Sexuality is still sadly a taboo subject. This must change! In fact sexuality is the same as life force energy... we need it for good health! Sexuality has nothing to do with outward actions and who you are with. It has everything to do with how you feel about yourself, how connected you feel to the Earth, your body, your life and to others. I believe that kundalini energy, sexual energy and life force energy are all one in the SAME. When we are alive and well this energy flows. This happens naturally when we feel good and can be consciously evoked. When we feel good we radiate good energy because we feel alive. And when we feel alive and inspired we look radiant and even sexy to others. Although others may view you as sexy or desirable, your life force energy has nothing to do with sex and everything to do with how you feel. When you take care of your body, mind and spirit you will feel good and your kudalini energy will flow! When you feel good and desirable to yourself then you will also be desirable to others. It's that simple. This is the basis of good health. So get shakin and feel good!
