Meditations
Do the following 15 minute meditation 2 times per day in the morning and night:
(The meditations with a star are the most important)
Centering and soul retrieval: 1 minute
Grounding: 1 minute
*IFG: 2 minute
*Soul love meditation: 2 minute
Running life force energy: 1 minute
*Filling with light/Receive: 2 minutes
*Visualizing your CA: 6 minutes
Organic Breakfast:
Make a smoothie with unsweetened almond milk by Pacifica, 1 large heirloom tomato, large scoop of raw nutrient powder (I like Raw Meal by Garden of Life-Vanilla), celery, carrots or carrot juice, 1 bunch of cilantro. If this is not palatable add berries or an apple. Avoid bananas, raisins and dates.
Partner Call: (10 minutes per person- set a timer)
Call your partner and tell them:
1) What you like most about the class
2) What you like most about achieving your CA. (Make it up and have a blast!)
Blog about: (1 sentence each)
State your CA
