- AP reading: 30 minutes each. Read colors of self love in your partner. If you see any blockages to their self love, such as blockages to breathing deeply on a regular basis, tell them how to heal this. You must always: record the reading and send it to your AP, use a timer, use your reading procedures, and write a short note about it here. I will no longer be mentioning this in the future but it will always be the case.
2. Apply the Sage Breathing Technique once a day. Three sets of 40 breaths in a row with 5 held breathes at the end of each set. Add counting, filling with love and light (including smiling) and connecting with Source or Soul Love, physicality and the mirror. Write about your experience here. 3. Increase your focus on your self-love, positive colors and strengths. Notice what might be holding you back. Could it be fear of... ? Fill in the blank. Write about your experience here. 4. It is my hope that you are meditating, breathing deeply and drinking a green smoothie with fruit and vegetables daily, to increase your strength and vitality. I always recommend ginger for taste (and health) and avocados or bananas to make it creamy. No need to write about this here. It is important that you build your strength and awareness daily (body, mind and soul) so that you will be ready for life, as well as, future levels to come. If you do these activities of self-love, the next levels will be a breeze for you.

1) My AP and I read the Self Love colors connected to various mental and emotional states he was experiencing. He had a lot of deep ,blue which reflected his stability and groundedness. He has been going thru transformation which is bringing him a lot of Joy. The color pink and red were very prominent, the pink reflecting his gentleness, and the red the fire of transformation. There were no apparent blocks. His self love is evident from the flow of the reading. He will be successful regardless of whatever he decides to do. The final color, green, represented his love of nature which appeared despite being inundated by a powerful snow storm. The reading showed that he loves all cycles of nature and partakes in all of them.
2) I have been doing the Sage breathing technique. It is rather intense. I can feel some expansion of my breathing, but also some of the restriction due to rounded shoulders. I don’t always count correctly and I struggle a bit with the raising and lowering of the arms to the floor. I did the mirror process but couldn’t get too close to detect any major changes in my eyes. There is a bit of light headedness but nothing that made me stop. I don’t know if I will continue this practice on a daily level.
3) The focus on self love positive colors and strength has been intermittent. I will try to give more attention in the future.
4) I have not been consistent with my meditation but I will be better as I also incorporate the breathing and smoothie. My wife has been preparing more smoothies lately.
5) I haven’t checked out the Wim Hof method but will prior to our next class.
1. AP Call:
The reading for my AP revealed that she is grounded in a healthy way which gives her agility and presence in dealing with all matters of the physical reality. This gives her a continuous flow of nourishment to her visionary abilities which she can use easily because she is grounded in the world. In her creativity which flows profusely, she is invited to focus on a way to communicate her values and visions infused by compassion towards all people she wants to reach.
2. Sage Breathing Technique. So far I was able to do the technique only once. It was energizing. I’m planning to do it in the next two days which are less busy and report back here.
3. Color of self-love:
I focused on positive aspects of myself. One of them is an ability to stay positive in face of challenges, like my left knee which hurts. Another positive aspect is that I see the positive potential in each person and that I have a belief that that potential can be awakened. Next, I sense a special feeling of honor in the company of people who are honest.
5. I’m curious about the Wim Hof method, and have been taking cold showers for a few weeks now on my own initiative. I may participate in a workshop in February close by here
1. Was able to read my AP and saw self love colors of yellow, white, and orange. Saw the importance of my AP to stay connected to source to enhance self love. Recommended various activities that would strengthen my AP’s connection to source. Saw that my AP was wavering in regards to a decision he is trying to make. Saw a blockage in my AP’s 2nd chakra. Overall a very positive reading for my AP.
2. Have been doing the Sage Technique for breathing. I feel that it puts me in a deep meditative state, clears my mind, and energizes my physical body. I also feel that my chakras and aura become more balanced and peaceful. I see the benefits to using this technique on a regular basis.
3. I have been meditating on self love this week. I have noticed that external energies tend to hold me back, other people, negative situations, etc. I see the need to work on not letting these external influences alter or block my feelings of self love. I need to focus on myself, and on activities that enhance my connection to source and self love.
4. I have improved on incorporating these habits into my regular routine, however there is alot of room for improvement. I’m seeing the need to stay grounded, and make more time in my daily routine for meditating, breathing, and improving my diet.
