    1. Done.

    2. Interestingly I’ve run across procrastination and ambivalent feelings surfacing several times.
I’ve proceeded to ask questions of these emotions as they came up. I am uncovering layers of fear of inadequacies.
I’ve been projecting bright clear light into these emotions. Bright golden, sparkly white, and bright Lapis lazuli
It is moving out, though not as fast as I had hoped.

    3. I need to complete the Auric field on Docs

    4. Optional posting of auric drawings.

    2) I’ve been listening to this track in the car on my way to work. It’s been great strengthening my daily meditation practice, and self awareness. I also connect to the star visualization below and above me.

    1. Done.

    2. I was able to stop the racing thoughts going through my head, and to release negative emotions. I felt centered, aligned, grounded, and connected. I felt peaceful, confident and empowered.

    3. Done.

    1. Still overdue.

    2. “When your spirit aligns with your spine….” is the key point for me in this meditation. I am confident from the inside out if that alignment is in present time. I understand the nuance of pride mentioned in the meditation; rather I would describe it as self-possession in a way that has nothing to do with the response of the world around me but with a deep knowing of my own worth as an aspect of the Source itself manifesting in this, and through this, and as this form and body which bears the name I am familiar with, Stefan Fabry.
I would replace for myself the word pride with the notion of doubtlessness. That feels more complete in my meditation.

    3. Done
