Program
Exercise: 15 mins yoga, 15 mins cardio/fast walking.
Socialize: Connect with a friend for at least 15 mins twice a week. One of these times must be in-person.
Meditate: 30 minutes per day
Read your “social calendar” to your partner. Make sure that you/they are on track.
Partner Read: (40 mins each)
1) The effects of alcohol on your readee’s body. (10 mins)
2) Read people who have used alcohol in your readee’s life and how they effected your readee. (10 mins)
3) Clear all of the alcohol energy from your readee. (10 mins)
4) Fill yourself and your readee with love and light (10 mins)
Organic Breakfast Smoothie:
Blend celery, carrots or carrot juice, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 large heirloom tomato, Pacifica unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of nutritional powder such as protein powder. I like Raw Meal (Vanilla) by Garden of life. Add berries or an apple if necessary. Avoid dates, bananas and raisins as they are very sweet.

Exercise: Some knee issues are in the way of regular walking at the moment. Stretching – yes. I have re-connected with an old friend. Since I really don’t have friends to get face to face with at the moment, I have wrangled my neighborhood condo association into having a party. Looks like I’m in charge of that committee now! I am meditating regularly and that is going well. The effects of alcohol on my body- My partner read that it really affected my brain and 3rd eye in particular. The healing and filling was amazing. The smoothie is easy for me as I already do that every morning, but, per Robin, I have changed a few of my ingredients.
Social calendar and meditations are going well. I had a couple days of not feeling well so I did not exercise each day. My partner read that alcohol leaves a heaviness in my torso radiating to my shoulders almost the shape of a cross. I could feel the healing and feeling my partner performed and was energized by it. I am still getting used to the smoothies.

Yoga and walking going very well, best part of day. Diet stays improved, with me shunning the temptation for sugar pretty well, but not perfectly, as when I had company. Meditation is a regular although right now not doing full 30 minutes, so want to break it up during the day as a re-entry into longer times. Socializing is off the charts! which is a change for me . . now finding balance. The effects of alcohol on me is to have less oxygen in my body, as well as muddy my 3rd eye knowing, from my own use, as well as from past relationships. Clearing of alcohol energy in me felt great from my partner!
