3. What is becoming very clear when I look at healthy blue is all these blocks, stops, distractions, every possible deterrent from reaching healthy blue. This is so fabulous because of what healthy blue offers one who embodies this limitless color. Healthy blue is a whole new ball game, dance, song, board game, you get the idea!! To play this game the weights needs to be gone and to clip their cords one must know that they are there. Haha, this is great.
4. I would like to say congrats to my ap partner this week for taking a humongous step empowering there spirit!!! Yeah, strong work.

3. Meditation:
During my meditation, I heard words with a few pictures to describe what my body was feeling with the healthy blue. Love, joy, nourishment, homeostasis, nourishment, fun, ease, bliss, being one with all that is, and floating in a sea of blue. What I learned is that I hadn’t been in a healthy blue state for a very long time due to extreme stress for several years. Having my life back in equilibrium, I can see clearly that I can’t ever allow that state again. I have to trust that I will be taken care of and follow my heart no matter what.
3. AP Call: Working with Robin during the classes has helped AP to be more empowered in all ways. At work, they see the hierarchy, but within that structure, they are empowered to be confident in themselves. Outside of work, they feel more confident to stand up for themselves, but continue to need practice doing that smoothly and effortlessly. Work stress causes them to come out of their body, so they are working on staying in the body and being grounded. Goal is to build unwavering confidence.
