1. I needed this meditation. I felt myself releasing so much, upon reflection I think I had stuck energy that needed releasing.
2. It was interesting to learn that everything communicates vibrationaly and that our power is in the here and now, it was a powerful reminder because of how often my mind takes me to the future.
3. I practiced seeing my aura and my son’s aura. I was able up see my aura about 3 1/2 inches away from my physical body, it was a golden white color. As I cleaned my inner auric lining aura, it was still sticky on my left side I balanced and cleaned it adding oil to the cotton ball.
4. As we discussed our meditations, my AP partner mentioned her little twin daughters were walking around chatting about what colors they saw around their moms aura before she even mentioned this assignment to them. My partner was able to practice seeing auras on her animals.
1. 3rd meditation on Soul Love: After doing this meditation, I definitely felt some emotional feeling leaving my body. I felt a sense of peace and relaxation come over me. Then joy flowed in. Felt very good! I have been practicing the sense of pride to have in my body this week. I feel people have been very receptive and positive to it. Things have been in the flow again which feels very good.
2. I found it fascinating that everything interprets vibration. I think most of the time we are doing this unconsciously, and this is all happening for us effortlessly. I spent some time this weekend at an air b and b on a horse farm and discovered how quickly I was able to understand what the horses were communicating to me with simple eyes, body language and gestures.
3. While I was at the horse farm this weekend, I was observing the various horse auras and practicing the peripheral vision to see their auras more easily. I do notice it is easier for me to observe with some sunshine around the animal. I noticed it was a glistening white aura around a particular horse.
During cleaning my own inner lining aura, I noticed some stagnant red energy around my head and neck area. After cleaning it, I observed a brighter pink color move into that area. The outer lining aura was a brighter turquoise and I didn’t notice anything specific that it needed or any changes after cleaning it. I did send my both my inner and outer linings love and health. It brought a sense of peace and happiness after doing that.

Enjoyed speaking with my AP partner this morning. They are feeling much better with more energy the last couple days after doing the soul love-health meditation.
My AP felt a bit confused how to see the Aura from the u tube video, but made a strong attempt at seeing it in a few individuals at the park, but didn’t see any. They decided it was best to be an open receptive screen to the person and see what happens. They will continue to practice seeing auras. I offered a few tips for them for the future.
The cd mediation for my AP was a bit challenging, due to the quality and various aspects of the of the recording, and felt a bit distracted. But my AP decided to focus on the meaning, content and intention of the audio rather than aspects that were not as important.
Also, my AP is reflecting on how spirit comes to him versus how he thinks source will come. Be open to that flow he feels is essential. Not having preconceived ideas of the way spirit works in his life.

I found this to be a powerful, soothing and relaxing meditation. I especially enjoyed the breathing in the background. I found it would remind me to breathe.
2. Abraham Hicks video on auras.
I finally understood their words of “Stay in the here and now”. One sentence stood out and made sense to me, over all the rest; “We didn’t come as Amateurs, we are Masterful Creators”.
3. Meditation. Practise seeing auras…..
You know the feel of the magnetic pull between 2 magnets? That precise energy?
Well, I have always been able to feel that energetic gravitational pull. I can also see it. I see it as a silver grey mass of 10 million tiny particles.
I have always seen that, and that is what I see around people, animals, plants, and many, many other objects. We call it auras here. I know it as the energetic field.
I was walking my Pilgrimage across Spain.
I was blessed to be invited into a world of the plants. The trees started talking to me. The plants lit up a spot on their branches where they had given me permission to pick them and apply in an herbal foot bath for my feet.
And they told me some of their stories, their likes, and dislikes of how humans planted them in cityscapes.
Everything I have seen, and felt I’ve understood it as a silvery grey auric energetic field.
I have not enjoyed color added into my visual recognition of the energetic field.
I have faith that perhaps someday soon this will grace my senses.
4. Share with our AP friend.
I haven’t spoken to my AP friend yet. I will tell her of the interesting, and sometimes startling adventures of shifting into and out of portals of planes of existence happening this week.
On one shift after I awoke, I called my husband to make sure I was here in this plane of existence. I found it was a specific place in my kitchen where it was happening.
Another time I asked a friend to pinch me. To confirm being on this planet, here and now.
I’ve felt grounded and stable this week, however the dreams and conscious awake shifting has been unique.
Perhaps this is a big growth jump happening? I’m pretty sure it is.
1) Soul Love meditaiton is so good because I feel all my energy returning to me. When I have all of my energy, I feel Gods love fill me up more and hug me from the inside out.
2) It was great listening to Abraham’s message on auras. Highlights from the talk are that seeing auras is an interpretation of vibration. Seeing doesnt come only from the eyes, think dreams and how vivid they are with out your eyes being open. And to see auras defocus and use perefrial vision.
3) When I see auras, the first thing I see is the outer edge of the aura and a space between the body and the outer edge. I sence colors more than I see them. In order for me to see anothers aura I have to look for it, doesnt just happen. When I do see a color in the aura it’s the first layer because its close to the body and there is space from the outer edge. As for myself, I see my inner lining more clearly that my outer lining. But I am practicing loving both up and fluffing them up. As I put positive attention on them they naturally fluff up as if they were proud to be seen.
4) Like myself, my AP also senced colors more than actually seeing them. This was good for them to positivly enforce their gifts, and that we dont all do it the same. Becoming powerful is owning our unique gifts.
1) I resonate with the notion of bringing back my spirit from where ever I scattered it throughout my life. Though that is not as easy as it sounds in the meditation. It may take decades to undo all that. But well worth it no matter how long it takes. Though if alignment happens with Source itself the question of time may become a non-issue.
2) Did listen. Watched a few people in the park against the evening sun. Especially I kept looking at one person. The usual categorization about body type, gender, quality of movement etc. were falling away in the process and I got pretty quiet internally. Though I could not notice any change in my visual field. After 15 minutes my attention started fading.

Alone the idea of and imagining that I would clean and fluff up the inner and outer linings with love and health felt healing to me even without doing it. Yet when doing it, it feels equally good and self-caring. There is a sense of gentleness that accompanies this concept and activity.
4) My AP partner had a chance to see the auric field of a horse over the weekend. She also shared with me that it is best to look for hues and colors in the auric field if the person I am looking at and trying to perceive their field is standing or sitting in front of a black or white surface.
1. Found the meditation very powerful. Felt very grounded, felt my aura energized, and electric. Ties in with Ester Hicks recommendations for manifesting from the present. Excellent meditation, Thank you.
2. Although I’ve read it many times, I just realized that all manifesting can only be done in the present time, you think and feel the emotions now. Feel like you already have what you are trying to manifest.
3. I have found that I can see auras around people, also pets, and trees. Although I can see the aura, I am struggling to see and definition, I do not see individual layers. Occasionally I will see a slight tint of color but the aura is still one large layer. Also struggling to interpret what I am seeing.
4. Had good conversation with AP. Found that we are both more confident reading chakras and colors. We are both having trouble seeing detail in auras, and interpreting what we are seeing.
