I am really enjoying the grounding, central sun and IFG

I am staying peaceful and grounded as I talk with others – with the help of breathing deeply and grounding a lot. Tried playing golf today with others and managed to keep my space fairly well – not completely perfectly but pretty well. Noticed by watching another person how to be more committed to my grounding and owning my space, taking the space I need. Managed to have a long conversation with my sister about my mother’s health while breathing and grounding, staying centered.

I enjoy the grounding, sun, IFG meditation very much. I find the IFG invariably shifts my mood. for the better. This helps keep me more grounded when in relationship with others ~ I don’t need to buy into their ‘stuff,’ no matter what it is.

I was starting to fall into the ‘how’ rather than the end result again during the visualizing my goal ($350 extra coming in each week) and realized that I needed to be more specific with my goal, so I create my financial income (abundance) in ways that feel really good to me.

I have revised it now to:

$350 flows into my business account each week from my fine art paintings, creativity, intuition, and teaching.

This feels much better, even though it’s longer!

Since last week have practiced yoga daily! Sometimes for 1 hour sometimes for 10 minutes, but it has been a great feeling. I use the central sun, grounding and IFG to get me through moments when I feel down or resistance coming up. I send love to myself and imagine it growing. It really helps when I catch myself beating up on myself in the form of negative thoughts, guilt, etc.
Great exercise too being able to share with a partner how to address the obstacles that we perceive.
    Namaste!

Meditations are going very well. Chief Aim is going well too. I am finding it necessary to reign myself in at times as I am easily distracted. Wanting to go to other areas of the home and give them the same organizing treatment. My homework partner gave me some good advice to help me with that.

Connected with my partner about my chief goal. My partner helped me to look at the financial aspect of being ok with making money around your passion. Have been working on meditations. Finding ways to make them more inviting. Have recorded a couple for myself to assist in overcoming resistance.

Being disciplined in meditation is still a bit of a struggle due to my busy lifestyle. However I know change takes time (thanks to my partner) and I am making positive changes. I have no doubt that I will succeed – it is done, it is done, it is done. ( :

I am definitely feeling connected, centered and grounded which is my main goal. Before I was experiencing anxiety from not feeling that.

I agree with the above poster that being disciplined in mediation is difficult with a busy schedule. But I have made leaps and bounds since last week, and find myself looking forward to meditation now, and I have started to wake up feeling happy and feeling grateful for the beauty around me in the mornings, so I know its working. I have felt a real shift this past week, and I am excited about it! 🙂
