A.) I loved utilizing the counting breathe! I noticed just how much more in my body and relaxed I became after just a few breaths. It was also fun noticing how much more oxygen capacity I was able to take in with every breathe. It’s a great start to my meditations and throughout the day to calm my nervous system which is always on the go!

B.)The combination of the breathe, Ifg, grounding and soul love was wonderful. At first a little tricky to bring all together in the 5 minutes and would tend to focus on one at a time to get used to the integration. I definitely felt that connecting to source energy was the cherry on the cake and it tied the experience with a beautiful bow and allowed me to feel safer.

C.) coming in and out of my body was fun. Though at first I would sense some apprehension, almost a fear of leaving and not coming back. I would try it on a few occasions and noticed that when standing, I felt really out of balance as if I was going to fall back. Coming back into my body was reluctance there as well. Once I was out it felt so amazing and ethereal. I’m taking a look at my reluctance and realize that being in my body has not been a great experience for many reasons throughout my life. perhaps it’s the lack of safety I’ve encountered.

D.) I enjoyed the audio of Brian Tracey! I related with how important goals are in one’s life to give us a sense of purpose! I finally for the first time in 40 years feel like I have one with in this program. I also want to try incorporating all 7 of the steps in my life more often. His messages regarding self worth and success were monumental in every area of one’s life!

E.) The talk with my A.P partner went well. We both shared some hesitations and openness to feelings around success.

A.) I have been sick for the last week with a cold/cough and I noticed how tight my chest was when I first started the breath work and then how much it loosened up by the end.
B.) The breathing, IFG, grounding and soul work were a great way for me focus on the parts of my body that felt good. Not only did these meditations help lift my spirit but I had a renewed sense of self and purpose for the day.
C.) Coming in and out of my body is a new and fascinating concept for me. When coming back into the body it almost felt like my body wanted to keep the energy in and hold on tight – like it had been lacking. Drifting out of the body felt peaceful and freeing.
D.) I really enjoyed the audio and resonated with the won’t power. I was conscious all day of the choices I made and whether they would help me find the success I’m looking for.
E.) I met with my A.P and we shared insights about the goals we have and concepts that inspired us in the audio.

    A) The breathing deeply was shallow and not very long until I exhaled deeply, sucking my abdomen in. Then I experienced a full fresh breadth that held so much more oxygen. The practice is forced and not very relaxing at the moment, but I anticipate greater ease and more oxygen with time.

    B) Adding the IFG and SOUL energy was interesting. I tried to breadth it in but found rather that IFG tuned me to feel the oxygen I inhaled so I felt the throbbing of chi/life energy. Adding SOUL energy seem to be an act of will that existed outside the breadth, but when I invited soul energy in while breathing deeply and holding the vibration of IFG, then I felt SOUL come in more fully. It felt richer more vibrant and hence more of SOUL must have come in.

    C) I didn’t mean to do C within B, it just happened πŸ™‚ Seems I created a more hospitable place for SOUL to reside and it follow the light in. The more SOUL that came in the more dissonance of none-SOUL appeared like a lump in my throat and a scratchy throat. Setting intention to exhale the not-me out seem to have a cleansing effect.

    D) I took many notes and had to replay a number of times to capture the amazing amount of interesting information. Monday my wife and I planned our near future and I revisited my goal of being a medical intuitive and of book writing. Tuesday Medical Intuitive training showed up. Wed I started 2.5 year program. As Brian says people with Goals and Plans and who take action on those plans are successful. I Plan to take his advice more frequently and extensively.

    E) My A.P and I both met the 5 minute boundary, because we both had timers πŸ™‚ It was hard to not build more connectedness, but as Brian said, focus on the actions that complete your goals and fulfill your plans first.

(I thought Robin said to “discuss what we liked listening to the audio file” so I’m going to only do the D here. Please correct me if I’m wrong and I’ll add on more information later if needed.)

D: Very inspiring that there’s so much new information (that I have not know earlier). Sounds like there’s so much more potential for each one of us to explore. Although my challenge lies in “how do I actually put these into habits?” I really appreciate the fact that there are generous people out there willing to share this information, secrets to success (maybe it’s common sense for them?) Also learned that being able to see one’s self-worth, is crucial, and I’d love to keep that in mind as I continue to explore working with people. I can understand it on a mental level, but would like to see how when that perception changes, how that can/might actually change people’s lives.

    Thanks!

    1. Phaedra

I’m not sure if it’s my place to post here in an attempt to help you out Mitsuko. Robin, correct me if I’m wrong:

I thought at first that we were to talk only about the Brain Tracy audio with our AP, but my AP explained that she thought that we were to talk about the class audio. As a compromise, I shared everything I wanted to share about the Brian Tracy audio first, and still had time within our five minutes to talk about the rest of class.

I’m planning to go over the class audio again to gain clarity on a few minor questions I had, and I will let you know what it was exactly that was said. BUT, I do believe Robin definitely instructed us to write about items A through E. I hope this helps

      1. Mitsuko

Phaedra, thanks for the response – you were totally right! Appreciate the quick feedback although I wasn’t able to respond back right away. Much thanks πŸ™‚

    A) At first I did not enjoy the counting breath work, I found it to be more ‘work” then relaxing. But after the first few tries I found myself opening up and relaxing much more and actually enjoyed it. The one minute flew by!

    B) I really enjoyed combining the deep breath, IFG, grounding and soul love. I started doing the meditation earlier in the day this week and found it to be much more effective. I used it specifically when I felt myself draining of energy and losing motivation throughout my day, it was amazing how quickly it could bring me back! I really enjoy this one. Even if it is only 5 min, it is so nice to dedicate that 5 whole minutes just to me and being thankful.

    C) I still have some trouble clearly feeling myself coming in and out of my body, but I definitely felt safer when I was practicing being in my body, and a little more anxious when leaving. It helped for me to stay closer to my body, and work myself up to the rooftop. I will keep practicing going further.

    D) I LOVED the audio with Brian Tracy. I felt so many of his points were things I might already believe, but need more work on actually doing them. I found it so positive and inspiring. i though of how much my husband would enjoy it the whole audio and I am hoping he will try one of Brian’s audio recordings for himself.

    E) I have been unable to connect with my AP so far, hopefully I will hear from her before class and I will update.

    A. Counting breath: I have to be honest. I haven’t been super good about actually counting. I have been slowing my breath in my meditations and throughout the day. I find it calming and relaxing. I can feel my whole body change when I do this especially when I’m nervous about something. I got stung by a stingray while surfing on Saturday and I used it then as well.
    B. Deep breathing, IFG, Grounding, Soul Love meditation: I enjoy these five minutes so much. I find that after I finish the 5 minutes, I usually go into my own meditation where I channel my Guides and I connect with them if I am needing to. During the 5 minute meditation, I feel full of love from the universe and I feel a sense of connection with my true self or soul.
    C. Practice coming in and out of my body: This was really neat. When I grounded, I felt very connected to the earth and a heaviness in my lower body. When I went out of my body to the moon, I felt my upper body open up as if I had taken a jacket off all the way from my seventh chakra. When I was out of my body and I saw the earth, I was filled with love. I connected my heart chakra to the earth and covered it was gold light until I returned to my body to ground. Then, I was covered in gold light as well. I really enjoyed it.
    D. “Success” Audio: I found this very inspiring and motivating. I will probably listen to it again because I’m sure there are some things I missed, but I did note down some things I thought I needed to implement ASAP like having goals with “positive purpose and direction” and how important it is to be optimistic.
    E. Discuss audio with your AP: It was difficult for my AP and I to get together today πŸ™‚ We kept on both missing each other and when we finally did get in touch, we ended up discussing our meditations. Oops. I guess that’s what we needed to discuss. I’ll make sure I read her blog post on the audio and she can read mine as well.

    a. The breathing exercise is a good tool to help me ground and relax. Breathing with purpose helps me get into a meditative state.

    b. I love combining the IFG meditation with the breathing and feeling full love exercises. It helps me set a positive intention for the rest of my day.

    c. I feel comfortable being in and out of my body while meditating. I love the out of body experience of communicating with my guide and being shown certain lessons in my life.

    d. I love listening to the Brian Tracy audio interview. It reaffirms most of the things I am already practicing such as setting positive self talk, positive mental image, positive mental attitude.

    e. I love listening to Christina talk about how Brian Tracy’s audio has affected her. It was a lovely sharing.

    A. I love the breath work. Taking in deep breaths and letting it all out slowly with a whooshing sound… My favorite part is the release. Reminds me of a piano key being struck and listening to the vibrations gradually fade. Peaceful. I count sometimes, and the in-breath has remained at about 8-9. Each time I do this I’m reminded of how shallow my typical breathing is. I am often holding my breath and barely breathing at all.
    B. Deep breathing with IFG and grounding. Sometimes this is easy and it feels good to be breathing and basking in golden light. Nan taught me a grounding exercise that I have incorporated. Sometimes I cannot switch to the “IFG” state at all, but I always have the option to breathe deeply and ground. I feel love and I am feeling my soul.
    C. In/out of body. I am not sure how to practice this one. It’s easy for my mind to wander off away from present location/time – but not sure that’s really what you’re asking us to do. With the anxiety and sadness of my husband getting a new apartment this week (hasn’t moved out yet), my mind wanders to imaginary dreary futures- I need to be envisioning being in beautiful places and having a joyful future. I feel I need more guidance as to how to go in and out of body in a neutral way?
    D. Listened to audio. Favorite pearls of wisdom were: -Need burning desire for a great future. -Be mindful of your time. -Surround yourself with positive, like-minded people. -Need “won’t power.” -You will see it in your life when you believe it. -Go calm in crisis. -Learn from experts. People have figure all of this out before you arrived.
    E. Discussed audio with my AP partner, Alicia. I am a big fan of Alicia now. πŸ™‚

    A) I really liked the breathe work. I realized how shallow of breathing I do regularly. The first time I did this I only got to 5 on the inhale before I had to exhale. The second time I got to 10 on the inhale. Being more mindful of my breathe made me feel more clear in my thoughts. I felt like I had a lot more energy after the exercise.
    B) At first combining the two IFG and breathing took a lot more concentration. But after about 5 minutes the two felt fluid together. I am excited to be making this a regular part of my day and see how I feel after a few days and weeks. Already I feel more focused.
    C) I like the idea of going in and out of my body. I feel like I need more guidance on how to do this. What to focus on or envision. I do find myself feeling like I am drifting away, but when I try to come back into my body it feels tougher and I am not sure if I am actually back in.
    D) I loved this audio! I felt so inspired afterwards. I really loved the recipe analogy, there is no need to re invent the wheel. Just add your own spin to the system that is in place and works. I loved when he was talking about goals and saying no to anything that won’t move you forward. I am such a dreamer so for me I needed to hear this to be putting action steps in so it is a goal and not a wish.
    E) I had a wonderful discussion with my AP Wayne. We shared the points we took away from the audio, and how we can relate to this in our present life. We both set our timers and stuck to the 5 minutes.

    A. Performed counting breath work for one minute per day and could feel increased oxygen and chest expand.
B.When doing deep breaths, IFG, grounding, soul love, I felt more connected and lighter when connecting to source.
    C. Could feel coming into my body stronger than leaving and had to slow down when doing it.
D.Enjoyed Brian Tracey’s audio on success. Will continue to focus on goals and self – esteem.
E.Enjoyed talking to my AP about Brian Tracey.

  11. Deva

    A. Counting breaths almost immediately plugs me in to an electrical current that pulsates through my body in S waves. My body involuntarily moves in waves with it.
    B. Ground always calms my system and integrating IFG and connecting to Source feels like my body boundary expands in all directions 6-10 inches. I feel fuller, broader, wider and lighter.
    C. Going out and coming back in i feel a warmth in the center of my chest and a tinging in the top of my head.
    D. i haven’t watched vid yet but did talk to my AP Chelsea about these exercises. πŸ™‚ I enjoyed hearing her perspective and feeling her enthusiasm. In my reflections i remember just feeling incredibly grateful for my life and the value of having a beginners mind.

  12. Crystal

    A. Scheduled counting-(deep)breathing both energizes and relaxes– so it’s perfect as a morning as well as evening practice. Sleep is improving, as is the sense of a seamless waking state.
    B. Combining DB with IFG, grounding, and Source-connection creates an instant experience of expansion and sense of permeating “What Is.”
    C. In & out experiences are becoming more detailed– the locations visited as well as the return to the physical (down to the limbs, fingers/toes, skin, cells, et al).
    D. Assaraf/Tracy: I feel gratitude listening to their kind voices of encouragement. The mind can never get enough of the reminders and bolstering concepts of direction and support shared in the program.
    E. Karen and I exchanged narratives of our progress with breath work and the connection practice, and reviewed the practical “life steps” as outlined by Brian Tracy.

  13. Zubair

Counted breath for one minute everyday.
Did deep breathing, IFG meditation, grounding, soul love for 5 minutes everyday. It feels good but I have to keep reminding myself and I needs practice to remind myself. Make myself aware, realize and feel, be in present all the time.
Practiced coming in & out of my body daily as Robin taught in the class. I have done it in the past when I read Debra Katz books and followed exercises in her books.
I have been trying to practice out of body travel in the past. I bought video tapes How To Do Out Of Body Travel , many years ago.
Listened to Brian Tracy audio (I have been listening to his tapes since 1968 and have a big collection of his tapes and books and similar books and tapes from others).
Discussed with AP that I liked Brians Tracy’s 7 principals of success and it is inspiring to follow his advice.
I hope I have been brief enough.
