Meditate: 20 minutes per day. Go though the different meditations that you learned including running your energy.
Please review your packet for the written final
The energy reading final will be on: either 1) the layers of aura, 2) a past life or 3) parents energy.
Please practice a 30 minute per person reading with your partner on whichever topic above that you feel most lit up about, in resistance to, or needs practice.
Before you call go through your grounding and centering procedures. End by summarizing and giving the person hope and positive guidance via reading a new color plus common sense, not your opinion. An example of common sense is: Sitting makes you sick then try stretching and walking more often. Example: You hate your father/mother, then try to let go of your hatred by forgiving the experience and loving yourself more. Because if you hate your father/mother you also hate a part of yourself because we are all ONE in reflection. Write your matching pictures on the blog. The world IS your reflection. Therefore, remember to set your intentions and you will find your answers in your readings and in life.
From last week's class, the main attribute that I see needs to be employed is slowing down, grounding, saying hello more often (pausing) and breathing during your reading. In other words, slowing down 🙂

Meditations- more sense of inner strength, sovereignty, have my own tools to deal with void – I most relate to the fact i am always supported and loved no matter what – the sun is within, my connection is within – no matter what anyone says or does – i have a ways to go but i feel good and better !
Matching pictures- readees pictures were the readers experience: parental cord cuttting, realease the past, adrenal and kidney issues, outer field protecting the inner auras, parental dominance were present in both of us – we both protect our inner worlds – we both are working on bringing the divine feminine more into our daily experience – I was particularily drawn to the influence of ancestors and family and how profound their influence is in our daily life – I am very grateful to my co reader and to class and instructor – peace
I did a past life reading on my reader. My matching picture was focused to releasing my sense of comfort around cheese and finding it rather in greens and the good blood flow health which also represents flowing and healthy communication channels in my life and brings a core grounded joy in my life.
Doing quick foot movements exercise (eg dance) is also a joyful comfort and so the focus to healthy eating is very rewarding in this area as well.
My reader gave me a gender grounding which gave me a very earthy, practical way to release male energy from my space. Make it more real for myself.

My reader read a past life for me. She was very steady, used my name, and was an articulate story teller. She had two “hits” that were unexpected: this past life connected directly to my great-grandfather, and she identified my mother’s name without knowing she had done so. Stupendous work!
Our matching pictures were about feeling “OK” when one cannot “Do.” For example, if an illness or other issue prevents one from being productive in a job, then one can be still valuable by “being oneself.” Struggling with the Protestant ethic.
My reader did a gender reading on me and I did an aura reading on readee. Matching pictures were about our emptiness or void within, protecting this with our outer aura and connecting more with the feminine aspect of ourselves to bring a sense of sustained fulfillment within. Cutting the cords of parental dominance, and releasing energy around our second chakra to allow more flow in our lives. Nourish and cleanse our kidneys and gonads. Tune into source when overwhelmed by outside influences and the need to do things the right way, or masculine, rationale way.
I really felt good yesterday about my meditation. Prior to I did not do so good. My only question is can I incorporate more than one of the meditation choices into one meditation? I found myself filling up with love, then nourishing and clearing and grounding my gonads and then some central sun. When I have to get up at 6 AM it is hard to do the meditation in the morning. Thank you.
My reader gave me a reading on a past life. She did a great job of describing a life that is very similar to a way I haved lived now in this life. Information about the life and diet and being in a comfort zone was helpful for now as a way to improve how I live. I did a gender reading for my readee. Our matching pictures were about releasing some of the ways we seek comfort and to use healthier options in movement or ceremony to release the energy of the past. This makes for more clear communication.
The meditations are going well. I have been purposely doing gender grounding for 10 minutes each day as that is what I have been lit up about the most.
I read a past life of my partner and my homework partner read my parent’s energy. She did a great job, pausing and asking what the color what it was protraying to her and relaying that information. She did an excellent job of providing accurate read of my mothers creativity and how she could lose herself in projects and my fathers preoccupation with other things making him inaccessible emotionally to me.
The matching picture is that as a child I was very curious and was into everything. I enjoyed being with people, especially older folks and always had / have a sense of where they are and where they are coming from.
meditations : because of the daily meditations im getting to know myself more. i noticed that every time that i compliment myself for being consistent , i stop being consistent . it had to do with a strong need to rebel to authority . even when the authority is my higher self . im now setting the intention to heal this .
matching pictures : i asked to my higher self what type of reading to give to my partner and answer was that i had to read her father energy in her aura . as soon as i got this i felt panic in my chest with the strong fear that i was going to mess it up . but i did it . the matching picture i got is about my father and the need to forgive him . the need for me to meet him in meditation and talk to him . and listen to what he will say to me . this will bring healing .
My meditations have been more consistent and helpful in dealing with a bit of apprehension I’ve had towards readings.
I read a past life for my partner. The details came on strong and vivid. Her current mother was also her mother in the life I read. Her mothers actions kept and keep the readee from respecting her mother as well as her own femininity. I gave suggestions to encourage expression, creativity, inviting the sweetness of life and making sacred space to honor herself and her divinity as a woman in this life.
My matching picture is that I tend to have strong masculinity as well, especially being a single mother for years and wearing both gender “hats” as a parent. I can also benefit by making sacred space to honor my divine feminine.
The past week has been tough for me to get the homework completed as I have been ill. I have not meditated very much during this last week of class. My partner and I did the parents energy reading. In reading my partner’s mother’s energy, I could see the parental bond was close but there were also steps that could be taken to both continue the bond but also cut off any cords. Cutting cords does not mean we don’t love our parents. It allows us to stand in our own truth with more integrity. This was a matching picture for us.
My partner and I did a reading on each others parents. When I read her father’s energy I saw that he was a person driven by curiosity rather than ambition. Also, I saw that my partner has difficulty understanding her father’s intentions at times. But when seen in the light of his curious nature, things become easier to understand for her. I also saw that the way that her father’s energy affected her was that it made her lik/dislike certain things in her partners. All of this was a matching picture for things that I have seen in my relationships of how we begin to expect certain things of our partners without really thinking about why we care so much about those things.
