    Brown:
    Unhealthy: feces, waste, elimination, lack of elimination, holding onto things that no longer serve you, fear of letting go, guilt, feeling of buried alive, defecation, feeling trapped in your life, or lack of choices, not being able to breathe, dirty part of pond, the mud like sludge unclear, confusion, lack of clarity and focus.

    Healthy: Acorn, really happy squirrel or chipmunk, playful but in teasing kind of way. Big solid tree, with really strong roots and solid connection to the earth. Bright red apples on the tree, fruit on the tree = fertility and health. Bench on park, sitting and watch people walk by, observance and being highly in tune with your surroundings, awareness.

    2. Green Smoothies/Nature Walk -Most days and I am really integrating the importance of these practices. On the 2 days I didn’t do them I noticed how different I felt. I want to feel good.

    Healthy Brown: Forest,Strong Foundation, healthy soil,new growth, good balance of the bodies minerals, tree trunks, roots, essentials of life to survive in the physical world, mother earth, being connected to earth and everything that grows, Strength, Indian Chief (respected wisdom), Eagle, Brown barn owl (safety wisdom) calm, natural, leaf falling change of seasons, smoothed polished wood.

    Unhealthy: Someone walking in the dark with their hand out, not seeing where they’re going: Symbolizing not knowing or seeing what the future holds yet. Flipping through a book, reading info that isn’t accurate or that one wasn’t supposed to take in at that time. The Meridian channel of energy that runs through the center being clogged. Brown clogged, signifies stuff that needs to be let go or surrender, wanting to let it go; the brown. Stomping in mud: Signifies partly wanting to move forward, but being comfortable where one is. Kids splattering brown paint on the wall; signifies frustration with things we wanted to do, but couldn’t as kids. Drawing on the walls. Kids getting brown paint, squishing it in their hands; signifies wanting something and not being able to get it. The color of frustration in regards to childhood.

    Healthy: Cake batter; signifies creation, creating something. Leaves blowing around; excitement of the unkown. Knowing things are changing, what’s coming next. People in the audience and a stage; signifies starting to be recognized for one’s accomplishments. Feels like a swan or duck sitting on an edge; signifies nurturing new growth. Someone at the beach, picking up the sand and it is running through their fingers; new creative ideas. Adults writing with brown crayon on wall; signifies inner-child grown up, feeling a sense of freedom and independence, being able to do what one wants. Clay; helps the system absorb toxins in the body. Man made fire outside with sticks; signifies enjoying releasing old life and old stuff and experiencing sense of peace.

    Unhealthy: Sludge, coffee, coffee grinds, makes me think of how coffee takes all of your vitamins and minerals… a person lacking vitamins…vitamin deficiency, racing heart, unbalanced, not rooted, not feeling strong, centred, or safe. Toxins, poisons. Thinking of the intestine, and having a lining of plaque and other things from food. Thinking of a periodic table, maybe to do with the minerals again.

    Healthy: Trees, bark, dirt, covering yourself with mud and feeling so connected to the Earth, and feeling really centred and grounded. Benched where you sit and look at nature. Forrest- peace and stillness. Keep thinking of the smell of pine needles- the scent of being amongst trees, getting oxygen. The Earth running up your body, through your legs. Sharing…seeing people sitting together…connections.

    Reading:

    Unhealthy brown-
    Crappy stuff, poop, feeling crappey ,broken and damaged. Broken boxes, beaten down and beat up. A feeling of being beaten down, abused animal, scared and hopeless. Feeling stuck, sentenced to a bad life, a life sentence in prison, getting the shit end, sickness, damaged earth, helplessness, decay and rotting away.

    Healthy brown- A shiny new start, hope, nature- earth being restored, new life, seeds into the ground, new possibilitie, open space to start new things, a promising future, a piece of eath near a place that was burnt down, a feeling of renewal, new stuff coming in, buried treasure-more exciting things to be found, new doors opening up, hopeful knowing that everything is all good. Traveling on a bumpy road and is now becoming smooth and easy traveling. Gratitude and appreciation for where you have been and now able to have a new outlook and is able to see how all the bumps were necessary. Having appreciated what was and yet able to embrace what will be.

    3) silent meditation, am just kinda incorporating this into my daily meditation practice, not sure if I’m doing it correctly.

    Unhealthy: feeces, sludge..backed ip, backed up toilet. ..muddy, stagnant, am seeing bugs., whether it’s parasites. .it’s not moving, like a toilet bowl, stuck without any place to go. ..stale, murky, I’m seeing a rain gutter that hasn’t been cleaned out in a long time. ..debris, rotting….someone really sick that needs to detox really bad. .like an older person, not feeling well. ..sluggish, tired, fatigued, cloudiness in the head, can’t think strait. ..I’m seeing black mountains and a brown sky,like people living in a real polluted place, not sure where. ..stillness, no wind, like pollution surrounding this community. .stale air, suffocation. .like no way out, feeling stuck. .like there’s no oxygen. ..setting a little child that has no choices, that’s not given a lot of choices

    Healthy: I’m seeing a tree. .like tree bark, nature. ..everything in nature blending perfectly, almost like nothing questions anything cuz it’s all perfect, like everything has a place…everything’s perfect. ..i see a real primitive culture, almost like cave men, am seeing a community of people in survival, making a fire together and hunting and gathering their food. ..a sense of a primitive culture, primitive community. ..I’m seeing planting seeds into the earth, into the soil. . I’m seeing almost like what our world would look like before industrialization, almost like the beginning of time, when it was barely inhabited by people..like what the earth was supposed to be like before everything was inhabited. I’m seeing a vast open plain of mountains and I’m seeing a little colored community and this lttle girl walking around into this big open area with lots of land, they have acres and acres of land, they have freedom..like freedom to grow whatever they want… and she’s not working in the field, she’s just playing, I’m seeing almost like the post slavery period… where they have their own land and freedom to do what they want.. and I see cows and chickens

    Healthy:

    strength; football on a football field- the energy of a football field; brown hat-fuzzy brown hat on a woman head; fountain- brown water but feels healthy, up ward motion of fountain is very straight and strong; strong and flowing; tiny puppy- joy and play; tree trunk; lots of straight strong images; healthy food; composing worms- happily digging around under the soil; chickens- farm feeling of wholesomeness, quiet, peacefulness
