Complete Program (Levels 1-14)
Level 1: Meditation & Energy Tools

Week 1
In our 1st class Robin Eagle Sage introduces herself and her assistant Barbara, who she calls an Earth Angel. There is some talk about technology and school policies. Meditation taught: Grounding, IFG, Soul retrieval. "Meditate and be your own guru." We read the color: Blue.

Week 2
Responsible= response able. Growth periods. Breath-work, Grounding, IFG, Soul-Love meditation. Coming in and out of the body.
Homework
Remember to stay on point and to use an outline.
The two meditations are to be done consecutively, one before the other totaling 6 minutes per day.
HW:
A.Counting breath work for 1 minute/day- set timer
B.Deep breathes, IFG, Grounding, Soul Love: 5 mins/day
C.Practice coming in and out of your body
D.Listen to audio about success by Brian Tracy
E.Discuss what you liked about the audio with your AP
F.Blog about it all

Week 3
The Gratitude Diaries by Janice Kaplan. Audible.com $15 per month. 1st book free. Counting breath. Draw grounding cord. Coming in and out of body.
Homework
1- Practice your tools throughout the week: In & Out, Grounding and Centering.
a. Give an example of when you noticed you were out of body during your week and how you consciously got back in.
2- Meditations
a.1 minute of balanced counting breathing per day then
b. 5 minutes of Soul Love meditation per day
3- Download The Gratitude Diaries by Janice Kaplan on Audible.com. Listen to 30 minutes per week.
a. Write the quote by Hamlett
b. Good or bad depends on ____ _____.
4- AP call: Discuss 3 things you are grateful for.

Week 4
Gratitude, amusement, center. Fear. What causes us to leave the body? The Law of Attraction. The Holy Four: I am safe. I am loved, loveable, and loving. I am worthy. I am whole.
Homework
If your AP does not respond, notify me right away and BCC Earth Angel Maia
- Practice the meditations you have already learned. NNC (NNC always means No Need to Comment, just write if you did it. If you had a revelation or new awareness that you want to share in 1-2 sentences pls feel free. Or share it with your AP.)
2. New material: The Holy 4: two minutes meditation on each core belief per day. Keep it positive. (eight minutes total) NNC
a. What came up for you? Give a one sentence example for each (Holy 4) belief on how your life may become better by embracing such a core belief.
- AP call: 7 minutes each. Use a timer and learn balance by respecting class & personal boundaries. Talk to your AP about how your meditations are going, if you need any helpful suggestions on how to accomplish your meditations, and mostly about your 6 min Holy 4 meditation. NNC
- Listen to or read 30 minutes more of the Gratitude Diaries. Use one word to one sentence only for the following responses. a. Janice notes, “It is ok to look at only one side of things.” What is your response? b. What is chapter 2 about? c. How many months does it take to make a real change of behavior? d. People avoid being grateful to a spouse because they don't want to be _________.

Week 5
Kundalini and sexual energy. Earth star, Sun star.
Homework
1. Meditation (6 minutes total)
Begin your meditation by reviewing all tools: breathing, IFG, gratitude, in & out, grounding, centering, Soul Love.
4 minutes per day: 1 minute of each Holy 4 in the mirror per day.
1 minute per day: Earth star, Sun star alignment.
1 minute per day: Fill with Gold Suns from the inside out and say: I am _______ (your name).
2. AP call: Lead you AP in a meditation using your favorite tool(s). 5 minutes each per person. Set your timer. This is going to be so much fun for you! Feel free to add lib.
3. Listen to 30 more minutes of the Gratitude Diaries
4. Purchase the Soul Love CD on Amazon.com by Robin Eagle Sage. You are not required to listen to the CD at this time but you may if you want to. Please do not listen to more than meditation 1 per day~ to keep your growth period smooth and easy. Thank you!
5. Blog 1-2 sentences for each of the above topics #1-#4. Summarize the meditations.

Week 6
Review. Gender grounding.
Homework
Listen to/read chapter 4 of the Gratitude Diaries
Meditations
5 mins of gender grounding daily
5 mins of reviewing and implementing your other tools
AP call
5 minutes: Study for you final by asking your AP questions that could be on the test. Then switch.
5 minutes: Lead your AP in a meditation using the Gender grounding tool. Be specific to their gender. Don’t be afraid to use the words ovaries or testicles. Remember, you are in training to become a “doctor” of sorts. Switch.
Final: This is a closed book test. Do your best from your memory and have fun. I need to know how much of what I teach is being absorbed. Please copy your final in a word document when you receive it, fill out your answers, and either send it to me as an attachment or by pasting it into the body of an email. Make sure it is clearly marked with your name. Thank you!
MI Students: Remember to have your computers open and ready to receive emails to take your final next week in class.
Auditors: Grab your FINAL email from your inbox on Thursday the 17th, fill it out and send it back to me by Thursday night at 10pm Pacific time. Send another copy to your AP. On Friday I will send you the answers. Please correct your AP’s test and simply send me an email with their name and score.
