I asked my totem animal what he thought I should hear today. “Take joy in movement. Think about the mechanics of motion, the poetry of trillions cells all cooperating together just to wiggle your toe, to blink your eye, to walk. Your body is moving art.”

The pet reading was very informative. She is mirroring my fear of being outdoors and new experiences. She wants me to embrace my royalty and interact more with others.

Cezar Millan gets to the heart of the situation very quickly.

I had the opportunity to read my partner’s cat and she read my dog. It was interesting and fun. We both were able to pick out specific character traits. I have always felt very connected to my dog, so I was glad to have a reading on her. My partner nailed what is going on with my dog. As far as reading my partner’s cat, there was a surprising amount of information. I did not realize a cat would have so much to share:)

The life question I asked was: What is the main limiting belief that I am holding onto? My Animal Totem showed me his mane. He flipped to one side of his neck, then the other and then let it fall on both sides of his neck. The main limiting belief that I hold is, “It is important to compare myself to others.” In doing so, I either fall short and find ways to punish myself, or deem myself as superior in some way. With the belief that comparisons are important, I am in constant struggle to measure up or to make others measure up to some standard that is not truly of value. Through my life, it has impaired me from taking action or doing things I know are right for me. It has caused me to criticize myself relentlessly. It is a learned habit and can be broken.

Using the 3-step process, I read my partner’s pet, and she read mine. On my part, it was a repeat lesson on trusting what I see, and flowing with it smoothly. After the reading on my pet, and vice-versa, I found myself even more tuned in to the pets around me, recognizing their consciousness and individuality. My partner picked up on so many details and uniquely quirky personality expressions of my cat; great job. My wolf had much to say about my question: What are the best ways to express myself? Mostly not surprising, but confirmation, and some new insights and tips in the art area. Trusting in that my truth and creativity lie within, and my knowing so strongly that I am a divine being is the root and basis for my self-expression and sharing, mostly through writing, poetry, art and music (often combined, meditation, and intuitive nature appreciation.

i loved to watch Cezar Millan’s video . i like that his approach is based on compassion and i like his humbleness . and i like what he say about the power of intentions and dreaming big . i can feel how is approach to life is heart based .
The reading with nan was lovely . the most fun part for me was to channel her cat . from my side i never had a pet so nan read a little dog that was my guest for few days few months ago .
i asked my bear totem animal to help me with discipline . he told me it is important for me to shift my approach to discipline and to see it instead as an ‘attunement’ to the cycles of the day and in general the cycles of life .. he say in nature everything had a rhythm and all i need to do is to set the intention for my heart and body to attune to the best natural daily rhythm for me . he say that if i start my day with a smile, a gratitude preyer, and some deep breathing, everything will flow nicely . so it is not about being disciplined and its not about the mind ..
