Student Homework for the Week of 3-20-13

.

MEDICAL INTUITIVE TRAINING

LEVEL TWO

Meditation:

5 minutes each per day: Soul Love Meditation, Central Sun & IFG

Reading:

1)      Draw your partner’s outline in your notebook before you call them.

2)      Call your partner and decide who reads first.

3)      Your readee starts the timer for 5 minutes.

4)      Use the “reading procedures” that apply, such as set-up, closing and asking their names.

5)      Tell your readee 3 colors that you see in their auric field and then draw them quickly in your notebook.

6)      Choose only one color to say hello to, the color that is strongest.

7)      Make up a story about the color for 5 minutes straight without stopping. Start with, “Once upon a time…” (You do not need to mention the color again after you tell them the color initially.)

8)      Stop when the 5 minute timer goes and have your readee start the timer again for the next 5 minutes.

9)      Now apply the color to your readee and give them a reading. Remember to say their name often and to address them. Make sure that you keep talking/reading for the entire 5 minutes until the alarm goes off.

10)  Say, “Thank you this reading is now complete."

11)  Clear and fill your space. Validate yourself.

12)  Switch and repeat.

13) After hanging up, reflect upon your matching pictures and write down any advice you gave your partner (for yourself) or they gave you. These are your weekly gems to keep you on a fulfilling and happy life track.

Thank you and have fun!

Just completed the homework with my partner, Nan. Wow! What a great experience! Nan is very insightful. In the short 10 minute reading, she was able to “see” my love for nature, herbs and animals. She was also able to give me positive confirmation on the direction I am moving in my life. Good Stuff:)

i just got an amazing reading from biplab .
very much to the point and very light and playful !
in general i like to share that the insights im getting from these readings are very much changing my life . i can ‘see’ myself in ways that are deep and light at the same time . and my inner work is becoming a playful training instead of a drama . and i also very much loved the little ‘things’ my partner suggested for me to be more attuned to my higher self . little things can make a huge difference !! another thing i adore about this training is that every time after class and after the home work i get a big smile on my face that stuck there for long time … this training it really feel good 🙂

The meditating is going well. Meditation is a practice that I have been at for many years. I enjoy the Sun portion of the meditation in particular because it seems to have a clearing or cleansing effect. I regularly use the idea of the cotton swab or rag to”wipe out” any energy that doesn’t belong. I physically feel better after using the tools. As a result, I am able to sense a deeper level of peace and hear clearer information. These are meditations one could practice for years yet it remains fresh, always unfolding new layers. Thank you, Robin:)

Thomas and I did our readings yesterday. I found it easy to do because of all the practice in class. Thomas was very accurate about my challenges at the moment and his reading was very encouraging and accurate.

Thomas and I wondered if we were supposed to hang up after the first reading and do the separation/cleansing off line. Then the other person calls, does the reading, hangs up and separates. OR do we do 2 readings with the separations on line?

I have been doing the meditation every day. I have some difficulty expanding the sun, but I can relax into it. I love the “IFG” part of it. The Soul Sun is very empowering and encouraging.

      HI Edy,
Good question. I re-wrote the homework as I realized it would be better for everyone to “clear and fill” right after the reading before hanging up. This way if you chat after the reading you will have done the very important clearing and filling first!
      Thanks again,
      Robin

about the meditation . i did it regularly during the ‘break’ between level one and level two . it was my tool to stay connected with the high vibe i got from the course . it was first thing in the morning and last thing in the night . it felt good and kept me connected . the part i adored it was to say hello’ to mama earth and papa universe . i felt loved and protected . then i went to a workshop with healing sounds and something started kicking in . a grow period or a cleansing period or whatever it was . i started feeling more and more tired and i actually had 4 days where i felt i was going to explode and die . i went to a beautiful woman that helped me with acupuncture and gave me herbal tonics . then i got the message that im starting to integrate higher frequencies in my system, so that’s why my body went crazy . the point is that during these days i completely forgot about the meditation . and when i did remember i decided to skip it . i felt angry at the whole story of cleansing and meditating . even it was probably the time i needed it the most .

Thanks for sharing Maia. Although the growth period may have been tough, now you know the benefits of meditation more clearly. And you will become an advocate.

Eddy and I did our readings on Sunday. They were both fantastic. I begin to see the blending of being read and reading as a self reflection of each other in both directions. Fascinating. I enjoyed working with Eddy and found her ease of storytelling very comforting and fun to follow. She helped me see some important clues to what is happening. The sequence was pretty straight forward to follow – though I had a little issue of blending the story with the interpretation in both sections (5min sessions)

Their is a distinct contrast between a day that involves the meditation and a day that does not – with the meditations things tend to proceed with ease and grace (positive experiences) – without tends to be rougher emotionally and with more challenging experiences. More happiness with the meditations – a valuable tool

Tonight Andrea and I did our homework. Andrea saw my creative side and she was very encouraging, helping me to feel more confident in areas which I felt limitation. I felt very calm and connected during the reading. It felt to me like Andrea and I have a comfort with one another like people who have known each other for a very long time. I was very blessed by the reading.

Meditations – I have been faithful running energy daily. It has become part of my morning wake-up routine. I also do the IFT, Soul Love and Central Sun at the same time.

With both the IFG and Soul Love meditations I struggle to stay focused. Today I was able to encompass my entire body when practicing Central Sun, so I feel am beginning to feel more confident in it.

I noticed this morning when using sticky Q-tip to clear as we were taught, cosmic energy flows much more forcefully and quickly.

Had an interesting homework reading with Carolyn today. I must admit that I completely forgot to say”this reading is complete” and to do the separation and filling with gold light at the end. I will focus on making the space to do this next time.

I have had some very nice meditations with grounding, running energy and the expanding sun. Sometimes the expansion seems foggy but starts in a deeper place. One time I forgot to fill with gold but after clearing something I felt myself fill up with light though I had not intended it consciously. That was a nice feeling.

Just completed homework with Mary Helen. The procedure seemed to run pretty smoothly. We kept good time. The stories were fun and the readings were meaningful to both of us. We did take a few minutes when it was all complete to speak of how the readings related and were true for us.

My meditations have not been consistent in the mornings, though on mornings when i do not find time to run through the meditation, i find myself going into the central sun awareness in my daily walk. It was very interesting to me that you shared this meditation because I had profound sun experiences over the past month. Of being the sun, strong in the core with my energy permeating throughout all of my “solar system” Many Synchronicities!

I really like the Central Sun Meditation and the Soul Love Meditation but had to do them lying down as I fell on my butt last Tuesday and have a huge contusion with purple/green bruising. However I did not do them during a set time, just when I had some quiet time here and there, usually before sleep and more over the weekend. Still uncomfortable to sit and have had to take it easy. I also have been doing the Gold Sticky Rose to collect foreign energy in general and over my left hip. Had a rough weekend emotionally and trying to incorporate the IFG was tough but I remembered to remain Neutral first and then I could gradually allow the IFG energy to come through even though it seemed hard. The Central Sun and filling myself up with Love was easier and nourishing to me.

When I completed my reading with Amber I forgot to say “this reading is now complete” and I felt I got too caught up in a make believe story about her and what I saw imaginary and not really saying how this might help her. I also forgot to say my name when she read me and she had to remind me to do that. These two key elements we talked about in our last Level, that I realized should be a part of all our readings here in out, even if you do not state it on the current assignment.
I liked how Amber applied a building story about laying a good foundation with bricks and mortar and creatively designing the architecture of my building. It is interesting because there are so many new houses being built in my neighborhood and all have different architectures. It is the old becoming land for new foundations now. And I love taking something old as in old houses and restoring them.

      Hi Carolyn,
It was stated in the homework to ask names and to use your reading procedures in #4. That being said, it is the responsibility of the reader to ask the readee their name. Not the other way around.
      Hope you heal soon.

I don’t know what she meant about forgetting to say her name. Obviously I asked her to say her name so I could look at it. It was fine.

Did homework with Tracy today. She gave me insight and hope in my “story” and reading. I felt I was there walking through the story as she said the words aloud. Am doing more meditation with running energy and grounding now.

The meditations are going ok – haven’t got every day yet. I find Using a timer makes it easier too
Carolyn and I did homework and it was very helpful. She gave me a story of gems that I carry with me. Very metaphorical indeed. We were mindful of time and procedures. As far as comparing/matching our stories- maybe the idea to love what you “have” in life and living in the moment were 2 things that would be similar themes.

Edy and I had somewhat matching pictures in our reading. We were not sure how long we were suppose to go but did all 3 colors. I am enjoying drawing our the colors and reading the energy I get from them and even in the way I draw them and even the picture of the person each tells me a story. I began doing the gender grounding cords this weekend. I connected the importance of this with the bad hematoma in my left hip that occurred 3 weeks ago and how it could possibly help heal it.

My sun meditation has become like a star that moves over parts of my body, I like it and then I try to continually fill up with love. thank you.

Homework assignment with ‘Dorothy’. Dorothy carried the energy of her father around her. This energy of fear and pain affected her so deeply that that the idea of forgiveness comes with difficulty. This reflects something from my own life as well. That by forgiveness we are given the very thing we felt was lacking in them and ourselves- Love.

My partner gave me an excellent reading and suggested a lot of things to help mix my two personalities: one of a lion and the other of a mouse. The lion is relaxed and knows he is in charge. The mouse is always running from one task to another and is constantly under stress. I need to remind myself every now and then that I am a lion too and feel like it.
