Throughout history, there have been many accounts of people being forced to wear a "badge of shame" or a stigma to distinguish certain individuals or groups for the purpose of public humiliation, ostracism or persecution. Examples of these are the Yellow Star of David that Jewish people were forced to wear during Nazi Germany, the Scarlet Letter "A," which stood for adulterer and the stripped jumpsuit for North American prisoners.
These horrid experiences permeate the soul of individuals and create an energetic stigma of unworthiness that can last for many lifetimes until the stigma is healed. Another example, which creates a powerful hex, is when a person is called a witch and is burned, hung, etc., in front of a crowd or village with your once friendly neighbors now cheering on the persecution!
Many women are afflicted with the painful societal stigma for having given birth out of wedlock. This still effects women today while the doner of the seed goes unharmed. Many women in this situation in the past had their babies stolen from them and were then put into mental institutions, because they went "crazy" when their child was taken from them. Isn't this normal behavior?
For people with energetic stigmas, it can feel as if no matter how much good you do or how good you are, there are always pies being thrown in your face and explosives to step over. This is because deep down below the surface, people with energetic stigmas feel unworthy. Therefore, they constantly create trouble for themselves just when the going gets good, as a form of self-punishment. Of course, this is sub-conscious to most people's awareness.
