Empowerment Program, Level 1, Week 7 Vacation, Home-Play

Your homeplay post is due on March 22nd in one week.

  1. MEDITATION: “The Holy 4 With Breath” meditation every morning upon waking and before going to sleep. This is the short meditation. Feel free to practice any and all of the meditations you learned in Level 1! 

2. PHYSICAL HEALTH: A green smoothie (not juicing, blending) with 2-3 vegetables every other day. Optional: daily if you like.

3. BOOK: Order and begin to read the book, “5 Personal Development Classics” by Frank Channing Haddock, Thomas Hamblin, James Allen, Napoleon Hill, George Lincoln Walton. This book works with the principles of energy and matter and will show you, step by step, how to manifest your desires whether financial or other. It is available as a file being read to you on Audible.com as well as in physical form from a bookstore.

    1.) I have been practicing both the long and the short version of the Holy 4’s. At this point, I like them both and they serve different but similar purpose which is to ground and affirm my soul. I like the shorter version for when I am in a hurry, out and about and just need a faster way to ground and remind myself of the 4’s. I am enjoying the longer version to really built a deeper foundation and to explore the areas of resistance, such as, I am “worthy”. I have found that I know this in my logical brain but there is still so much religious programming that says, “I am a sinner, and not worthy”. I am committed to putting this to practice, in my daily routine. I know this may have to be a “fake it, until you make it” kind of mantra for me, for now, and I am o.k. with this being the deal.

    2.) I am finding it really very empowering and satisfying drinking my daily green smoothie. This is such a small but lasting addition to my self-care regime. If all else has “failed” during the day, I have found great satisfaction in relaxing into the fact that I made a delicious and healthy smoothie for myself and often for my kiddos as well!

    3.) I just signed up for Audible and am listening to Napoleon Hill’s book which I have read many years ago. I was at such a different place in my life when I first read his book. I am not one to listen to books so this will be a new and good opportunity for me to go out of my comfort zone and strengthen my auditory skills. Looking forward to exploring this series in the coming days and weeks.

    4.) I spoke with my AP and learned that we both have had very similar experiences with our Holy 4’s. He was pleased to lean into the 4’s to face the underlying fears he has and to feel them and acknowledge the wonderful progress he is making. We had a pleasant and encouraging conversation.

    1. I have been doing the holy four. I have been really enjoying and exploring all the sensations and feeling that come up. I have done the meditation in front of a mirror a couple of times. I find that to be more challenging and feels deeper for me. Every time I do this meditation, with or without a mirror I find it becoming more playful, enjoyable. I feel more and more calm, empowered and connected with myself.

    2. I bought 3, what I thought, was green smoothies (as I am still on my climbing trip). They were juices not smoothies. I am looking forward to getting home and back to my home diet that includes veggie smoothies almost daily.

    3. I ordered and downloaded book to audible.

    1. Have been doing “The Holy 4 Breath” meditation regularly. Making progress, less resistance with each meditation. Have been visually seeing a golden light above my head, with each meditation I see more detail. Began to see wings, possibly angel wings, gold in color???

    1. Done several times though I forgot to do it sometimes either in the morning or upon waking up. Done Gender Healing one time. Done grounding meditations and filling with my own energy/color several times.

    2. I’m passing on this exercise for aforementioned reasons

    1. I am continuing working on the Holy Four mediation. It is a meditation ingrained in me since the previous class, I know it has done wonders for me.

    2. I continue to add vegetables into my routine, the difference I feel when it is the last thing I have before bedtime is phenomenal. Putting the vegetables in the blender still takes getting used to, the texture still feels foreign to me.

    3. Ordering book this evening.
