- “Feeling Meditation” for 5 minutes per day. “Grounding and Soul Retrieval Meditation” for 5 minutes per day. 10 minutes total per day. Have good boundaries and do not exceed this amount. Write how it's going here.
- Find a time this week where you want to escape from uncomfortable feelings, anger, fear or the present state of your body's chemistry, with food, drink, smoke, alcohol, caffeine, drugs, sugar, being too active, movie watching, etc., Use your breath and above meditations instead. This time pull all of your energy into your center. Notice that when you feel you need a chemical shift is also when you are out of your body and don’t want to come back in. In fact, it wants to go out even further with the “drugs.” Drink water and fill yourself with love instead. Write about one such experience and how you dealt with it here.
- Call your AP and discuss the above assignment #1 and #2 with them. Set your timer for 7 minutes each to speak. Do NOT exceed this time and boundary. When you are finished with the 14 minutes, thank them and hang up. Can you let go of their energy, the call and have good boundaries? Write about your conversation here. Never use your AP’s name. Instead say, “My AP... “ Thank you!

- Friend me on FaceBook and write a note letting me know if you would like me to add you to our private Sage School of Light Facebook page. This is a place for you to connect with me and the other students. You can share cool experiences that you have had that are related to this class and what you have learned. Or you may want to warn the others of what NOT to do. (Such as giving your non-believing relative a reading!) We will all be there to support you! This is my professional fb page under Medical Intuitive Training: https://www.facebook.com/RobinEagleSage/
My personal page is: Robin Eagle Sage. Feel free to join both.
Please write as little as possible while being direct, accurate and concise. Here is an example:
- The meditations are going well and I am feeling more empowered and tuned-in to myself.
- I have a terrible sugar addiction. This week I used my tools and was able to cut the amount of sugar intake by half.
- My AP is having trouble with her addiction to bread. When she addressed her addiction by pulling her energy back, she had a memory of her aunt telling her that she was no good when she was a child. Instead of eating too much bread, she breathed into this lie and was able to dissolve it and stop the addiction.

1. I am finding the meditations to be excellent tools in helping me be much more aware of my body and to feel better. This allows me to feel much more empowered,
2.Two weeks ago I succumbed to eating a piece of cherry pie. I decided to be more conscious of how I felt afterward. I applied the meditation and breathing tools afterward. I was surprised at how quickly it had an effect on me on all levels. It was so powerful to me, that so far it has stopped me from eating all sweet foods. If I feel myself starting to go there , I just breathe for a few minutes and make a different choice . I have never been able to do this before; even knowing I might get a migraine from it.
3.I met with my AP. We timed our call and stayed on target with our purpose. He reinforced what I have become aware of with our class tools we are experiencing. He shared some very powerful experiences with the use of the tools. I also practiced letting go of their energy and the call.

1. The meditations are going well, feeling grounded and empowered. Powerful tool!
2. I tend to use wine to escape when things are particularly stressful. Turned down invitation to go out Sunday night, listened to class recordings and meditated instead. Felt good! I have been trying to replace wine with meditation, and water. Doing pretty well. I’ve found grounding tends to put problems into perspective, helps me to cope.
3. Had a very nice talk with my AP. Great energy, very positive and uplifting.

1. My discipline is being pushed with both remembering to do it and the 5 minute limit.
2. I am not using substances at this time to avoid feelings. My biggest issue is an on going dynamic with a family member for whom I am very involved. I find the use of the meditation to be very helpful with this situation and to get back to center.
3. I spoke with my AP and found this to be helpful, supportive and inspiring

1. Going well. The second meditation is hard to comprehend from listening to the recording. I made my own two versions though and think it works.
2. I do not have the opportunity to pull myself away from feeling via distraction since I am just over the hump from a 4-week health crisis that was close to life-threatening. Currently, I am in permanent and alert feeling-mode and avoid nothing uncomfortable. I am rather grateful for the gift of this sacred illness that opened my eyes about healing. I did, however, imagine and remember moments in the past where I was drawn to let something else enter me to distract me and imagined the exercise that way. I am riveted by the image of fluffing my bubble up with my own energy, my own spirit, and decisively and resolutely inviting all spirits to leave except for my own.
3. Did on Sunday. Kept to the time requested in the exercise. Cultivated good boundaries by switching attention onto other things. Did also practice cultivating a strong thick grounding rope to the center of the earth and a gigantic root system to help me stay embodied.

5. We’re friends on FaceBook. I sent you a message to request to be included on the private page.
1. The meditations are very supportive. It’s amazing how much 5 minutes can impact my day. I am grateful.
2. I feel so much. I’m realizing that in general I feel so many sensations. My own, the people around me as well as the overall vibration of the day globally. There were many times this week i wanted to check out, and numb. Because of my busy schedule often times i can just keep moving as a m and of checking out. This week I promised myself not to do this. Honestly, I’ve been extremely overwhelmed and just realizing how sensitive I am in general.
3. I spoke to my AP and loved connecting with a like- minded being. It was clear. Concise. And i appreciated the support and connection.

1. I am really enjoying these meditations. What I am amazed with is this new relationship I feel is forming with myself. Doing theses meditations is allowing me to become clearer when my ego is running the show as appose to when my soul/spirit is running the show. This has really highlighted a big block of self doubt and not being worthy. The great change is that instead of feeling fear I use the tools learned and have been working away at this block. This feels very freeing and very empowering, giving myself back myself.
2. This home play with foods has been like an experiment for me. What I have found (minimally put) is processed sugar and extra caffeine, not much at all, bring on a feisty edge the next day followed by a very low/depressed energy day. I feel these days would be much worse if I did not use the tools learned thus far. Processed foods with cheese and highly processed meats make me lazy for 2 days. Than using breath work, instead of using other substances, calling myself home I have informative dreams and feel great the next day.
3. Meet with my ap partner and boundaries were kept.

5. Done though I have not gotten a response. Do we get a response or just get access to the sight?
1. I continue to enjoy and benefit, daily, from my feeling and grounding meditation. I have “let go” of the notion that I “must” do this practice at a set time per day. Instead, I have applauded myself for the fact that I am consistently incorporating this into my self-care routine.
2. I have discovered that my greatest invitation to “numb out” comes mostly, at night, when my day is coming to a close. This is not a time of day when I can go to some of my reliable energy management tools like going for a walk. I have been adding a time of meditation and writing, just prior to sleeping, and have found this helpful this past week. My fleshly body still desires my old go- to of sugar but my soul longs for, needs and deserves so much better.
3. I enjoyed connecting with my AP this week. We did discuss the assignment and I found the exchange to be light, natural and deep at the same time. With each passing week, I am pleased with my ability to practice my new skill of letting go of the energy after my AP appointment.
4. Completed.
5. I have never “friended” so not sure I did this correctly but I hope so!
1) The meditations are going well. They are helping me refine refine refine myself everyday
2) This past week Ive had many chances to sit with my uncomfortability since Ive been sick. My control issues have up everyday like a feather tickling the skin. And this week since its been homework to notice when Im out of my body or need a fix, the outbursts have been minimal more than ever before.
3) I had a good check in with my AP. I shared some big revelations and felt supported, heard and honored.

1. Meditations going well. I absolutely love adding these techniques, it doesn’t feel like a chore. I
feel more grounded since adding these techniques and am absolutely thrilled by them.
2. Now, that recognizing these moments has become almost habit, I begin to pull my energy in
(almost) automatically and noticed the chemical shift. I discovered and felt the
underlying anxiety that I was trying to mask. I literally felt anxiety between the moment of
“thinking” I was hungry and the meditations that never realized was there. It was a powerful
moment of finding how much is hidden (we hide) from ourselves.
3. I kept the boundaries with my AP partner and was simple to let go of their energy. She
discussed how she felt in her fifth chakra as she pulled her energy in.

6. Robin, my lines are lined up, Im not sure why they go jagged like last time. When I hit return
and edit they go funky and I always fix them but after I click send they revert to what you saw
last time.
