third eye, my intuition and wisdom, with a young feeling with wisdom, a communication and dancing, to to speak, with my soul. Negatively, my busy schedule can keep me off-balance, and brings in heaviness. Gratitude is a helpful antidote, as well as keeping balance between creativity and routine/mechanical things, such as housecleaning functions, which I can do, and embrace their intertwined nature. Know I have choices and it is OK to say, ‘no.’ Be at peace with whatever decision I make. Add earth minerals to my diet.
I am revising and rather leaning towards not having that extra class now but in two weeks . . but willing and able to go either way is decided.
