Today is Sunday, the first of November, and I have been practicing the IFG technique, or “happy tool” since Friday. I have found that it’s quite easy to implement into my daily routine so far, as it is only a five minute exercise. My cells bask in a rainbow-hued golden light during IFG, and it’s tempting to stay in certain areas for longer. I look forward to gradually lengthening the duration of the meditation.
I feel like each time I have practiced the technique, I feel a bit of its effects right away, and the rest is stored in a sort of a “happy bank” for me to use later. I have definitely noticed a change in my re-actions to difficult situations, as I’m able to draw from the happy bank to elevate my perspective and stay in my center through these times.
My phone call went well with my AP. She helped me with my one technical issue, and now everything is resolved. It’s great to be “meeting” so many like-minded individuals, and I look forward to our journey together! Yay!
The IFG technique has been going very well, I absolutely love saturating myself in that feel good vibration. I have recently been in a car accident and ever since I’ve been getting overwhelmed and experiencing anxiety at accomplishing small tasks, applying the technique at this time has helped me ground and center and do my tasks with greater ease. It was nice to share with my AP partner, I’m glad class has started and looking forward to connecting with everyone. My only struggle is that since the accident my memory isn’t as strong and I forget what I’m doing or need to do, like post my HW on the blog 😉 so I’m going to try to get in the habit of making lists.

I love using the IFG meditation each day. I feel like it’s a good reminder to be in check with myself, slow down, breathe and just be. Taking 5 minutes a day at first was a struggle to sit and try not to go through my to do list for the day. The second day and so on had got easier. I used to take more time to sit in meditation so this is really giving my spirit a big warm hug getting back to my meditation pillow. I used the IFG in a situation at my day job this week. I was feeling frustrated and decided to just take a few minutes away from the desk and shower myself with IFG and remind myself that I am on a purposeful path. There will be many challenges along the way but to take a deep breathe and listen to my heart more than my ego. I have been using the blue color as a visual in this meditation. For me I associate blue with a feeling of calm but also strength. Blue feels light and airy reminds me of a healing breath. I like to work with the color blue on my Throat Chakra to release tension or stress there.
I am looking forward to connecting with my AP tomorrow night to see how everything is going. I am so thankful for this class and the community that we will have to grow with.

I’m very happy to be on this journey with you all and I thank you for all your patience with our technical difficulties for the first call! We will be on time with some Skype credit for the next one! 🙂
I really enjoy the IFG technique. It was a real eye-opener how easy it is for me to think ‘just 5 more minutes’ when I’m trying to accomplish something and then how challenging it was for me to slow down for those 5 peaceful minutes and make that time for myself. I’m feeling grateful for that new awareness and will try and find more time to relax and enjoy those quiet moments everyday. I’m happy to have my sister as my AP this week and we figured out a way for us both to be more accountable in completing our homework.

I have been enjoying the IFG meditation. The second day I was doing it, I felt my third eye start to tingle, which I thought was interesting. When I did it yesterday, I felt a subtle shift in my entire body…like it was actually changing to feel good. I usually find my self saying, “I’m so tired” throughout the day. So, this is a vibration my body isn’t totally used to right now. My intention is to be healthy, but this has made me realize, I had not been putting that energy out there to feel good. I woke up today very energized and as I was preparing my first meal, I wanted to eat only whole foods which I feel like is a by-product of the meditation. I also enjoyed sharing with my homework partner. I felt a connection with her 🙂 Thank you.

I have been having a bit of a hard time with this feel good meditation, i has always meditated with emptying, letting go, or some other mantra, and tuning into what does it feel like to feel good in my body and call that in, has been challenging. I really like the part of calling my energy back to me, and just keep resting with the I am well… we’ll see how it goes 🙂
I find the IFG very powerful as a way to ground. I enjoyed listening to the recording of the call. I can’t seem to find the contact info for my partner, whose name is not on the contact list that I can see on your website. Thank you, Robin. Ellen

Well there were a few takeaways from the class. One was a transitional service from bodywork to readings that offers both in a single session. love it! The second was the importance of starting meditation at only five minutes so that as toxicity is released, it isn’t overwhelming. I have a regular practice that I don’t want to give up so I appreciate starting slow for that reason too. It gives me time to figure out how to lengthen my practice to include this training in a fluid way

Since it was the first class, most of it was about students introducing themselves and Robin explaining the technical stuff, process, procedures regarding conducting the classes. This class exceeded over 2 hours.
Since there was very little time left, only a short time was spent on doing meditation daily as homework.
Doing the 5 minutes IFG, “I am happy”, Happiness meditation on a daily basis is very useful because it helps you to be in present, positive and illuminated. Initially, one has to remind oneself to get into “I am Happy” mood and stay in that mood, vibration. With frequent practice and being aware of it, I hope soon it will become a habit. My AP partner Kat, for this class, was very helpful with her suggestions. I am looking forward to benefit from the teaching material, teacher Robin and the support group. I don’t understand why this medical intuition course is 2.5 years long but I am sure there is a good reason for it. I look forward to doing the exercises and readings to become good at doing medical intuition and much more. I have read a lot of books on medical intuition but I lack the practical experience that is the main reason I decided to take this medical intuition course, taught by one of the best medical intuition teacher, Robin Sage.

What I liked about the class: Class was informative and practical advice.

I like the IFG meditation. I say each word slowly and watch it merge with my energy . I liked the concept of allowing the new energy to dispel the old energy, but allowing it in a gradual way. l Had a great conversation with my AP but blew the 5 minute rule. Will work on that. We haven’t had our meet and greet yet, so it was good to get to know them.

I used the meditation when feeling anxious in general. Found it immediately calming even thou I did it briefly. Experienced some chills the first night I used it, assuming that was a mild cleansing response.
Maia
Very lovely to work with Gloria! She is kind and centered and funny. We shared about our experience with the happy meditation. She shared how every time we smile, our brain gets the signal to produce serotonin and there is where the feel goof feeling comes from. From my side I’m so amazed by the power of this technique. So simple and so effective!

Homework Report
A) I did the 5 minutes of Happiness Meditation (IFG) per day every day since I finished the class recording, which was Saturday. Easy and familiar.
B) I used the IFG Happy Tool during the day when my energy was down. It’s not always my preference to “turn my energy around.” Sometimes I prefer to hang out with my challenges and not try to shift my energy into something else.
C) I believe I’m all complete with the technical stuff on the to-do list.
D) My homework partner and I did our 5-minute each call, using a timer. It went well.

I used it all to get me through a very difficult week of moving, transition, technical frustrations, looking after my mother recovering from a stroke and a sister who was injured and concussed while helping me. I tend to disassociate under stress, so each time I started to spin out, I would stop and try to collect my energy back into self, then do some IFG while visualizing swimming as a dolphin through deep blue water. It truly made a difference while working through some deep emotional triggering.
Technically, its been a challenge reacquainting myself with Skype and how it works from Canada. I eventually managed to find my AP, added her as a contact and sent a message. Yay! Also figured out I need to get a new headset as old one doesn’t work with my new system.
Highlight of my day was chatting with my AP, Maia, who was very reassuring and had some useful comments and tips about the doing this kind of work and how the class facilitates that. Looking forward to week 2.

I got my homework assignment yesterday afternoon and I applied it right away. I realize that I had become frustrated trying to solve the technical difficulties of my slow internet connection. So I first decided to “OWN” my own frustration and resistance. What you said in class about taking responsibility for our own happiness really resonated with me. So I used the IFG technique to completely change the flow of energy and my outlook. I went outside and walked around my property re-charging my Body-Spirit with prana and some “Me Time”. My body guided me through some self-made yoga poses combined with nourishing “I Feel Good” breaths. Possitived thoughts and feelings fludded me effortlessly. I realize that even though I have been a regular meditator for over two decades (plus or minus child rearing years of total irregularity), my challenge is to find time to take care of my Body-Spirit. (I just came up with this way of calling it since I find it difficult to distinguish one from the other: when I think I do things for “my body” i suddenly feel a surge of my spirit becoming present). The call with my AP was great to ground my self-realizations and perceptions. It seemed we both resonated with the idea of TAKING TIME to take care of ourselves, since there is so much time consumed in taking care of other’s needs and in just taking care of ‘things”. So, this is a key and central issue for me, to make sure I take time for myself, whether with the IFG or whatever my spirit guides me to do. But the time or even ‘MOMENTS” is key.

I’ve been doing the IFG meditation in the morning when I wake, in part to help break my pattern of reaching straight for technology. I like the idea of being able to shift my feeling state & tend toward higher vibrations, yet as one who has repressed my feeling a lot in life, also believe its important to feel it all; that there is information in all our feelings. I’ve had the experience of joy with sadness, joy with anger, joy with anxiety & I’d like more of that. Haven’t really felt bad this week – no stress or anything while visiting my dad. So I’ve done IFG every day, but haven’t needed to use it to shift.
The meet n greet felt a bit long, especially as one not actually participating in it, but I did appreciate the call; mostly about how our feelings are a choice.
My talk with Wayne was great.
Tech stuff – I can’ seem to get on shutterfly anymore and my homework didn’t upload properly for some reason.

HI Robin, since today (via) FrIday I’ve started my IFG comentment. Also very excitingly but strongly feelsuggest as though I could drink plenty if not a lot of water and it’s what I’m needing, so I’ll test that out before the weekends over with. Then yesterday I actually “meant” to do IFG but I had a lot of fibro fog mixed with depression I could not handle that. Thank u! 😉
