Homework during the break (preparation for Level 3)

MEDICAL INTUITIVE TRAINING

Meditation:

5 minutes in the morning, afternoon and night:

Breathe deeply filling and oxygenating your entire body, mind and auric field. As you inhale, smile and fill yourself with love and light. As you exhale, squeeze your belly in. This will allow for more oxygen on the inhale to fill your body. See yourself as a vessel of light. I prefer to breathe in and out through my nose. You may do whatever feels right for you.

Did you know that oxygen and breath-work is the basis for all healing and enlightenment? As you do this breathing technique you may begin to feel high. This is fine, but don't overdo it. It means that you are opening up new passageways in your body, brain and heart, as well as opening up to greater light and awareness. Rest when you feel a little high. The next day you will probably be able to breathe a little bit longer before feeling high. Be gradual, remember your grounding cord and connection with Earth, and take it slowly. This exercise will help prepare you for level three where we will open to higher levels of consciousness, both in the spirit realm and within. You will also begin to experience greater levels of love and joy within as soon as you begin this breathing exercise. Feel free to write about your experiences in our student blog.

Readings: (Recommended)

Two students (N. S. & M. F.) asked if they could practice doing readings on each other during the break. Absolutely! In fact, it is a good idea because the tendency is to lose confidence without practice. Feel free to contact a friend from class and set up weekly readings. Practice the readings (aura, past life, parents, gender) you have already learned. If you want to venture out and ask a personal question, please only read what would help the person. Do not read what is causing a situation or problem. You are not ready for that and the growth period may be too big and could stop you from reading in the future. Therefore, only read the positive and what would help any given situation. A great topic could be, "What would help me to become more abundant and financially stable?" Or "What color/energy would help me to become happier/healthier?" This is good territory for the level two graduate. Agree on the length of the reading, set your timers and stick to your word. Know how to end a reading and let it and your partner go when it is done. Otherwise you will become infatuated with "healing them" forever. And you will catch yourself thinking, "Oh, I should have also told them..." This is another kind of addiction where you give up your seniority and give yourself (IE your space) to another. When the "Reading is complete", let it be complete. Then do your separations and FILL UP & Validate. I also advise you to only read supportive people, such as your class mates. That's what this team building is for. You must keep building your skills and confidence before you read skeptics. You may think that your husband, friend or mother is supportive but you may be wrong. Feel free to post your reading questions and answers on the blog. Keep it to a minimum. Thank you for your curiosity, strength and courage. Stay strong!

Optional homework for the hardy:

Think about what lights you up. In other words, where in your life do you lack neutrality and openness. It may be in reference to your own abilities to learn or do something new and beyond what you  have previously done, it may be in regard to a person or it may be in regard to a certain topic, such as starving children, meeting spirit guides or pornography. Each week write down one thing that lights you up in your notebook. Write the topic and the color that represents it. Then ask for a healing color. Focus on that color while asking for forgiveness, healing and neutrality. Deep breathing will be essential here. Remember that neutrality does not mean turning a blind eye or becoming numb. It means being able to remain mature and calm without attachment. In this state you can become the most effective. For those of you interested in becoming healers or medical intuitive's this is important. Just as a surgeon or paramedic must remain calm and neutral to help a patient, so must you. It will also help your own health and stability. Feel free to share this experience on the HW blog. If you write about a personal top I suggest you to use your special name. Please keep the blog entries short and sweet.

Thank you for your insight and growth. You truly are the light and inspiration of the world!
