Don’t forget to use your intuitive albilities for yourself!

.

I was recently reading about the life of the late Edgar Cayce who is called the sleeping prophet. He would go to "sleep" or more likely into a deep trance and get medical information for people who were sick.  A type of sleeping medical intuitive chaneller. I read that when Cayce's son was sick, he did not give his son a reading. And his son eventually died of the illness. It wasn't  until after the fact that Cayce was struck with pain and guilt for not using his nation-wide talent as a healer, on his own son. Apparently Cayce was not comfortable with the idea of being a healer and wanted to be known firstly as a photographer. It wasn't until much later in his life that he finally embraced his ability. This is so typical of healers. We are different, we are ashamed and we want to be "normal." It's amazing to me that one of the greatest healers of time, Edgar Cayce, also felt the same way for most of his life. As one of my students once said in a reading, "We are all like flowers. Different colors, sizes, needing different  amounts of water and light; but we are all flowers who deserve and belong. And we all have the "right" to be as we are."

Likewise, I was looking for my glasses the other night before going out while my friend and former clairvoyant student waited patiently. Then my friend said, Robin, let's not forget that we are psychic. I said, "Oooooh ya, I forgot." I sat down and instantly saw in my mind's eye exactly where my glasses were and  retrieved them. The moral of the story is.....use your intuition for yourself and in every aspect of your life! That's the whole purpose of it. I believe that we all know everything that we need to know. It is hard to remember that, especially when it goes against the grain of modern day society. But if you can remember who you are and all of your abilities as a soul, then you will be privied to a much greater world. A world of inner peace and stability.
