Level 4 Homework: Chakras

.

Each week read your partner’s appropriate chakra using the reading procedures & guidelines.

Write about the meaning of each chakra in your notebook and the condensed version of such on our blog. What is your chakra trying to learn and balance? In other words, what is its purpose or mission? Write about this in the blog and please keep your words to a minimum of 3-5 sentences.

Become conscious of your growth periods and what you are trying to learn/balance/heal. Summarize this in ONE sentence each week. Write it down and we will discuss it at the beginning of each class.

Thank you!

Chakra one: red, spins clockwise when healthy, has to do with manifestation and grounding to the earth, there is an inherent wisdom with the land within me at this location and feel a draw to water from this point -purpose or vision is the feeling of anchoring buildings to the land from this point, sense of needing to speak my truth from this point – the blockages in this point come from too much thinking and over activity – lesson to stay grounded, simple and conscious of this chakra and how it is feeling throughout the day – also matching pictures – growth period is some disorientation

  2. Marie

First chakra can spill out onto the Earth if not careful. It is good to keep it balanced so it is aligned and feels purposeful. It is ancient in its wisdom and keeping. Ground through it. Bring safety and security. Bring resolution. It wants to learn more about feeling solid as a person, to feel solid deep within my core being. To feel honored, loved and a part of the wholeness. The sacred one. Learn to both give and receive equally like a flowing circle.

  3. Andrea

This growth period is about standing squarely in the truth of what I know about myself, but the rest of the world does not perceive in me….yet:)

The mission of the 1st chakra is the blossoming courage to, once again, step out into the unknown and enter the path that few walk, where there is no tried and true way, but only the way the traveler makes. That traveler is me.

  4. Barbara Hall

My first chakra is my spirit’s primary connection to the earth. It is ‘knowing,’ and it is grounded in fun, vitality and purpose when in its optimum state. I sometimes allow (ok, maybe a lot), my vitality to be sapped by not paying attention to that which doesn’t resonate with my daily, solid, earth-grounded ‘knowing.’ I am in a growth period of fine-tuning my self-attention, practicing ‘self-trusting’ AND taking action to keep my full vital life-force flowing.

  5. Dorothy

week 1, chakra 1 is the fundamental source of connection to the purest form of myself. It anchors me helping me to understand acceptance of all things. Through this process, my true nature is becoming more clear and acceptable to me. Other descriptions that come up are integration, ancient wisdom, passion, creativity and playfulness. It is important for me to maintain connection with this chakra as it is easy to become distracted by judgements. I am transitioning from being an observer to a participant.

  6. Toto

My first chakra is about seeing/recognizing the freedom, sweetness and love of my soul purpose. This allows me to trust and manifest anything. It is about creating anything I want through primary colors.
I am in a growth period as I am confused by the reading instructions.

    1. Barbara Hall

Very interesting, Toto. I pretty much ‘saw’ the same thing you described when working with my partner – almost exactly!

  7. Rose

Hello to my first chakra. My earth/soul connection, my passion, desires, life-force,

After moving out judgments from brother and releasing him as a baby from this chakra – “I am not his mother” who knew? I am running soft pink self loving energy here and getting to know this new space. The fright/flight response is activated and tension neck and headaches abound.

Growth period: I am self loving, self validating, self accepting, connected to soul/earth, including when socializing/communicating with others.

  8. Rose

Decided to word my growth period as an achieved intention because I am actualising it every day.
Moved my body to the mountains and am dealing with a lot of visitors and will continue to do so for the next 2 weeks. That is a growth period that needs a strong intention every minute. Physically alone I have to adjust to exercising at elevation and rebalance my eating to support the change and constantly take gold breaks etc.

  9. maia

my first chakra is trying to learn how to manage resources so that i can be able to be independent and financially free . the blockages in that sense are coming from a sense of needing the other ( my ex partner ) in order to make it . there is forgiveness work to do regarding my family of origin too . it is really about standing up by myself , in peace and compassion . for myself and others .
my grow period in the last few weeks is mostly about me learning about managing resources ( money ) without give it for guaranted that someone else will take care of my needs .

  10. Tracy

My first Chakra is bringing the lesson of feeling safe here, learning acceptance, to be who I am and who I am becoming. My first chakra is learning fluidity in its grounding of me……fluidity as a continual stream of running energy, feeding me. Reminds me to Breathe.

Growth Period connundrum: Is it helpful to be around people, or fine that I cocoon myself right now. Feeling Sensitive.

  11. maia

my second chakra is telling me that it is time for me to let go of the conditioning regarding the relationship with myself and others . it is time for me to express my vitality and wisdom in the knowing that im safe and well received by the other . i can be wild and wise at the same time . the two things can very well and beautifully go together .
my grow period this week is about really enjoing my own presence and trust . cutting down on the need to look outside for completion . this week i almost spend any money . i simply have all i need . pretty much always 🙂

  12. THomas

The second chakra really emphasizes the passion for task at hand and to develop first and foremost a deep and loving relationship with myself – there is a lot of gold here also with clarity arising – matching pictures involved connection with the divine prior to expression from this chakra and the growth period involved minimizing any effects of the outside world and be true within myself

  13. Dorothy

week 2, chakra 2. Second chakra is desiring a more spontaneous response to life, more playfulness and letting go fear. Needing a deeper understanding and acceptance of my true self and nature. To allow myself to be larger, to shine brighter. Growth period is about my fear of others, releasing them from my space and to stop hiding, especially from myself.

  14. Toto

Second chakra mission is learning about safety and being ok in my own skin. To honor what may feel awkward and allow the Divine and Earth energy to create space to FEEL. Growth period is about the lack of trust I have of others that comes from myself.

  15. Rose

Second chakra – peaceful, creative positive. However the growth period this week is:-

Feelings and empathy while relating to others. Felt the effects of the energy in heart and first chakra, fear and had to work with all chakras to find balance while communicating with an other, and an other.

Learning to STOP and make sure I am connected to Divine Star and Divine earth before speaking or acting, while trying to stay neutral and amused and self validating while communicating with others.

Hello to my 2nd chakra relate to fiery red orange sun colors – especially in morn and pm to receive helpful messages from ancestors.

  16. Barbara

My second chakra is about joy and enthusiasm and creativity. Orange and gold colors signify these positive elements. But my growth period is also to recognize that muddiness, lack of clarity and false beliefs from way back, both personal and cultural influences, have also limited my choices in regards to joy, and creativity, and power. My growth period is to recognize when I am ‘playing small’ and limiting myself (due to false beliefs). It is also to remember to consciously run my energy through all my chakras each day.

  17. Andrea

My 2nd Chakra is is trying to heal and balance my inner compass. This chakra is pushing me to gain crystal clear clarity on my true values and shifting me to align with them. I feel shattered and broken by the events of this week and now I have to, somehow, put the pieces back together again, in a new way. The meaning of this chakra is HARMONY. It is the alignment of my relationships, my words, actions and circumstances to my TRUE VALUES to create complete inner and outer integrity and growing very large kahunas required to shift with this growth period. (IFG!!!)

  18. Tracy

The message from my second chakra this week has been to find joy, to allow joy and to make time for my creative forces to be honored. In meditation on my second chakra I learned that in order to allow that joy, my heart needs me to be doing a little bit more of what I love. In order for that to happen, my root chakra is needing to feel a little bit more supported, in order to make time for my needs.
My growth period has involved issues with trust, in general regarding humanity, struggling with being around people or just being alone, finding gratitude for all of the very sweet things and energies in my life and allowing joy.

  19. Marie

Second chakra spins to support our spine and sacral area. Its purpose is to build and maintain a strong core within our being. It is filled with glee and special sacred blessings. She speaks to us all of the time — louder when we don’t want to hear. She says pay attention to all of the little things in our body – say hello to them – talk to them lovingly.
My 2nd chakra is trying to learn more about being with others without judging myself and being critical. It is about letting go of those people, places and things that no longer serve my higher purpose. Lately I have been given these gifts (learning experiences) a lot and have lots of grief come up. My grief is teaching me to let these people, places and things go with gentleness and grace. To accept what is.

  20. Tracy

Third Chakra notes…. This chakra is a source of will, of power. Personal power and movement and manifestation. Can lead to a feeling of a need to control, or not take responsibility, a more submissive role. This week my 3rd chakra taught me to relax and release. and to lose the feeling that I have to be in charge of everything. Find the flow. My growth period is allowing this, remaining relaxed and let manifestation be a bit more effortless.

  21. maia

my third chakra is very much about taking personal responsibility for me being in the world . it is between me and god . if i want to be here it is time to show up for myself, in spirit and in person . as a reflection of it i had a very powerful and healing week . a friend called me for a reiki session and he was so amazed by the work that refused to have it for free, so i got money . during the session i became a shaman and spirits came and we removed big chunks of fear from his third chakra . what a coincidence … and every single day this week i had these kind of powerful things happening . im very much amazed . now the work for me is to focus on a huge amount of anger that im holding in my body .

  22. THomas

Third chakra alot of yellow and a real power center, where i reach out to others and others reach to me – feel real effect on the intestinal track here when it is out of balance and when foreign energy is here or it is not functioning properly – -feel the difference whenit is spinning correct and strong
growth period has been interesting regarding my responsibility around power and how i manage my effect on otheres and others on me – defending my space – boundaries

  23. Rose

This week is a continuation of the learning about my boundaries. Maintaining my self responsibility while co-operating with others. It was fun to find the balance and have more awareness about this.

Also to have some tools to help myself rebalance.

Especially on the golf course where you have to be very self focused to play well. I noticed as soon as others were upset with their own performance I would give my space away to make them feel better. Then refocus and reclaim it for myself. At least it is becoming more obvious when I do this now.

Also balancing the body with hydration and correct fuel for the circumstances. Filling with light really helps my body relax and ground and balance as well.

Had to release some rigidity and allow breathability for the third chakra.

  24. Rose

The purpose of 3rd chakra – balanced power. A sense of “can do”. I can do it. All I have to do is maintain my own center and focus to my purpose. When connecting with others – co-operation is freedom and expansion. Feel confident to ask for what I want and cooperate with others desires as well.

  25. Toto

3rd chakra Is showing me the expression of joy and happiness and the effect of doubt and fear. Visualizing and being feeling this part of expanding sense of self helps me see how this empowerment is really of my soul’s desire. As a part of my growth period I am experiencing having more physical accidents this week. Literally, a manifestation of working on ‘balance’.

  26. Dorothy

Week 3, Chakra 3 there are many layers in this chakra that keep its true nature from showing. It tells me when it is operating as it should it is about self confidence and self acceptance. My growth period is about relaxing and letting go, not to fear the changes nor what those changes may bring.

  27. Andrea

3rd Chakra – All of my, life this chakra has helped me to muscle through outer circumstances that I deemed necessary to propel me forward toward goals. This growth period is about learning a better way, about turning that incredible ability and strength toward my inner life and leaving the outer circumstances alone. As the inner life blossoms with love, harmony, prosperity, so the outer circumstances align.

  28. Andrea

4th Chakra – It tells me it is the seat of my soul. It asks me to focus my attention and passion on what I love. The growth that this chakra asks from me is to allow myself to let go of excuses and see that my passions are of tremendous value. It asks me to begin to notice them and allow them to have room in my life again. It tells me the criticism that I received early in life was born out of ignorance and to release the power that criticism has had over me.

  29. THomas

4th chakra – green colors – the real brain and leader of the soul – with the brain being a subservient tool of the heart – felt a lifting a lighterness after doing readings – my heart was surpressed and i realized how important it is for the heart to be open and free – to allow the divine spark to express itself fro this energetic point – growth period was a lifting of melancholy and fatigue, like a restriction

  30. Toto

I’m seeing in my 4th chakra-that I can be more in the moment and learn to allow more experiences inside and discover the wisdom that is there. To allow vulnerability to be a pathway to greater awareness. Growth period would be that I find frustration at times leading the way in my reactions. Fourth chakra is a good place for exploring this.

  31. maia

my 4th chakra it feels like he needs a lot of attention and love and understanding and compassion . what i see is fear to open and a lot of doubts concerning relationships . all type of relationships . this week it is been intense . i coudent feel and see myself with clarity, almost like a blind person trying to move into space and time with no idea of where and why . i did stop few times each day to take care of myself and talk to my heart, trying to remember how to be light .

  32. Dorothy

Week 4, Chakra 4 this chakra is where the love of Source is felt, where self love blossoms from. I have so many rules that make it impossible to feel good about myself. This week I felt an oppression, that I was not good enough or talented enough to be part of this class. While that program played in my mind, I heard “you’re not going to win”. After a couple days, I felt a release of the rules–of the oppression and am experiencing peace in my heart. A light heartedness that has been missing in my life. I am learning self acceptance.

  33. Rose

    Hello,
Releasing a very deep and old anxiety from within the heart – broke the agreement with the elves holding it in place and asked for healing from angels.

Am feeling more even, balanced in my heart than usual. This is beautiful.

I will continue to work with releasing foreign energy and balancing this new energy.

Intend this to be a fun, easy growth period.

  34. Barbara

My third chakra (I had online connection problems last week, and realized I didn’t post!), is a reflection of my inner joy as well as peace and confidence. It maintains my power with expression and creation when I trust my self. My growth period is around letting go of doubt and some self-judgment. Recently when I have felt ‘paralyzed’ with inaction, it has been become of doubt, and my growth period is to let go of thoughts and feelings of doubt and go to an inner depth that trusts my own process.

  35. Barbara

My fourth chakra is a reflection of the wisdom of my emotions and lets love be my beacon on the path of my life. It converts this heart knowing into soul purpose; it is what brings me joy. It allows me to move through life with grace and ease, knowing that I find the ultimate answers within myself. My fourth chakra allows me to live with a full heart-felt presence to everything, to all — compassion. My growth period right now is allowing myself to open to the presence of my heart without ‘excuses’ or without ‘forgetting,’ and to USE the tools that I know work for me in not only awakening my heart each day, but in allowing it to open further. It is also, simply, yet sometimes not so simply, to LISTEN daily to my heart, what it is saying to me.

  36. Marie

Adding a post for my third chakra. It resonates with male energy and force. Yet the glow is soft. It controls my digestion and holds lots of power that I have been keeping hidden and somewhat dormant. When I do not acknowledge it, it builds up pressure and I can feel it physically in the form of nausea and tension. The growth period during that week was intense. I was not owning and honoring my own power fully and it was creating an imbalance in my system causing nervousness.

Central sun helps to restore balance, but there is much to learn to unleash that power and feel about how to best direct it without fear. I have learned since that it is safe for me to use my personal power and no longer need to hide it or fear it. It is an interesting growth process that continues.

  37. Marie

My fourth chakra is the place of beauty, bliss, heaven, love. Mother Mary essence resides. She is there in full support and love. I was allowed/able and honored to go into the heart space very very deeply. It was beautiful and magical. It is the place of dreams and secrets waiting to be visited, honored and respected. It feels very tender and loving but said it can also be filled with things that cause it to feel heavy, sad, barbed, etc.
This week’s growth period was fantastic. A huge heart opening took place, I broke free and I met me! It was amazing.

  38. tracy

Lessons of the 4th Chakra, a source of love intuition, knowledge, sensory integration. Through the heart I can align with inspired thought and my divine self. My heart is teaching me to listen to it. I discovered a shield of protection I’ve placed over my heart and I’m hearing that I could be a little more open to life and loving, the world and relationships. Find freedom in relationships, lose attachments connected to ideas and ideals of love, remove projections and be love. Embody compassion find state of grace. My growth period is allowing myself to stay in that grace, feeling blissful and grounded most of the time interspersed with odd moments of panic.

  39. tracy

ps, I am visiting parents and an impromptu family gathering was just planned for dinner with guests coming soon. Not sure how long it will last, thinking I may be late for class on the 5th chakra.

  40. Andrea

5th Chakra – Saying what I have to say to myself and others, no matter how it is received, is the purpose and mission of this chakra. Speaking my truth and hearing my truth as I say it is very empowering, This chakra breaks the cycle of dysfunction in relationships by creating and holding boundaries. Since I have “kept the peace” by keeping part of my truth quiet, this growth period is very freeing for me. This period is not necessarily enjoyable to those close to me, as I am establishing boundaries that were being crossed. I feel great in this chakra and look forward to continuing to lose the fear surrounding speaking my truth. I am much less moody and much more happy. I have been encouraged by my homework partner to get back to writing in my blog and am working toward doing so. I have been fearful about putting my thoughts out there for all to see. I started writing the blog and stopped because of fear. Feel the fear and do it anyway:)

  41. maia

5th chakra is about giving voice to the all the other chakras, in order to express your unique essence in this dimension . 5th chakra is also connected with the ears and the ability to listen to yourself and to others . silence is a very amazing way people can communicate with them self and others . my 5th chakra is now telling me that it is safe for me to have conversations with my heart and to listen to it . growth period for me right now is about giving permission to myself to be in silence. with no need to using my voice to justify my moves . or using my voice to give the impressions a perfect lovely little personality . right now my 5th chakra want to listen to my heart and be in silence .

  42. Toto

5th chakra is about finding the truth of hearing and understanding my own inner voice. To allow the Self to believe, trust and be safe without the ‘chains’ that at some time protected me. To free myself of that containment. The growth period is about those very issues-the awareness of being ok with believing and trusting in myself in spite of the fear of humiliation or ridicule.

  43. Rose

5th chakra is the center in which I express myself to the world around me. All of the various wants and needs of my body system are to be served by this chakra. There is an awareness of how my expression fits into the cultural, political, societal system in which I live.

My growth period is about finding flow, allowing myself to give and receive with others in a way that furthers my purposes, my goals in life. My soul has been seeking quiet meditation time and I feel uplifted from that. Feel the need to go deeper and spend longer so that I come to a better understanding of my next steps in life.

  44. Dorothy

week 5, chakra 5. My fifth chakra is about hearing, speaking and acknowledging the light inside me. To allow the dark experiences that have made me feel sad and unheard be transmuted to light — to acknowledge the powerful gift of healing that I possess. Allowing the fifth chakra to be free to speak with light and power and my ears to hear joy will move toward a new awareness. There is a deep connection with my fourth and fifth chakra — both supporting one another. Growth period is about working to understand and believe in my own gifts and own inner light.

  45. Barbara

My 5th chakra’s natural state is one of vibrancy and being able to give voice to healthy expression. It has the natural ability to be strong and speak my needs. On a higher level it allows me to speak my truth and share my voice and message with the world as a gift. Intuition can be both a help and a hindrance with my 5th chakra, which means that the balance and growth I am working on right now is to release what is happening around me, so that I can find my own voice, and what fits for me, and express that.

  46. Marie

Fifth chakra feels narrow. It is a gateway for sounds and expression to rise out from the soul. When blocked or stuffing something down it moves in the form of swallowing or clenching the jaw to keep the expression suppressed. As a passageway, it controls the flow of not just physical noises but of thoughts and ideas that come from above interlocking the heart and the third eye. It “checks in” with the heart, soul, gut and mind to determine what and how to express verbally. If it does not feel safe doing so, it will send the message/information somewhere to hide out in the body.
This week I felt as though my fifth chakra was mostly open and willing to express itself verbally and thought writing. However, my growth period was very different from last week. I did not feel as good physically and my right eye became inflamed and has stayed that way all week. Literally “lit up.”

  47. Tracy

    #5
Being, living and speaking who I am and what is true for me. My fifth chakra is a means by which to share my gifts with the world. And it challenges me to release any fears I may have about pain and persecution from the world for speaking my truth.
My growth period has been a lesson in accumulation of time not tending to myself and what happens in the long run. I lost my grounding, had an influx of fear, released foreign energies and am now tending to myself and my space.

  48. Barbara

Seeing clearly and seeing through what is not authentic is an important function of my 6th chakra. It reminds me of my favorite Antoine De Exupéry quote: “It is only with the heart that one can see clearly.” And yes, the heart has its own wisdom, but it is the sixth chakra, the 3rd eye, that sees the whole picture, sees through schemes and plans that are not authentic, or that don’t ring true (for me with love and beauty) and brings in the universal knowledge of intuition (clairvoyance) with divine wisdom and clarity. It enables me to act with great discernment. It is my own self-imposed belief systems that blocks my 3rd eye seeing. My growth period right now involves being ever more aware of those ‘takes on reality’– ‘boxes’ I put myself in – and slip out of it. Sometimes my ‘beliefs’ involve strong emotions, other times, they’re just other people’s beliefs I grew up with and now accept as reality! This sometimes happens when I paint, and blocks my full creativity. Meditation and bringing in gold light daily are essential tools for me right now, as well as a balanced life of health.

  49. Andrea

The 6th chakra growth period is one of trusting myself more than trusting the opinions of others. The pictures I see, the information that comes, no matter what comes, no matter what I see or hear, whether or not it makes sense to me is the limb I walk out on for each person I read. The readings I am doing are pushing me to see and speak more clearly through the intuition of this chakra. Focusing on this chakra shows me its mission of trusting in the seemingly unknown, the unseen, the unproven path. This chakra is trying to bring into balance what I believe about what I’m capable of, what I believe will come if I just stay in the space of knowing, the space of trusting this chakra.

  50. Toto

6th chakra is about things being covered up and to see things and myself in a different way. Growth period is about trusting in myself and being more responsible and neutral.

  51. Rose

6th chakra is a lot about self image, self perception, seeing and planning for the future. It is looking for the true colors of things. It affects the whole body through the pituitary and endocrine glands, hormones and brain, nervous system and is responding to all the chakras.

Growth period: to let go of the way I think I should be (mirroring my mother from childhood and relating to past lives. There has been confusion between my intuition and my physical body, lower chakras. I am celebrating being my own woman and allowing myself to flow with the energy of Divine connection in my daily life. Connecting my intuition, seeing with the sensuality and reality of life in a body.

  52. maia

6th chakra . it is my inner eye . the eye that can see my true heart desires . the eye that can use imagination to create true love filled realities . it is the eye that can see the invisible and that connect us with other dimensions .
My growth period is about to trust what I see the way i see it and learning to let go of a conditioned perception of how things should be seen …
the more I grow, the more I get interested in understanding my particular way of being as a unique human, when before most of my energies were used to try to conform to some ideal fabricated way of being .

  53. Marie

6th chakra is the third eye that allows us see the truth. She shows us images, colors, metaphors to communicate to our nonlinear aspect so that we are able to see it without judgement. The key is accepting/loving unconditionally and trusting myself at what comes thru. It is learning more about what my gifts are and balancing what I see with right action.
My growth period this week has been becoming more confident in what I am seeing and interpreting. Also learning more about what I have been not wanting to look at.

  54. Tracy

6th chakra leads me from knowledge to wisdom. Having direct knowledge. letting go of beliefs and being fully present, challenging me to trust myself.
My growth period has to do with Macrocosm/Microcosm.

  55. Dorothy

week 6, chakra 6. The sixth chakra receives and interprets events at a higher conscious level, it has great wisdom and stimulates creativity as well as imagination. It is learning to trust its perceptions without filtering. My growth period is learning how to be more responsible for myself and to trust.

  56. Barbara

My seventh chakra is the center of my telepathic channels with all that is, with the divine source of knowledge. It is in touch with the karma of all life, the cause and effect, the action and reaction. It is the through complete trusting of what it knows that access to what is known at the Akashic records happens. It can be described with the quote, ‘I know what I know.’ Using the 7th chakra to access the Akashic records allows karma to be changed and healing of a deep & complete nature to take place. There is a neutrality about the 7th chakra power that is more male in nature. My growth period now is to take full responsibility for my karma and embrace my personal power, both clairvoyantly and with action (both mind discipline and outer-world action), to change my karma.

  57. Rose

7th Chakra is my center for knowing – knowing my connection with Source. The pineal gland, & cerebral cortex are linked here. It is possible to channel, with God’s help – the angels, archangels, the Akashic Record Keeper. An opportunity to release karma and make changes in life.

Growth Period – To trust what I know. To love and listen to this chakra. Healthy eating and taking care of physical body which in turn will enable me to more clearly access my knowing .

  58. Marie

Seventh chakra is my connection to my higher self and God. Information comes in through the crown and excess or foreign energy can also be released through the crown. It feels neutral and very strong. Life force energy enters into the crown and pulses through each chakra.
Huge growth period this week – not sure what it all means. Opening up to entire new ways of thinking.

  59. Andrea

The mission of the 7th chakra is connection with Source. In my experience, it is also a gateway for healing energy to enter my body in order to exit my palms during the practice of laying on of hands. This chakra is protective, giving unknowable information at key times in my life. The growth period that coincides with focusing on this chakra is clearing overwhelm, perfectionism, grief, all rooted in shame. These are not necessary in my life and the thought processes behind holding onto them are blowing away on the winds of clarity and peace.

  60. maia

    7 chakra .
knowing what is for me and what is not . compass to guide my life with clarity . wisdom . important to keep it clear and nicely connected with source . important to keep this flow of energy grounded and connected with the 3rd dimentional plane . inspiration .
growing period : i feel i got a lot on my plate . a lot of processing . im having dreams about accepting myself the way im and flowing in peace with it .

  61. Dorothy

week 7, chakra 7. My seventh chakra is the place that connects to Universal consciousness and provides me with knowledge from there as well as my connection to Source. The information it provides is not something I can determine on my own by using my brain, my experience, etc. This chakra is learning to flow more smoothly, to work closely with the 5th & 6th chakra. This week I am learning about forgiveness of self and experiencing joy.
