Since I am new to meditating, and seem to have trouble settling down, I have been trying to do the meditations in 5 minute increments, which has been going well. I had a busy and stressful week, and I think the meditations helped me to not take it so hard. (My chief aim is to feel light hearted.) I also received some useful hints from my partner, Mary Helen, for ways to settle into meditation, which I am looking forward to trying. 🙂

Mary and I talked last night about having some problem getting the meditations done and that we are working on chief aims.

I enjoyed the meditations and found the grounding first, but especially enjoy the IFG – this has really been working to change my attitude! I find my mood and outlook more positive since doing this; it feels very noticeable to myself. Looking back, it seemed shortly after this that I realized that I achieved my manifestation goal quite quickly, but found the need to ‘fine tune’ it so I wasn’t achieving it in a way that felt too exhausting or not fun and meaningful to me. So I did! Because . . . I really appreciate the reminder to not ‘forget’ the manifestation goal, but to keep my focus on the same one until it’s a regular part of my life. So helpful! (and true)
